Ari has dedicated 12 years and over 8000 hours of daily, committed study and practice to Mindfulness, Meditation and Energy of Thought. As a Kriya Yoga Fellow in Los Angeles, Ari devotes time daily to furthering her own meditative practice.

Having experienced first hand the power of meditation and mindfulness, in 2016 she started hosting donation-based meditation classes to benefits local non-profits, known as Meditate for a Cause.
