Johan Edfeldt is a master world-builder with two captivating universes. From EPM Mondays to a Book

I started writing EPM Mondays posts about 8 months ago with the goal of growing them into something bigger. My aim was to share experiences from different industries, both the good and the bad, and to make performance management feel a bit more real and relatable.
