LMM 172: Exceeds Expectations
Claimer: I do hereby claim all rights and responsibility for the characters in this series of vignettes because the Amaranthine Saga is mine. (Which means I should probably behave myself since anything I say or do could be taken as canon.) Indulge the lot of us, especially the sleepy one.

Mood Stripes 196: Tinted
Disclaimer: I do hereby disclaim all rights and responsibilities for the characters in this audacious adventure… especially for the commanding one. A nod of recognition is bent towards Rumiko Takahashi for her creative prowess.
Chapter 196: Tinted
In the gaining light, Kagome was drawn in by a new color flowing into Sesshoumaru’s stripes. Blues were all safe colors. But this blue was tinted with purple, a lovely periwinkle.
He pushed her into the narrow space between him and Shishi,...

ART: Fundoshi Swim Club
He strolled toward a line of festive banners rippling on a line above the cliff wall. Jacques smirked when he recognized the shameless display. His own green fundoshi hung among the rest. Lifting his coffee cup, he toasted the freshly-painted sign—FUNDOSHI SWIM CLUB.

Every Word Matters

I have fielded many questions from readers who didn’t meet me in fandom first. Did my best to answer:
Why did you label Book 1 “the first miko”?
Are all of the main characters in your series shrine priestesses? No. While this certainly hints at the legacy of Japanese culture that helped inspire my fandom storylines, miko refers to the main characters’ first names. Book One is about Tsumiko. In Book Two, I’ll introduce Kimiko. Book Three’s story belongs to a lady named Tamiko… and so on. [F...

The Kissing Bandit
Tuesday’s Tote. And more, really, because patterns are currently available on totes, masks, and notecards. As previously mentioned, I’ll be adding a new fandom book cover to Goodreads & to the fanfic site every week. AND then make the pattern available in my Threadless & TeePublic shopfronts. This week we’re adding an homage to The Kissing Bandit.

Summary: An art thief with an unusual calling card is after a set of priceless statues. The Taishos take steps to protect the Four Souls, but t...
