SOUL SEEKERS Portal Now Live!
Hey Everyone-
I'm so excited to announce that THE SOUL SEEKERS portal on my site is now live!!
All you have to do is click HERE to start reading about FATED , the first book in the series, debuting on 05.22.12 -- and discover the mystical, magical, romantic world of Enchantment, New Mexico where THE SOUL SEEKERS takes place!
The playlist can be found HERE - along with a list of the Spirit Animals that guide Daire and her friends (and possibly you??).

Happy New Year!!!
Hey Everyone-
Just wanted to take a moment to wish you all a Very Happy, Healthy, & Prosperous New Year!!
I've got a lot of exciting things planned for 2012--things like:
A lot of you have been asking, and, at long last, the DARK FLAME paperback releases today!! Look for it wherever books are sold!
Also, WHISPER, book 4 in the RILEY BLOOM series will be in stores on 04.22.12!!
And, on 05.22.12, FATED, book 1 in my new series, THE SOUL SEEKERS, is set to debut! I'm so excited for this one, it's been so much fun to write! Look for ECHO, MYSTIC, & HORIZON in 2012/13!

Right as Rain
(Blog title has nothing to do with post, other than the fact that it's currently raining outside!)
Dear Readers:
Wow--I can't believe it's been over a month since my last post! My only excuse is that I've been on the road.
A lot.
First I went here:
(Stairwell inside the NYC Flatiron building-home of my awesome publisher, St. Martin's Press)
Then I went here:
(Maui!)
And now I'm back here:
(Home!)
Though a lot has happened in the meantime.
Stuff like:
Pretty Little Liars hottie, Lachlan Buchanan, confessed to reading EVERMORE on the set! Cute boys that read--is there anything hotter?! Check out the interview HERE!
Also, my second novel, ART GEEKS AND PROM QUEENS (recently rereleased with a snazzy new cover!) was chosen by The Examiner as "A Gift Idea for the Women's Fiction Fan"--read the article HERE!
And, I'm thrilled to announce that EVERLASTING has been nominated for the 2012 Teen Choice Book of the Year Award! ( BLUE MOON was one of the top 5 finalists in 2010!) You can cast your vote anytime between now and January 31--winners will be announced in May 2012--all you have to do is click HERE! (Hint: EVERLASTING is listed under: THE IMMORTALS book 6- EVERLASTING).

So I just received what has got to be some of The Cutest Riley Bloom Reader Pics EVER --and I had to share them with you . . . so, without further ado:

Also, as I mentioned on Twitter, last night my husband and I went to a cooking class at Charlie Palmers in South Coast Plaza - and it was awesome! Though, in the interest of full disclosure, allow me to say that I am probably one of the worst cooks you will ever meet--though I do love to eat, and there was plenty of amazing food to be had!
Also, the amazing chef Charlie Palmer was kind enough to take a picture with me, even after I confessed I was mostly there to eat!

Closer Magazine!
Hey Everyone-
Well, I'm gearing up to start work on ECHO, book 2 in my new SOUL SEEKERS series- (I just finished book 1, FATED, which will be in stores on 05.22.12- see the awesome cover in the blog post below!)- but wanted to take a few moments to share a few things:
Last December while on book tour in Paris, I did this interview for Closer magazine (it's like People only in French), and since it was just sent to me, I wanted to share it with you!
Also, we've been working on it for a while now, and I'm happy to say that the International Immortals page is now up, featuring covers and links from all over the globe! You can see it HERE!
And, for those of you in the Chicago area, I'll be heading your way next April for the RT convention. Last year the Teen Day in L.A. was amazing--and this year's is gearing up to be just as good if not better--so I really hope to see you there! To see my scheduled events, click HERE!

FATED!!!!
Dear Readers:
While it's true that I've been a very bad Blogger, Facebooker, & Twitterer ( <-easier written than said!) as of late, I had a really good excuse:
I was on deadline.
But now that I've kicked that deadline to the curb, by, um, finishing the book--I'm back!! And I wanted to share something awesome that happened in the meantime:
I got the final cover for FATED , book 1 in my new SOUL SEEKERS series, that'll be in stores on 05.22.12 (to be followed by ECHO, MYSTIC, & HORIZON in 2012/13!)
And I LOVE it!
I mean, I truly LOVE this one!
And, I hope you love it too!!!

Playing Catch Up!
Hey Everyone-
Well, it seems I've been very lax about blogging, facebooking, and tweeting lately (yes, they are all action words!), and my excuse is that I returned from the Pen Fatale Tour and went straight into deadline mode.
For those who don't know, deadline mode is a very sorry state of unwashed hair, unhealthy meals . . . well, let's just leave it at that--it's best not to go into too much detail.
For those who do know, then thank you for understanding.
Anyway, after climbing out of the rubble that is my desk, I thought I'd share a few random pics and articles and videos with you, presented in no particular order, so here goes:
Random Video #1, filmed during my Brazilian Book Tour, where I talk about The Immortals series, Brazilian culture, and more!
Random article # 2- a piece in Publisher's Weekly Children's Bookshelf where me and my fellow Pen Fatale Tour Mates spill the dish on group tours! To read it, click HERE.
Random article #3- DEAR BULLY--an amazing anthology where 70 YA authors speak out, yep, including moi, on the horror that is bullying-- featured in PEOPLE magazine--how awesome is that?!
And last but not least, random pic #4- Enjoying a little time off in Seattle with the talented & lovely Mary Pearson & Jessica Brody!
That's it for now--the manuscript won't revise itself!
