Captain Chemo! Out Cancer, Out!
Captain Chemo ranks 7 out of top 100 in sales!
My newest children’s series is dedicated to the children who fight in the Cancer Wars. These small faces and frail bodies should never have to face anything but sunshine and laughter. Yet they too, are non-exempt from the horrors of cancer. Ironically, these little ones are the true heroes within in ranks. They tend to not question why, they simply accept.
Check out Captain Chemo and friends by reading the first book in the series:
Captain Chemo. Available in eBook only, paperback will be released any moment.
Captain Chemo is the first of the Captain Chemo & Friends Series In a child’s terms, the book explains how chemotherapy works according to Captain Chemo and the Chemo Team.
First the IV drips into the veins.
Next the veins are filled with blood.
The blood cells stand in attention
Finally, Captain Chemo leads the team throughout the body looking for any Cancer Monsters that may be hiding between the beats of the heart or
hanging with some dusty memories stored in the brain’s library.
With Captain Chemo on your side, you are never alone. Everyone is welcome to join and fight on Team Chemo. Onward! March!

My newest book My Hero, My Dad the 4th book in my Holiday...
My newest book My Hero, My Dad the 4th book in my Holiday
Series. This books honors Father’s Day. After being released for sale for only 1 week, the book hit #53 on Amazon’s top 100 list.
Holiday Series COMPLETE script
One of the author’s most exciting accomplishments is her new Children Book Series. Each child is welcome to meet adorable animal characters as they read a
holiday story told in rhyme. Most pages are fully illustrated with adorable clip- art. A bonus chapter is added in each book allowing the child extra interaction
through coloring.
My Hero, My Dad-Book 4: Father’s Day - Celebrate Dad in a humorous poetic format. My Hero, My Dad - Able to leap tall buildings? No. Able to trip over toys in a single
bound? Yes. Able to make me smile and make me proud? Absolutely. A perfect read for the child and Dad to both enjoy year round. This is also a delightful
book to give to DAD on Father’s Day so that he may enjoy a laugh as he reads with his child for the first time.
Right Away, Orimae!
Book 1 -St. Patrick’s Day- of the holiday series is called: Right Away, Orimae! which depicts farm animals who are searching for luck on St. Patrick’s Day in order to help Orimae, the milk cow who ran out of milk.
Book 2: Easter- of the holiday series: The Bunny Tale is an adorable Easter story about the Easter Bunny and his secret helper. See what happens when the he
is forced to stray off the bunny trail and ends up finding a wolf who is hungry and hunting for dinner.
Book 3 - My Mommy encourages mother and child to spend a little cuddle time together on Mother’s Day while Mom reads this card-book and child colors a Mother’s Day picture for her.
Mommy gives warm hugs and she helps me to sleep. She makes me feel good when I have a bad dream.
Keep your eyes out for the next Holiday Book in the series. Your child will be thrilled to collect the complete set.
Don’t forget to leave a review.

Make A Wish Come True
Very Good News!
I am working on a series of books for children with serious illness, disfigurings, disabilities, burns, etc…the Nationwide Children’s Hospital of Columbus will be evaluating my books.
It was very difficult to send a proper note with the gifted books. I write this so that you may share with your staff and so forth. I truly hope you can help me. Knowing that I may die soon gives me the ambition to see my writing go through the total cycle.
1. to write-It took my impending death to finally have the time to write
2. to publish-I have wanted to be published all of my life. At last!
I did make a portion of my dream come true. Now it’s on to the 3rd and most difficult part of the dream-
3. to distribute to the little ones who may benefit most, the children at Childrens Hospital.
My father stopped a couple of days ago regarding my books. I am working on a series of children’s books about cancer, burns, disabilities,
disfigurements etc. I am also open to suggestions should there be a book the hospital would like to see for the children.
I am gifting you a sample of my holiday series and a humorous family series called Cherry ‘Maters for you to look over.
My author’s link: Amazon Author’s Profile
My biography can be viewed at this link or on my blog: Nae’s Nest Blog
I have terminal colon cancer.Hospice is being called. I do not except that I’m about to die.I’m starting clinical
trials at OSU Tuesday.
If I were able to participate in Make-A-Wish my dying wish would be for the hospitals and other children’s related health centers/clinics etc..to have my books.
I have also written inspirational poetry & short stories for patients and caregivers dealing with cancer. I express all of my thoughts, feelings and emotions from the time of diagnosis to now. There is a biography in the making which goes in great detail on what to expect medically and emotionally.
Should you find something you are interested in upon checking my blog and Amazon account, please allow me to know. I will gift the item(s) to you. I’d love to see hospitals and treatment centers carry my
poetry and other books for the adult patients and caregivers. I have written countless prayers of hope and miracles some may need at a moment of weakness.
I will send you a sample of “Out Cancer, Out!” starring ‘Captain Chemo’ as soon as I finish some illustrations. I hope to have it ready to publish next week.
I hope you can make my wish come true. To see my books enjoyed at the hospital would touch me deeply. I have a need to know my words are helping others.
Thank you for your time,
Renee Robinson

What is Life without Hope?
I have mentioned before my colon cancer has spread to my liver. My liver is inoperable. I have too many tumors to count. This I have known for a while. I continued chemo to pro-long my life, however, I still held out hope to be cured.
Last week, I had a PT Scan. The results- I have several tumors in the lower lobe on my lungs and a there is a tumor on my 8th rib.
Yesterday, I went to The James which is one of the top (possibly THE TOP) cancer research hospitals in the world. My local oncologist suggested my going there (again) to see if I qualify for experimental treatment.
They took blood that will be sent to the research hospital. If a cure or new treatment should come up, I will be contacted.
For now it has been decided I will not undergo any experiments. The Doctor instead, recommends a highly toxic drug which I will only be able to take for 6 months through chemo. Dispiste it’s being highly toxic, I should not feel any side-effects such as nausea/vomiting, mouth sores or hair loss. The damage it does will show in the blood. Doc’s will allow my immunities and other substances within my blood to decrease to a certain point before stopping the chemo. Even if my blood should still look stable at the end of the 6 months, I will still be taken off the drug.
Yesterday, I spent all day at the hospital. As a result, at around 3:00pm when I got home, I went directly to bed and was not able to wake up (for long) until about noon today. I am still exhausted and doubt I will stay up very long before taking a nap.
I have noticed such a change in my stamina. A year ago, I would have been tired, but not nearly like this. I no longer have the wind to do very much without losing my breath. I have trouble dressing and showering without assistance because of this. I can’t help but wonder how much longer I have.
I believe I am still in denial. In spite of my symptoms and dire prognosis, I do not truly believe I am going to die. This must be part of what keeps me upbeat. This along with the support of my family and friends.
My writing is a great outlet. I have noticed I am slowing down in this area. I am afraid if I get to where I am unable to write, this will mean my end is near. I do not want to lose my hope.

Life Sentence, Vol 3
Life Sentence (Cancer Is My Name) (Volume 3)
A poetic view of the 3 stages in the Cancer Journey. Cancer Is My Name series: In the beginning a diagnosis is given along with a numbness. Cancer? Disbelief. A wave of emotions come to flow like the color in the spectrum, to many to name. Fear, anger, denial, acceptance, fight, willpower, strength…numbness with so much feeling. Stage 1 - the beginning of the journey. Prayers and confusion. Trying to understand this disease and what am I to do? Stage 2- Treatment and sickness. Emotions of exhaustion, grief and pain are felt within these words. A calling of miracles, prayer and healing.A light begins to shine and strength is renewed to allow the fight to go on. Stage 3- Terminal cancer has set in. Is the race over? Denial. No, I will not accept. Prayers and anger arise. More prayers of healing. Poems of fight. Fighting cancer as if it is a man. Fighting for my life. I have questions of immortality and the afterlife…death. And words of death and wonderment. What is it like? What is heaven? Read of the 3 stages of cancer with poetic stories, analogies and verse.
