365 Days Of Happiness Review By Bitter-Sweet!
…If you were a fan of The Secret, I have great news, you might have found another book to add to your reading list… As you’ve probably seen in my last posts, 2019 is the year in which I want to make peace with myself and learn as much as I can about happiness, and what better way to learn about it than rea…
…you learn how to accept happiness into your life, how to accept yourself for who you are, be present, to recognize when happiness is at your door.
…the idea of treating your happiness as a part of yourself, one that you have to nourish, to understand and to respect
…Instead of focusing on the empty half of the glass, we should try to focus on the fact that we have the glass, to begin with, to understand why it’s not full, but to be happy and grateful that half of glass filled
…365 Days of Happiness is the type of book that you should have on your mobile phone or on an ebook that you always keep by your side, for whenever you feel down or that you just want to give up, pull it out and read a few chapters, it will make you feel lighter and positive in a few minutes

How To Choose Happiness-One Day At A Time
365 Days of Happiness Review ALERT!
…If only there were a step-by-step guide to being happy. One that doesn’t require a lot of record keeping or leaping outside our comfort zone boundaries.
…It’s basically that step-by-step guide we’ve been wishing for.
At first, the daily entries seemed a little silly. I heartfully believe in manifesting my own joy, but Day One starts by suggesting I wake up to greet my day. I mean literally greet my day. “Good glorious morning my dear Happiness, how are you today, and what magnificent joy are we going to create?” See what I mean? I wasn’t sure that greeting my day like that would do anything for me other than make me laugh at myself. Here’s what I found though. A little silliness is worth it if a year of happiness is the result.
One of the things I really like about this book is its simplicity. You don’t have to get into philosophy or pyschology to analyze why you aren’t as happy as you could be and what you should do about it. This book meets you right where you are. It throws you in the deep end and tosses the life raft within reach. Every day is like one stroke closer to your goal. You’ll celebrate along the way. You’ll realize you’ve let go of stuff that might hinder your progress or even pull you under. By the end, you’ll feel lighter, more in control of your emotions, and, yes, happier.
If you need a little happiness booster–and who doesn’t–grab a copy of 365 Days to Happiness. Use it daily. Use it sporadically. But use it. You’ll be glad you did.
Thank you @HappilyHeartful for your honest opinion. I am very honored and well… happy!
