I go to New York City every year and usually visit alone, but I’m NEVER doing that again. Doing NYC with a pre-teen is actually one of the most fun travel experiences I’ve had. We get to visit Hawaii more often than most, and for that we’re really grateful. Visiting Hawaii as an LGBTQ family has always been a very welcoming experience. Whether we’re exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park with the kids or having beach time on Kauai, we have always felt welcome.
