Months Pass

I am doing well.














I just wanted to let you readers know, I am continuing to do the things George and I did together.  Bike, yoga, visiting family, dining with friends...

I am also filling out applications for part-time work and spending many hours turning this blog into a book.

So you will start seeing pages disappear as I save and then remove posts from the

Services in memory of George

Some plans are being made to honor the memory of George.







In Wisconsin:



A gathering to celebrate and honor
his life will be held at the E.B. Shurts Environmental Building, 810 W. College
Ave., Waukesha, WI on June 27th 5:30 to 7:00.







In Florida:



The
annual Withlacoochee Riders Potluck is held at noon on January 1, 2019
starting at noon at the Floral City Community Building,

The Essence of George...

In the past couple years I have had a difficult time recalling who George was before Dementia.  I have tried and only could remember the parts that angered me.  Maybe that is why it was so easy to love him so much as he lived with Dementia.

After his passing I started to look for those memories in pictures and in stories told.

Of course, George had a life before me.  But that was over 41

Friends, family, therapy and sleep-overs

I have been getting messages from readers of this blog asking me how to find out how I am doing.  So consider this a post-script...  There may be a few.

Each person who goes through the death of a beloved spouse, I suppose, experiences it differently.

I know that my heart hurts.  My intestines are protesting from the stress of loss and change.  I can think I am moving smoothly
