Vítek Kovář is comic artist and illustrator.

For as long as he can remember, he loved to draw. As a child he drew animals, fantasy monsters, dinosaurs and comics. He started collecting comics when he was around 15 years old and he read every comic that was published in Czech republic (which was not much due to the communism influence in the years before).

With the internet coming worldwide, he got the access to read manga and other comics online which surely influenced his own works. He never stopped drawing and soon, his comics were accepted in Czech manga collection called Vějíř (Fan) where he contributed for several years.
