I live in Western New York, just outside the city of Buffalo, with my husband. I'm a lifelong Sabres and Bills fan, love the food, music, and festivals Buffalo offers. I enjoy camping, especially in the mountains, hiking, and visiting museums. I have a love of all things crafty, magical, or unusual. Huge nerd, especially when it comes to history and mythology. My brain is full of stories, characters, random bits of trivia, and movie quotes. I have a ridiculously corny sense of humor and a love of dogs and dragons. ...more

And as for what I'd do there, it would be to have lunch at Nebula, visit the McKenzie House (and hopefully get an invite for dinner), and search for fairies and gnomes in the forest. The banter in this book is phenomenal, and the side relationships were beautiful. Spice with a bite and heat with heart. My favorite kind of yum.

And one character who wrecked me.
