Like it or not you have to be consistent. If you go to the gym every day you likely will live a more healthy lifestyle. Smoke cigarettes every day and the opposite is likely. 

Same goes for your career. If you randomly show up. You will garner random results. If you change your business or job every week. Well, people won't have the frequency needed to remember who you are when they need you. 

Consistency Matter. and the frequency it requires to be seen and remember is the game.

If you want ones attention in their mailbox, do not make them feel ill by sending out a bill like piece of mail. Disney Villainify it!
