You Are Your Most Important Relationship

After affirming last week that connections are the best part of life, this morning I’m giving a shout out to the most important connection of your life: YOURSELF!  We can transform our bodies from the inside out and decorate our shells with tattoos, piercings, blonde highlights, and capsule wardrobes, but our souls are our souls.  No matter what, we can’t flit back and forth into different lives and bodies like a sci-fi action thriller.  Instead, we have to work with what we’e got from the momen...

No Woman is an Island

The BEST part of being a human is our connections with one another.  Sure, chocolate-chip cookies are delish, swimming in the ocean is exhilarating, and watching the game can be chillaxing,  but what beats a full belly laugh with people you love?  I  think about this a lot now with Baby Flynn.  Introducing him to rain today was pretty cool and showing him around our canyon is amazing, but I’m most jazzed by watching his first interactions with my family and best friends… and his new stuffed pupp...

Pumpkin Spice, Spice, Baby

My one-month old babe and I went out for an early morning walk yesterday morning in search of fall sunshine and pumpkin spice.  A giant stack of porch-ready pumpkins has suddenly appeared outside of Vons and there was just the faintest sniff of autumn in the air that made my sleepy heart smile.

Although I miss the long summer days and picnic season, I adore autumn.  Exploding with pies, pumpkin patch pics, and sweater pics, my Instagram feed suggests I am far from alone in my seasonal passio...

West Hollywood Inspired Street Fashion for Any Budget & Any Style

Did you come here for something in particular or just general Riker-bashing? And blowing into maximum warp speed, you appeared for an instant to be in two places at once. We have a saboteur aboard. We know you’re dealing in stolen ore. But I wanna talk about the assassination attempt on Lieutenant Worf. Could someone survive inside a transporter buffer for 75 years? Fate. It protects fools, little children, and ships named “Enterprise.”

There is a way out of every box, a solution to every puz...

Latest Craze: Botanical Skin Care by Numii

Captain, why are we out here chasing comets? You’re going to be an interesting companion, Mr. Data. When has justice ever been as simple as a rule book? Wouldn’t that bring about chaos? I recommend you don’t fire until you’re within 40,000 kilometers.

Now we know what they mean by ‘advanced’ tactical training. For an android with no feelings, he sure managed to evoke them in others. Your head is not an artifact! Did you come here for something in particular or just general Riker-bashing?
