Book Signing / Release Event

Hello Everyone. I want to thank everyone at Heart of the Game for allowing me to come and release my book with them. I had a great time! I got to meet a lot of super nice people and drummed up a lot of interest in my book, Endless Fantasy Online: The Phoenix Kingdom. Update Time

Hello Everyone, Update Time!

Been getting some great feedback on the first book, The Phoenix Kingdom, both through Amazon Reviews and people reaching out. Thank you to everyone for that and for leaving reviews, it goes a long way in sharing my story with new readers.

The Audiobook is on track for a late September release and I can’t wait to share that with all of you. The narrator has been doing an amazing job at bringing my characters to life. I will post as soon as there is a firm date for that.

Whats next? I have started work on Endless Fantasy Online: The Elk Kingdom! So far the storyboard is done and Chapter One is complete. I’m currently working on Chapter Two and then I will send those off to my editors. Don’t expect anything too soon on that as there is a lot of writing and editing left to do but it is in work.

Let me close with a personal thank you to everyone who gave my book a read. I’m really happy that most of you are liking it and can’t wait to bring you more of Luke and his crazy adventure.

Hello everyone. My first LitRPG released on amazon today! Below is a summary of the story but I would love it if you went and checked it out!

Summary:
The book follows protagonist Lucas “Luke” Patterson, an ordinary geeky college student who gets a summer job at Vortex Industries. His summer job is to test a new virtual reality game using the Vortex Capsule, a machine capable of fully immersing you into virtual reality.

His first session is life changing, and he quickly becomes engrossed in a new fantasy world. Things are going great until a rogue hacking group attacks the servers that host the game, trapping all the players inside. Things get even worse when a dark force gains power and have sinister plans for Endless Fantasy Online.

Can Luke and his new friends survive the dark forces that are on the rise? Will he, and the other players, be able to cope with the fact that they can’t return to Earth? Will Vortex Industries find the hacking group responsible and save the players?

Audible Version, Narrator Chosen!

Hello everyone! I’m very pleased to announce that I have chosen the narrator to do the Audible version of Endless Fantasy Online – The Phoenix Kingdom and I have chosen David Neilson. Below is David’s audition tape. He is reading from several sections in my book, please enjoy.

David Neilsen is the author of Dr. Fell and the Playground of Doom, and several other odd, weird, supernatural, and occasionally slightly disturbing books and stories. David is also a professionally trained actor who works as a professional storyteller up and down the Hudson River Valley and in New York City. His one-man performances based on the work of H.P. Lovecraft have sent many screaming into the hills in search of their sanity.

Pre-orders are now available for Endless Fantasy Online: The Phoenix Kingdom! Current release date is set as August 31st but i expect it to be released before that. You can pre-order the book HERE.

It has been a long journey but I’m finally able to share my story with you. Well, almost. Get out there and pre-order so you can be one of the first to read about Luke and his adventure.

Note: Amazon does not allow pre-orders on physical books, so the pre-order is only for the Kindle (e-book) version. If you want the paperback, you will have to wait for launch day.

Editing Underway

The book is done and editing has begun! I finished writing late in the evening on July 28th, and the final word count was right around 86,000, but its rough. Most of the book was written during coffee fueled all night writing sessions that ran well into the morning. Because of this, I have started my self edits with the assistance of professional editing software.

Every time I finish editing a chapter, I send it to my two editors for them to review it in parallel, and fix all the things a piece of software can’t. They are also looking at things like the flow and general story comments that I can improve on.

The editing process is going to take longer than I originally anticipated but I’m still hoping that everything will be done by the end of August, and the book should be available by then. I have also taken the time to format the book into Kindle and Paperback versions in order to have it ready for upload when the edits are complete.
