Gun Manufacturers: "Why Pay for Advertisements When Hollywood Pushes Our Guns for Free"  How do anti-gun activists in Hollywood make a living? Glorifying guns, of course.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, "The NRA and the entertainment industry interact publicly as mortal enemies. But as the number of weapons shown in movies and TV steadily increases — and stars like Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie make fortunes wielding guns onscreen — a co-dependence that keeps both churning is revealed: 'making the liberal bias a lot of money.'” 
"Gun use in Hollywood productions is actually on the rise. According to THR, 'the average number of [gun] models used between 2010 and 2015 was 51 percent higher than a decade earlier.' A 2015 report published by The Economist concluded that gun violence in PG-13 movies had tripled since 1985. Moreover, the appearance of guns in Hollywood productions is so ubiquitous that some manufacturers–like Kahr Arms–trust their advertisement to Hollywood appearances."  Who has repeatedly lashed out at Hollywood for societal ills ranging from violence to political gridlock and squarely blamed it for "dousing our kids with reckless, gratuitous, irresponsible gunplay?" --- NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre

Meanwhile, ‘17,850 Tons’ of Imported Ammo was bought in the United States in Last 12 Months. And firearm sales is brisk. The streak began with May 2015–when more background checks were conducted than in any previous May–and continued with more background checks performed in June 2015 than any previous June, more in July 2015 than any previous July, and more in August 2015 than any previous August. Month after month, a record has been broken through November 2016. In fact, the number of background checks performed January 1, 2016 through November 30, 2016, was so high that by the end of November there had already been more background checks performed in 2016 than in any year in history. According to the FBI, there were 24,767,514 background checks performed between January 1 and November 30 of this year. And, contrary to the mainstream media's image of gun owners, women are one of the fastest-growing gun-buying demographics in the country.

As Hollywood increases its drive to highlight gun play as cool, it can't help but make the domestic arms industry increasingly profitable.

It is highly abusive and discriminatory to animals to expect bovines to indefinitely hold their flatulence or limit their autonomic expulsions of digestion byproducts to prescribed increments based on a carbon-footprint schedule. In California, where so many bean burritos are sold, I would expect the cow lobby to demand equal regulation for human windiness. I'm glad I live in Ecuador, where cows are free to express themselves in a natural, sustainable way.
