Where's the gothic? Where's the ghosties? When I hear "haunted" and "battling shadows" then I expect ghosties.

Another one that I didn't totally hate, but, just like the main character, it had so much wasted potential!
Oct 18th: I Trapped the Devil (2019) ☆1/2
Pretty sure I was the one trapped while I watched this horrendously drawn out movie.
Oct 17th: Evil Eye (2020) ☆☆☆
I couldn't take my eyes off this mysterious, inter-generational thriller. But I can't say I would watch it again

Ooh, this one was a let down, but with such a giant franchise, some of the installments are going to flop.
Oct 15th: A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting (2020) ☆☆☆
It's Codename: Kids Next Door meets Halloweentown, sort of. Something like that.
Oct 14th: Fright Night (1985) ☆☆☆
I suppose a night like this would be pretty frightening, but I found it kind of fun (and annoying)!
