Why Sponsorship Matters for Every Type of Creator

Sponsorship, when structured ethically, provides stability. It creates a triple benefit where creators gain reliable support, sponsors connect with authentic communities, and readers discover curated services that add genuine value.
Scholars and business leaders call this the win–win–win model, and it is the foundation of the Sponsorship Portal we are launching on January 1, 2026, as part of the Substack Mastery Boost Program.
I have seen firsthand how this works. A client last month paid me $1,000 simply to link to their website in one of my high-traffic blog posts. Another paid $3,000 to feature a white paper link across multiple posts and pages during their product launch. There are many examples that I will provide as case studies later.

IBM gave away software frameworks without direct profit, yet those gifts enabled entrepreneurs to build businesses and solutions that reshaped industries. Sponsorship was not a transaction; it was an investment in shared growth.
For creators, sponsorship combined with repurposing is the same.
A single white paper funded by a sponsor does not end with one publication. It can become part of a book, a lecture, a video course, a consulting engagement, and a crowdfunding project.
The sponsor benefits from being attached to each layer, the creator gains multiple income streams, and the reader or learner experiences knowledge that reaches them in formats that matter most.
This is why ethical sponsorship matters so deeply. It is not about selling out. It is about building sustainable independence while multiplying the impact of creative work. Recognition is important, but without these models, recognition remains symbolic. With sponsorship and repurposing, recognition turns into sustainability, and sustainability turns into long-term empowerment.

My New, Novel, and Innovative Book Income Revenue Sharing Pilot with Experts

I know writers who couldn't even sell a single copy on Amazon despite the platform having a massive reach. It is neither a problem of the platform nor the fault of beginners. Writing, marketing, and selling are very different skills, and all are required for indie authors.
The market is highly competitive, and only those with exceptional skills and a substantial network succeed.
Here's Why I Feel Confident About This New Initiative
I know these struggles because I lived them myself and observed them in others. Over the years, I have written, edited, and published 50+ books across different categories, some of which became bestsellers.
I mastered the workflows of distribution companies like Amazon KDP, Draft2Digital, IngramSpark, and others, and learned what works and what fails in global distribution.
In parallel, I built a robust content ecosystem that connects readers, sponsors, and creators across Substack, Medium, Patreon, Kit, LinkedIn, Goodreads, and multiple social media channels. I even created my own discount bookstore recently and introduced it in a story here. Getting my first Woopayment felt like earning a million dollars.

The content needs to be high-quality, important, and relevant to a broad audience unless it is a specialized book. You may wonder what I mean by quality, as it is a subjective matter.
Here Are the Prerequisites for Participation
This program is built on quality and credibility. To protect the integrity of the books published under this initiative, the following conditions apply:
Important Topics Only: Manuscripts must cover meaningful, high-value subjects for readers. I do not attach my name as editor or publisher to works that lack expertise, depth, breadth, rigor, and relevance.
High-Quality Writing: Submissions must be original, well thought-out, free of fluff, and evidence-based. AI-generated manuscripts are not accepted, so I will not waste my editing time on them. However, if you are not a native speaker, I am happy to improve your language without changing your content and voice. I have been doing it for many years.
Fiction or Poetry Submissions: My expertise is primarily in non-fiction. Fiction manuscripts may be considered, but they will require external editing through my trusted business partners. This one will be negotiable. Poetry is fine, but I don't edit poetry, so I might reduce my commission to 20% for them. However, finding poetry readers can be very challenging, so I don't want to give you false hopes.
Exceptional Cases: For certain fields, such as technology and healthcare, I may also contribute as a ghostwriter. This is a separate offering and will be introduced in another post. The rates are different for the writing and editing combo.
These prerequisites are not meant to exclude but to ensure that every published book upholds the highest standards, delivers genuine value to readers, and strengthens the credibility of all participants for growth.
My goal is to raise your profile by publishing a book, as it is a powerful growth tool and distinguishing factor in the competition for creators.
Legal and Privacy Considerations
To maintain transparency and comply with global publishing standards, all participating authors must be aware of a few legal and privacy requirements:
Real Identity Required for Payments: While you are free to publish under a pen name for public visibility, platforms such as Draft2Digital require your real legal name, bank account details, and tax information to process royalty payments. This information remains private and is not shared publicly.
Contractual Agreement: Before beginning, each participant will enter into a clear, simple agreement that defines roles, responsibilities, the 50/50 royalty split, and termination rights. This ensures complete legal clarity for both parties.
Rights Ownership: Authors will always retain ownership of their intellectual property. The program does not take away your rights to your manuscript. Instead, we enter into a royalty-sharing publishing partnership with clear deliverables.
Privacy Protection: Personal and financial data provided for distribution (such as legal names or account details) are processed securely through the distribution platforms (e.g., Draft2Digital, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble) and are never disclosed in public channels. Your pen name remains your public identity if you choose one.
Pen Names and Branding: You may write and publish under a pen name, which is a common and accepted practice. The only requirement is that your legal identity is verified in the publishing backend for compliance with payment and tax regulations.
Invitation to The Pilot for only 100 Writers in 2026
I will begin with 100 selected writers as a pilot program. I like stretching myself, but I know I can't handle more than 100 in a year by myself with my other commitments and obligations. Exceeding this might cause burnout, which is undesirable.
This pilot will allow me to refine the process, maintain quality, and demonstrate scalability. If the pilot becomes successful, I will engage accomplished partners to help perhaps 1000 or more writers in 2027 and beyond.

New Digital and Audio Books Added to My Discount Bookstore for Avid Readers

Writers and book authors spend years crafting meaningful work. Yet most remain underpaid and undervalued, trapped on platforms that prioritize their own growth over the creators’ well-being.

Within 24 hours, my store received nearly 10,000 views. This article explains how I did it and, more importantly, why every serious writer and creator deserves a digital space of their own.

One of my services is to help them create their own line shops in a cost-effective manner using state-of-the-art technologies and technological tools.

Most writers still depend on borrowed platforms such as marketplaces, social media, and publisher websites to share and sell their work.

While these platforms offer visibility, they come with limitations: shifting algorithms, restricted monetization, and little to no control over audience relationships.

In my experience, both in enterprise architecture and as an author, the biggest shift in power occurs when creators own the infrastructure where their work is discovered, purchased, and appreciated.

Having your own digital store means:

You set the terms. No hidden fees, no sudden policy changes, no dependence on third-party gatekeepers.
You own the customer relationship. You can reach your readers directly, offer them updates, bonuses, and thank-yous, and build genuine loyalty.
You can diversify your offerings. Sell books, courses, services, affiliate products, or exclusive bundles from one place without needing multiple tools.
You build long-term equity. Each visitor, each sale, and each returning customer contributes to something you fully control and can grow over time.
The biggest myth is that digital stores are too technical or expensive to set up. That may have been true twenty years ago.

A Glimpse Into Bioprinting and Living Tissue Engineering
The idea of constructing the human body one layer at a time was once the stuff of science fiction. Today, it stands at the threshold of medical practice.

Bioprinting is no longer confined to the dream of replacing what is broken. It has become the design of living systems that work in harmony with the body, each part shaped not only to fit anatomically but to function biologically. In this sense, bioprinting is not just repair but reimagining what it means to heal.

From an early age, I found myself fascinated by how nature repairs itself. A wound that closes over time or a bone that slowly regrows shows us the profound intelligence embedded in living matter.

Bioprinting mimics and seeks to accelerate those lessons, borrowing from both engineering and biology to replicate the patterns nature perfected over millions of years.

The imagination of scientists, artists, and engineers now converges in laboratories where life itself is being printed with remarkable precision.

Breakthroughs and Milestones
The pace of discovery in bioprinting has been extraordinary, even if most applications remain in advanced experimental stages.

In the United States, surgeons achieved a world-first by transplanting a 3D bioprinted living ear, created from the patient’s own cartilage cells. This was more than a technical triumph; it was proof that tissues grown in the lab could integrate with the human body, restoring both form and function.

Elsewhere, within the Feinberg Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University, researchers have achieved a significant milestone using the FRESH (Freeform Reversible Embedding of Suspended Hydrogels) 3D bioprinting technique.

They successfully engineered pancreatic‑like tissue constructs composed entirely of biologic materials, specifically collagen, featuring perfusable, blood vessel–like channels down to capillary size (about 100 microns in diameter) that respond to glucose by releasing insulin, outpacing current organoid models

These constructs not only survive but also respond with insulin release in ways that move us closer to functional organ replacements for conditions such as Type 1 diabetes.

In Australia, scientists at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute created hundreds of “mini-kidneys” for drug screening and disease modeling. These tiny organoids are not yet ready to be transplanted, but their complexity demonstrates that larger-scale organs are within reach.

Some of the most surprising progress has come from work inside the body. In China, researchers used micro-bioprinting tools delivered through an endoscope to repair stomach wounds in animal models.

Tissue printed in vivo not only survived but also integrated with surrounding cells, hinting at a future where surgical repair might mean printing directly where damage has occurred.

Each of these examples represents more than a technical feat; they mark stepping stones toward a future where organs are not scarce commodities but renewable resources.

First, I want to highlight that business architecture is not just for big organizations. Anyone who has a business needs it on a smaller scale and can leverage its power.

In times of economic pressure and rapid disruption globally, business leaders do not ask whether they need better planning or systems.
They ask how they can adapt, where to focus, and what to stop to survive and grow. Business architecture offers clear answers to these questions if it is done right by qualified architects.
At its core, business architecture provides a structured way to understand what an organization is trying to achieve, how it functions, and how its many moving parts connect.
A business architecture for an organization identifies purpose, clarifies functions, defines key roles, and reveals the essential flows between people, processes, data, and systems.
That may sound abstract at first, but the results are tangible: better decisions, clearer priorities, fewer surprises, and less waste.
Most importantly, business architecture brings strategy and execution into one space. Instead of having a vision on paper and a disconnected reality in practice, it creates a blueprint that links intentions to outcomes, goals to operations, and leadership to action.
This blueprint is not a static document. It is a living structure that evolves with the organization. Therefore, we need to update our business architecture regularly, reflecting changes in our strategy, tactics, services, and processes.
Business Architecture as a Thinking Tool
One of the most powerful features of business architecture is its ability to simplify complexity. In fast-growing or large organizations, complexity creates confusion.
Without a clear view of how capabilities, systems, and resources align, decisions become reactive or fragmented. Business architecture does not eliminate complexity, but it organizes it in a way that helps leaders think clearly. It shows what is essential, what is outdated, and where investments are genuinely needed.
This clarity becomes especially valuable during change. Whether a company is merging systems, launching a new product, or recovering from a downturn, business architecture provides a stable lens through which change can be understood, guided, and completed on time within budget.
The Rise of Agile and the Fall of Waterfall
For decades, many organizations followed a waterfall approach to change. They gathered detailed requirements, mapped every dependency, planned timelines in advance, and expected everyone to stick to the plan.
While this method works in stable environments, the current economic and financial climate is anything but stable. Markets shift overnight. Customer expectations evolve rapidly. Technology outpaces documentation. In this environment, rigidity creates risk.
Agile architecture offers a different and more helpful path to business owners. Rather than trying to predict everything up front, it supports adaptation.
By breaking down structures into modular, capability-based domains, agile architecture allows parts of the system to evolve independently. This makes change less costly, faster to implement, and easier to manage.
In other words, agility is not only a design choice but also a survival strategy. Business architecture that supports agility helps organizations stay responsive without losing control. It creates guardrails, not cages.
From Structure to Strategy: The Broader View
Business architecture is often misunderstood as just a set of models or charts. But when done well, it becomes a strategic asset.
Business architecture links the mission and vision of an organization to its people, products, and platforms. It reveals what drives value and what gets in the way. It helps teams focus on the correct problems, right solutions, and see how their work contributes to broader goals.
This view is especially critical for technology leaders. With increasing pressure to justify investments and deliver outcomes, CIOs and CTOs need tools that bridge the gap between enterprise goals and technical execution. Business architecture does exactly that.
Business architecture gives technology leaders a voice in strategy conversations and helps business stakeholders make better-informed decisions about technology, particularly when it comes to emerging technology tools and processes.
A New Role of Business Architecture for a New AI Era
As artificial intelligence reshapes how businesses operate, the role of the business architect is also changing. It is no longer limited to facilitating conversations between IT and business. It is now a strategic leadership function that helps organizations interpret change, manage complexity, and respond with clarity.
In this AI-driven environment, decision-making is faster, data is heavier, and the lines between human and machine responsibilities continue to shift.
A skilled business architect becomes essential in this climate, not only to translate business needs into logical designs but also to ensure those designs remain human-centered, ethical, and adaptable.
This role requires much more than fluency in models or frameworks. It demands systems thinking, the ability to understand how decisions in one area influence outcomes elsewhere. It also requires what many leaders overlook: organizational empathy.
Successful business architects understand team dynamics, cultural resistance, and hidden constraints that shape behavior. They listen carefully, observe patiently, and map problems with a balance of technical insight and emotional intelligence.
In this new AI context, pattern recognition becomes a key advantage. Business architects are often the first to see where silos are blocking flow, where data is duplicated or underutilized, and where new capabilities are misaligned with strategic priorities. They ask questions others may not ask, and they connect dots that are usually missed.
Organizations that understand and elevate this role gain more than operational efficiency. They gain orientation. They know where they stand. They see a grounded and realistic view of where they want to go.
And perhaps most importantly, they develop flexible pathways to get there, pathways that do not collapse under pressure but shift when needed without losing momentum.
This is what leadership means in the architecture function today: the ability to think across systems, build trust across departments, and navigate change without adding unnecessary complexity.
In the AI era, business architects are not just strategic translators. They are sense-makers, navigators, and enablers of intelligent action.
Supporting Organizational Resilience and Reducing Business Risks
Beyond alignment and clarity, business architecture also supports security, compliance, and resilience.
As digital threats increase and systems grow more interconnected, companies must think about risk in broader terms. Architecture helps them do that.
Business architecture provides the structures to evaluate how a vulnerability in one area could impact another, and how a change in policy or regulation might ripple through operations.
This is especially relevant for leaders managing legacy systems, hybrid cloud environments, or global operations.
When every part of the enterprise connects to every other, architecture becomes the only reliable way to understand what is exposed, what is protected, and what needs to evolve.
Conclusions and Key Takeaways
We live in a time where expectations are high and margins are thin. Customers want faster service, better experiences, and more options.
Teams are remote, systems are distributed, and data is abundant but fragmented. Business leaders are asked to make decisions under uncertainty while keeping operations smooth and secure.
In this context, a vague strategy or a rigid plan is not enough. What is needed is a way to think clearly, act confidently, and adapt intelligently.
That is what business architecture offers when it is treated as a living, useful, and agile capability, not a one-time project or a static diagram.
If you are building systems, managing change, or leading strategy, business architecture is no longer optional. It is the only way to navigate complexity with purpose.
But to be effective, it must be grounded in agility and pragmatism with a gradual increase with an MVP (minimally viable product) approach, focused on value, and designed with both business and human outcomes in mind.

Why Writing A Book About Robert F Kennedy Was the Most Challenging Among My 50+ Books

I Finished the Hardest Book of My Life, And Here Is What I Learned
This was the first project I nearly cancelled. I endured the pressure using the same mental models I teach superlearners and superachievers, with steady guidance from trusted mentors.

This was unlike any of the 50+ books I have written. It was harder than my scientific or technical books, more emotionally demanding than my story collections about leadership, and more complex than any of my strategy manuals.
It challenged not only my knowledge and stamina but my values, reputation, and sense of purpose as a writer.
I started turning my research manuscript into a book manuscript 12 months ago. I titled it The Mysterious Leadership Mind of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: How Cognitive & Behavioral Science Explain Thinking & Action Beyond the Box.
Then I announced that I am writing this book publicly in a story titled Who Is the Real RFK Jr. & How Cognitive Science Unpacks His Leadership, Influence, & Legacy in February 2025.
The First Time Challenges in my 40+ Years of Book Authoring
When I quietly began writing it, I did not anticipate how polarizing the subject would be. Some people discouraged me gently, and some harshly.
Others told me plainly that writing about RFK Jr. would damage my credibility and author reputation.
A few said it was not worth the trouble, so cancel it. Several even suggested that publishing the book would be a mistake that could haunt me for years, so I should even delete my stories and newsletters about it.
They tried to scare me and give doubts as BAITERs do in Dr Phil's vernacular.
These intense reactions surprised and even shocked me a bit when some strangers and online trolls started threatening me.
To reasonable critics, I said I had followed his work for decades, not as a supporter or critic, but as a cognitive scientist and observer of human behavior.
I was very much interested in how he handled grief in his younger years, how he challenged authority in his mid-years, how he framed arguments, and how his voice, both literal and metaphorical, shaped public reaction and finally became the Secretary of the biggest health department, HHS, in the United States.
My research has never been about promoting or attacking his ideas. It was about understanding an interesting leader whose lifestyle and activities resonated with me at multiple levels, and it could be interesting for aspiring leaders.
Still, the wave of doubt became strong due to massive email messages from Substack and Medium readers. I was on the verge of cancelling the project.
At one point, I quietly archived my manuscript, unsure if I would return to it, and told my wife I think this would be my first project to cancel. She couldn't believe her ears at first, but respected my decision.
I keep remembering the wise words of my mental hero, Madame Curie: "There is nothing to fear in life, just to be understood." This became my mantra in challenging times like these in the last six months.
Besides, gratefully, my wise mentors reminded me of something I had forgotten in this dilemma. They told me that writing is not always about acceptance by others. Sometimes it is about accuracy, honesty, integrity, truth-telling, and completion.
They believed I could finish what I started, and more importantly, that I should. They highly recommended that I continue and ignore BAITERs.
Their quiet confidence gave me the clarity and additional courage I needed in these challenging times. I always listen to my wise mentors, friends, editors, publishers, and my supportive wife.
I resisted the strong temptation of cancelling it. Over the next six months, I focused fully on completing the project.
I wrote with discipline and respect to my potential readers who want to learn my side of the truth.
I studied my massive research manuscript about RFK Jr. through the lens of leadership psychology, ethical behavior, rhetorical strategy, activism, legal issues, and cognitive bias.
I had to change my usual and casual voice for my book writing. I returned to my academic style, which Grammarly hated, giving every sentence red as it was written in passive style, unlike my active voice.
But I did not want it to be complex with jargon or complicated sentences. I shortened the sentences and used Hemingway Editor for each chapter to lower the content reading levels from Grade 17 to Grade 7 level without compromising scientific rigor, which the narrative required.
I did not write it as a biography or an opinion piece. I wrote a structured, methodically analyzed, and educational resource that helps readers at any level understand persuasion, pressure, identity, and legacy.
My focus was on aspiring leaders who can get the best out of this book, so each chapter included practical tips based on the narrative part of the book.
The Relief of Completion in Mid-July 2025
I submitted the completed versions to publishers. This week, the book passed quality checks by global publishing platforms like Findaway Voices for audio, Ingram and Amazon for global paperback, and my digital distributor, Draft2Digital, which will distribute it to many reputable bookstores globally.
I narrated the audiobook using Google Studios. I am very grateful to Google Play employees who supported me while recording it with a preferred virtual voice, with the utmost care I needed for it. Every sentence carried my intention and tone from a popular American model voice by Martin G.
Today, I uploaded the early access version as a complete digital and audio bundle to my discount bookstore at Digitalmehmet Content Ecosystem in EPUB, MOBI, PDF, and MP3 formats, zipped as one product bundle for interested readers and listeners.
