Meet The Author - S. Lyle Lunt

With the release of A Contract Of Words fast approaching I would like to share another author from said anthology. S. Lyle Lunt grew up in a small Midwestern river town. She attended college in Wyoming, where she fell in love with the wild west, the cowboy she ended up marrying, and the bar and its inhabitants which inspired her story, "A Guy Walks Into a Bar." She now lives in Georgia with her husband and dachshund Charlie. She plans to release her debut novel, A River, a Canoe, Glug Glug, Lindy Lou, in 2018. www.facebook.com/SLyleLunt

Robert and Alice

The boys were in their cots, Rufus still asleep while James lay staring at a small blue bear. Alice felt her heart leap into her mouth as she recognised it from the one that had been sat upon her doorstep on her return from hospital. “Isn’t that the-” Robert stood behind her staring at the soft toy that his wife now held in her shaking hands. Taking it from her he opened the nappy bin and threw the toy in before slamming the lid down.--Alice’s PromiseIllustration by the very talented Tamara Viskovic who can be found athttps://m.facebook.com/maradrawsforyou/

Meet the Author - Keri Holloway

Kari Holloway is an American writer who grew up in Leesburg, Georgia. She dabbles in southern romances filled with iconic components of sexy cowboys and firefighters, explored the unexplained in her paranormal series, found her way to the battlefields of the Civil War, and to love's first kiss under the weeping willow through various anthologies. Unsure of what her future holds, Kari enjoys writing what captures her attention in the evenings. During the day, she chases her kids around, laughing at their sassy ways and the depths of their curiosity. Her motto in life: Show the world the best version of you, for our actions of today make tomorrow. Meet The Author - J.M. Ames

One of the advantages of being in an anthology and reading one is discovering stories from so many different authors. While all stories in A CONTRACT OF WORDS are based on contracts, the genres are varied and there is something for everyone. One of the many stories alongside “Alice’s Promise” is ENDLESS SKIES written by J.M. Ames."When the Earth dies, only two of the people sworn to populate other planets make it to the ships on time and escape. Luckily, they’re old friends.... Unfortunately, they’re both female."J.M. Ames is an author native to Southern California where he lives with his family. He published his first short story ‘The Last Ride’ in 2016, and has been writing nonstop since. When not working his Day Job, listening to Black Sabbath, or enjoying his fatherly adventures, he writes short stories and novels, including an upcoming series. You can get up-to-date details on his website: https://jm-ames.com/
