We're BROKE... time for tough decisions

No one wants to cut the military - it's easy to cut million dollar turtle tunnels and other obvious wasteful projects. But we are so broke, we need drastic solutions. We have to cut EVERYWHERE. Even defense. That's Glenn's sacred cow. From page 329: "The Navy now was more admirals (315 flag officers) than ships (264). That sounds more like a jobs program than a defense agncy." It's time for tough love.

Obama omits 'Creator' again...

O'Donnell and Church & State

An awkward debate occurred in Delaware between candidates O'Donnell and Coons. The two were squaring off on the constitution, but neither appeared to have a firm grip on any of the arguments they tried to make. The question of separation of church and state came up - which has set the blogs on fire and caused a national debate on the topic.

Glenn Beck: 49 states to pay for one

Wouldn't life be so much easier if we just got federal checks in the mail to pay for everything? That's what Bill Clinton told an audience in California, basically that the other 49 states should be chipping in and paying. They want the rest of America to pay for their failed policies. Um, no?
