It Only Gets Worse Dept.:Cincinnati water and sewer workers are gimmicking THEIR OWN meters to steal water and sewer services. I have no words for how despicable this is -- or how stupid. Submitted, then, without further comment..

The Train from Hell

It Only Gets Worse Dept.:Cincinnati water and sewer workers are gimmicking THEIR OWN meters to steal water and sewer services. I have no words for how despicable this is -- or how stupid. Submitted, then, without further comment.. or so it seemed. Usual evening train from DC to Phila takes about four hours.
