Read Your Bible, Pray Every Day

Glee greetings, dear reader!

Growing up as a boy in a Christian home, I learned and enjoyed singing a certain song I was taught in the children’s section in Church. The song goes like this:

“Read your bible, pray every day
Pray every day. Pray every day
Read your bible, pray every day
If you want to grow…”

To us then, it was just a song, but presently, it makes more meaning to me than it ever did when I was just a little boy excited by the rhymes, clapping, and joyous child voices.

I ha...

Avoiding Rumours

Glee greetings, dear reader!

I hope this email finds you well and happy. I’m writing to share some thoughts with you about a topic that is very important to me: rumours.

You know how it is. You hear something about someone from a friend of a friend, or you read a gossip article online, or you see a tweet that makes a bold claim. And you think, wow, that’s interesting. Or shocking. Or funny. Or sad. And you form an opinion about that person based on what you heard or read.

I have a newsl...

Say Goodbye to Google Business Profiles Website Functionality

Google has recently revealed that it will be discontinuing the website functionality of Google Business Profiles, signalling the end of an era. This major change in the tech giant’s business tools is expected to happen in March 2024. The change, aimed at simplifying Google’s business services, will have significant consequences for businesses worldwide that have depended on these features for their online presence and operations.

I have a newsletter where I share exclusive thought-provoking m...

Beauty and Inspiration

The beauty you see in everything is a reflection of the beauty in you.

I hope this message finds you well and happy. I am writing to share with you some thoughts on beauty and how it can inspire us to live more joyfully and authentically.

You see, beauty is not something that is fixed or objective. It is not something that we can measure or compare. Beauty is something that we perceive and create with our own eyes and minds. Beauty is something that we feel and express with our own heart...

Refuse To Procrastinate

Glee greetings, dear reader!

I hope you are doing well and staying safe in these challenging times. I am writing to you today to share some thoughts on how we can make this year a great one for ourselves.

You see, I have a goal for this year. I want to act on every prompting I have (positively). What do I mean by that? I mean that whenever I feel an urge, a nudge, or a whisper in my heart to do something good, something meaningful, or something helpful, I will do it. I will not hesitate, I...

Contrary Winds Take Kites Higher

Ever noticed how a kite dances in the sky? It’s fascinating, right? One thing about flying a kite is that it doesn’t always fly steadily; sometimes, it meets contrary winds that push and pull it in unexpected directions.

But here’s the twist: those contrary winds, though challenging, actually help the kite soar higher. How cool is that?

Life is pretty much like that too, isn’t it? We face obstacles, setbacks, and difficulties that sometimes seem to hinder our progress. But if we shift our ...

Bible Study: Applying Its Wisdom

Glee greetings, dear reader!

Ever read something, nodded in agreement, and then promptly forgotten it? James nails this Bible study experience perfectly in his letter. Today, let’s talk about a truth as old as the ink on parchment: understanding the Bible is only half the battle. The real prize lies in the next crucial step: applying its wisdom to our messy, beautiful lives.

Remember that awkward moment when you stare intently in the mirror, fixing your hair, only to walk away and complete...

2024 Game Plan

Glee greetings!

In continuation of yesterday’s “Keeping It Single,” let’s get straight into the remaining game plan for this year—simple, straightforward, and drama-free. Here’s what’s up:

Rule #4: Drama-Free Zone

I’m keeping it real and drama-free this year. Give no room to entertainment at your expense. Trending social media gossip? Not this year. Spend your data only on profitable online activities.

Rule #5: Self-Care First

Make it your priority to practice self-care this year....

Keep It Simple

Glee greetings!

How are you doing today? Ready to conquer this year like a boss? Let’s have some rules for 2024 because, trust me, this year’s all about levelling up without the corporate buzzwords.

Rule #1: Hustle Hard; Secure That Bag!

This year, it’s all about hustling. I’m talking multiple streams of income. It’s about time you roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty with smart work, and grind and secure that bag. Why settle for one when you can have many sources of income?
