‘I AM’ Flowing with Faith

[image error]When we are faced with choices – small ones or big ones – it is best to gauge the decisions we make by asking : is this the deepest part of me trying to express myself or is this the dark part of me trying to take me down?

This will then help us reflect on whether we are flowing with faith or whether we are flowing with fear.

When the floodgates of change hit us, we have three choices :

Sink – physiologically, fear makes us very tense. The more tense and tight we feel, the more dense we become. The more dense we become, the more we will sink. This simple law of physics can also be applied to emotions – the more fear we carry, the more dense we get, the lower our vibrations. So, when the floodgates, the fear makes it harder to float on the waves of change.
Swim – we can take control of the situation, and we can stretch the muscles on our arms and legs and swim, kicking around and expending energy keeping our heads above water. Sometimes there is ease when we swim with the tide, and sometimes there is struggle when we swim against the tide. We can take pride that we are swimming.
Surf – we can go with the flow, letting the energy of the wave carry us to opportunities that we have manifested. This is a place of Being, where we are relaxed and free, and move freely with the waves that come through, flowing with faith that we will reach the place that we have manifested with ease.

When we embody and embrace ‘I AM’, we can rely on our natural resonance of ‘I AM’ to surf anything that comes our way. As long as we acknowledge and honour the resonance of ‘I AM’, and follow our light, we will be able to move through any change that comes our way with ease and grace.

Have faith in ‘I AM’ and flow with the authentic being. When we flow with purpose, there is a lot of joy and ease in what we do. Sometimes the conscious knowing of what our purpose is comes in pieces and layers. However, the full knowing lies in ‘ I AM’. As long as we flow with ‘I AM’ the pieces will fall into place, and our purpose will unfold.

When the floodgates of change opens, it is up to each of us to make the best choice for us at the time – sink, swim or surf. There are no right or wrong choices.

[image error]However, it is best to consider – is this the deepest part of me trying to express myself or is this the dark part of me trying to take me down?

Am I flowing with faith? Or am I flowing with fear?

‘I AM’ flowing with Faith.

‘I AM’ Ready Now

[image error]Everyone has got their own destiny and dream, but not every one makes it their choice to follow it.

So many people I have spoken to, clients and students, give me plenty of ‘reasons’ why they stopped pursuing their dreams – many of those reasons are incredibly valid. However, once they have finished talking, in sessions, I revisit those ‘reasons’ and ask them : “What choice did you have here?” After a long pause of them thinking, they will give me an answer. Then I ask them : “What drove you to make that choice?”

Whilst some clients and students can see where the line of questioning is taking them – empowering them in taking ownership for their own actions – some remain adamant that they had no choice.

Truth be told – everyone has a choice. Some choices may be harder than others. Some choices will need a lot more grit, courage, will power and self determination than another – but there are always choices.

There are so many inspirational stories of people following their destiny. I have seen many women who have been through domestic abuse rise up in the eyes of threat of death, poverty and being socially ostracized to walk out on volatile and unhealthy relationships, to go on to build successful, happy fulfilling lives for themselves and their children. These women have had to make a difficult choice and harness true grit to push through their fear to follow their resonance and truth.

They made those choices because they were ready.

We have to believe in something before it becomes [image error]something. We have to be believe that there are choices before we see those choices.

I remember I was teaching regression therapy once, talking about choices, and a student kept saying… this so and so was lucky, and that so and so was lucky, and that things do not happen like that in reality. I had to point out that things did not happen like that in her reality because she did not believe it. We create the reality we live in. However, everyone has a choice… it is whether we choose to see it, embrace it and be empowered enough to take it.

We take it when we are ready.

Usually, fear is an emotion that is created by Ego, reacting to external circumstances. Faith is an emotion in ‘I AM’ – that holds the resonance and purpose of our Being. To move from fear to faith, the resonance of ‘I AM’ needs to filter through our emotions, thoughts and external facing Ego – to push for our dreams, to follow our destiny.

The beauty is ‘I AM’ is ready now – to pursue our destiny.

However, for so many, ‘I AM’ just stays in a holding pattern to wait for the Ego, Mental and Emotional selves to stop reacting to the external and start aligning with ‘I AM’.

So, why not just move straight to ‘I AM’ first? The more [image error]we embrace and embody ‘I AM’, the easier it is for us to choose to follow our dreams and follow our destiny.

Choose Faith not Fear.

‘I AM’ Ready Now.
