Reading Goals

I told myself I wasn't going to hold myself to a strict reading regimen in 2025. After all I read 240 books in 2023 and 173 in 2024. I managed to climb over two-thirds of my Mount To-Be-Read (and Re-Read). I swore I'd go easy on myself.

I just checked my Goodreads stats. I read 19 books in January 2025. Sigh.

200!

And upon finishing Yume Kitasei's The Deep Sky, I have completed 200 books in 2023. At least that's my best assessment of my Goodreads stats. A few may have gone uncounted around the summer months. And a few of them were re-reads. I wasn't aiming at 200 as a goal, but around Halloween I noticed just how many books I had finished recently and elected make a run at it. I haven't read that much in a single year since the early days of The Three Hoarsemen Podcast. I tried to keep my Goodreads tally up to date every week or so, but often went longer between updates. Anyways, here's the list for anyone who cares.
