Title Change
After signing the contract with Wordwooze Publishing, Sheri, the publisher, did a quick Amazon title check and found out that there are about six or eight other books called "Murder in the Moonlight." So, after talking about it, we decided to call it, "Murder at Moonlight Cove." Both of us are happy with the title change and work is progressing on the book. I hope you like the new title and will enjoy the book. Thanks!

UPDATE: Murder in the Moonlight
I'm pleased to announce that Wordwooze Publishing has agreed to publish "Murder in the Moonlight." Stay tuned for updates on when it will be available and in what form. Here's the "Back cover."
Murder in the Moonlight
George Barrett is a detective in the Sioux Bend Police Department. Now, after six years, George and his family are going on vacation to the most exclusive resort in the west; Moonlight Cove Resort, in Wild River, Wyoming.
The first morning there, George and his daughter, Karen, go for a run. Near the end of the trail, Karen hears music coming from the trees. When she follows it, she discovers two young people, with arrows in their stomachs, tied to pine trees. One victim was the son of the Lakota County sheriff and the other was the daughter of the executive director of Moonlight Cove.
Since the sheriff’s office didn’t have any active detectives, George finds his vacation cancelled and himself tasked with solving the murders. While executing a search warrant, George and his partner discover a room full of pictures of Tristan Collins, the resort director’s daughter and the other victim. It doesn’t take long to they discover the apartment’s occupant, Dennis Gibson, wasn’t the one who took the pictures, but he wouldn’t tell them who did.
Who took those pictures and plastered them all over the walls? If it wasn’t Gibson, who was he protecting? Can George find out who killed the young couple?
I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!

Update
Hi Friends!
First, let me apologize for not updating this blog in almost seven months. Lots has been going on, some of which I can tell you and some of which I cannot. First, let me tell you that I have completed my fifteenth book. It’s called, “Murder in the Moonlight” and it’s, as you can tell by the title, a murder mystery. I’ve just started sending out submissions, so I haven’t gotten much response but, I’m hopeful. Why not hop over to my web page and check it out? Scott A. Ferguson, Sr.
Thanks,
Scott

New Contract!!
If you remember, I told you on January 7th that Relevant Publishing contracted to publish "Kindness of a Stranger." Well, last year I wrote a sequel to that book called, "Marcus Cooper." Briefly, Marcus Cooper is a detective and he has to solve the murder of an entire family while training a new detective. But, there's more to the case than just the murders.
Well, now that I've babbled on, I'll tell you that Relevant Publishing has agree to publish "Marcus Cooper." I can't wait!
