Meet Liddy!

Since I drew sketches before the release of my last novella, I thought I'd do the same for Yellow Bright. I'll be sharing a sketch of a new character each week until the release day on March 27th! This is Adelaide or "Liddy", the main character of my story. Liddy fills the role of the stepmother from the Snow White fairy tale, but she is far from evil! Instead, she is a determined young woman setting off on her own and pursuing her passion of becoming a scribe. However, her journey takes some surprising turns, and she encounters dwarves, legends, royalty, intrigue, and an old friend with far too many secrets. So... With Five Poisoned Apples coming out next week, I thought I would share several sketches I made of the main characters from my novella, The Fairest One. Check my last few posts to see a few other characters. Today is my last sketch before the book releases next week, December 1st! Here's Vandrus, Emperor of a vast but unstable empire inherited from his ruthless father.

So... With Five Poisoned Apples coming out next month, I thought I would share several sketches I made of the main characters from my novella, The Fairest One. Over the next two weeks, I will share a sketch of one major character from my Snow White retelling every Monday! (Check my last few posts to see a few other characters, too!) Here's Nava, Livna's stepmother, a woman who has risen from the rank of fisherman's daughter to queen but is determined to rise higher still.
