Rafael Felipe Oteriño (La Plata, 1945) es un poeta, ensayista, crítico y docente universitario argentino. Desde abril del 2025 es presidente de la Academia Argentina de Letras.

Entre otras distinciones a su obra poética se cuentan: Premio Fondo Nacional de las Artes (1966); Primer Premio Regional de Poesía de la Secretaría de la Nación (1988); Premio Konex de Poesía (1993); Consagración, Legislatura de la provincia de Buenos Aires (1996); Premio Nacional Esteban Echeverría (2007); Gran Premio de Honor, Fundación Argentina para la Poesía (2014); Premio Rosa de Cobre, Biblioteca Nacional (2014).
