A Modern Day Witch Hunt by Kiki Howell & Gina Kincade ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
Kamillia, an author of paranormal romance, is accused of being an actual witch by an ambitious group of businessmen with a dark agenda. A man who resembles one of her fictional characters, an alpha male hero, randomly appears at her door offering her protection.
Luca is an immortal Watcher from the River of Light. Sent to Earth to help Kamillia, whose true heritage has yet to be revealed to her, Luca is caught off guard by the fighting spirit of the woman and the way his human body betrays him while in her presence.
When Kamillia is attacked, and all the lies she’s been told come to light, she and Luca are forced to join together. Despite numerous obstacles, they need to overcome the evil of many centuries blocking a portal under a mysterious church on the edge of town.
On Halloween night, she will have to face her past—as in a past life—in a big way. Only then can she return to what is left of her life, with or without this stranger who has captured her heart but cannot share her future

Excerpt:
Prologue
Shores of Pickering Wharf
Salem, MA
Week of Halloween
The hefty breeze pushed the small, blue, rolling waves into white, jagged peaks with the same urgency he felt inside as he sat gazing out upon the vastness of the water. Leaning against a weathered retaining wall with an audible sigh, Luca glanced behind him at the blue-gray haze over the small town cityscape silhouette. The pollution, a mixture of smoke and sky, presented itself as an omen of great significance to him. He knew the buildings, along with some of the houses beyond, already held within them the inhabitants he’d both come to protect and come to battle. In his five hundred years as a Watcher, the energy of the Earth had changed, negatively affecting the human condition.
He viewed their existence from his realm on a daily basis, a place just beyond this one, a small segment of space that served as a window to the world. From his perch there, each city had its own fundamental haze blurring its buildings and beings. This mystical force field, referred to as The River of Light, or simply The River by Watchers such as Luca, formed an energy grid covering the earth.
The grid could be seen as a matrix of light, sound, and colors forming geometric patterns around the planet. Humans had attempted to observe such patterns in the study of Sacred Geometry, but the immortal Watchers watched over and recorded the changing spiritual energies of history from their posts at The River. Ever shifting, the ebbs and flows of the negative and positive life energy swirled and moved over the varied landscapes of the Earth much like waterways. Therefore, it was critical for him to witness when certain changes emerged, what energy the events causing the changes added to the collective conscious of the world, and how the energy impacted the flow of The River. Recently, this city in the northeastern part of the United States had grown darker and darker until it choked under a bout of polluted smog-like energies. To give an ironic but truthful view of history, this was the first time Salem, Massachusetts had looked this bad. Even then, the frenzy of the only spiritual pollution inspired by the hunters during the witch hunts hadn’t darkened things to this extent. The residual energy that lingered here had been built upon since and currently required his intervention.
On Earth, back in true human form, a Watcher could see through this haze to the true souls of the people revealed to him in the colors of their auras. Both systems simply mirrored each other. Just as the human body had a meridian system with vital life force energy flowing through it, the world had a similar system of passageways through which the collective life force flowed. They not only mirrored each other, but affected each other, too. On the astral plane, the integral energy of human thoughts, words, and deeds combined into the mystical force field he kept watch over. Although he’d been sent to Earth many times before, a greater sense of foreboding gripped him this time. The places where the lines of the energy grid intersected and channeled to the earth had become blocked at alarming rates here these last few days, warning of impending danger. At portals such these, the energy proved stronger in its effects on the surrounding area.

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have Kiki Howell here with us today. Kiki, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I have been writing since I was young, in a way. From my earliest books, when I didn’t care for a part, or the ending, I re-wrote the book in my head when daydreaming, or trying to fall asleep at night. At some point I decided to simply try to write my own story. I wrote a lot in high school and college, but then I got married, became a mother, and all of that went to the wayside, outside of my love for reading, for a long time as I fulfilled another dream of being a stay at home mother. But all children grow up, and thus as they needed me less, I found my way back to writing.
What inspires you to write?
Oh, lots of things, but mostly I call it therapy. A lot comes out in my stories that I am struggling with in real life, heavily disguised in paranormal characters and story lines. I feel this form of creativity, along with many others in my life, are life lines I would not survive without.
Where can readers find you?
You can find out about my other stories at http://www.kikihowell.com
As far as social media goes, you can find me hanging out for the most part at

About the Author:
Ever since she was young, Kiki Howell has loved to listen to a well-woven tale with real characters, inspired plots, and delightful resolutions. Kiki could spend hours lost in a book, and soon she knew that creating lives, loves, and losses with just words had to be the greatest thing that she could do. To that end, she pursued her study of literature and writing, earning a bachelor’s degree in English. She then followed in a Master’s program in Creative Writing.
“After a long break having my boys, I finally just had to write again. And, as soon as I gave the stories the space, they entered it. It’s both awesome and humbling to find the words in my mind become characters on a page and create their lives.”
She has now had over fifty stories published between eleven different publishers. She could not be more thrilled or grateful to see her creations polished and out in the real world. Please look around. Although, a bit of caution, most of her stories tend to hang out on the graphically sexy side of town.
In May, 2011, Kiki was chosen as an Ohioana Book Festival author for her novel, Torn Asunder. She’s also had three flash fiction stories win writing contests. Since the fall of 2013, she’s had three novels – Hidden Salem, Salem’s Revenge, and What Lies Within Us – hit Amazon Top 100 Bestsellers Lists in several categories like Paranormal, Suspense, Ghosts, Gothic Fiction, and Occult Horror. Most recently, the second in her Salem Series, Salem’s Revenge, hit the Top 10 on Amazon in Witch & Wizard Thrillers. In October of 2017, Kiki hit the USA Today Bestsellers List.

Bind My Body by Jayelle Morgan ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
I spit dirt out of my mouth and shamble home to my wife, only to find out I’ve been missing for six weeks. That’s impossible, but the last thing I remember is… Well, nothing.
My wife thinks I left her, but I love her more than life itself. Now it’s just a matter of convincing her of that as we piece together the missing time with the help of a friend.
The problem is, I’m starting to think I did something worse than just leave. That I am something worse than an unfaithful husband.
Turns out the most impossible thing to happen to me isn’t being murdered… It’s coming back.

Excerpt:
When I get home, the garage door is still up. Everything else looks normal and undisturbed. The front door is closed, and no shadows move behind the curtains.
I sit in the car, fighting off disappointment and fear. Maybe I am just crazy.
Maybe I’d been dreaming, sleep walking. I’d gone back to sleep quickly after the neighbor’s dog had quit barking, but then I’d awakened to sounds outside. Rustling, and the trashcan lid. There had been a feeling in the air, a weird pressure, but I’d ignored it, thinking raccoons had gotten into the trash. I’d turned on the light to chase them off when I’d heard the scraping at the door. Then I’d heard him say my name.
Shaking, I turn off the car and shut the garage door behind me. I won’t run again. This is my chance to see Grady, even if it is all in my head.
Breathing deep, I get out of the car and quietly enter the house. The lamp is still on in the living room, and I step toward the warm glow. As I round the corner, I see him, and stop. My knees weaken under me and I sink into a chair. “Oh my God.”
He’s lying on the couch, looking gray, dirty, and thin, and just as dead as he should be.
But then he opens his eyes and turns his head toward me. “I’m sorry I scared you. Can we talk?”
However he appeared, whatever he is, my dead husband is lying on our couch, talking to me.

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have Jayelle Morgan here with us today. Jayelle, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I’ve been writing seriously for about four years. It’s something I always wanted to do since reading romance novels when I was young. One day I decided to write a story that I had been thinking about before bed for many years. That was book 1 in my first series, Burn!
Tell us about your title featured in: A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve
My book is Bind My Body. It’s a spooky, emotional, fun intersection of Voodoo magic, zombies, and romance.
How did you come up with the storyline?
I was listening to a song, and this story just ‘showed up’, playing like a movie reel in my head. It was after a health scare with my husband, so between the song, my fears for him, and my love of PNR, this story was born.
What inspires you to write?
Emotions, mainly. I want to make people feel things when they read my stories.
Tell us about your other books:
My other books are all mainly in my Elemental Hearts series. It’s a series about HOT warriors with elemental powers, falling in love and saving the world!
Where can readers find you?
I am most active on Facebook. – https://www.facebook.com/jayellemorgan

About the Author:
Jayelle writes paranormal and fantasy romance. She lives in Michigan with her husband and two kids. A Romance addict, nature lover, and chronic daydreamer, she often finds herself absorbed in romantic visions of different worlds and characters. Sometimes, she even writes them down.

Black Slumber by Helen Scott ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
After centuries in the Black Sleep I’ve woken up to find my uncle, the regent, calling himself king. When I rise to the throne will he step back like he’s supposed to or put up a fight?
I get the answer I’m looking for when a mage attacks during a royal court event, cursing me to never be able to feed again. Just when I’m about to give myself to the sun everything changes and I know I’ve been betrayed on the deepest level.
The only question that remains is can these men that saved me from the sun help me take back what is mine?

Excerpt:
Once Kyra was around the table and standing behind her seat next to her father, the music changed to something statelier, as though I were an old woman, which I supposed in some ways was true. I ignored the dig at my age and began my own procession through the crowd.
The room was silent as everyone turned to stare at me, like a bride on her wedding day. No applause this time. Just a breath being held by everyone until I entered the room, and then murmurs and whispers spread like wildfire as women and men openly talked about me. It was like they had forgotten I had vampiric hearing just like them. Variations of “Doesn’t look much like a queen to me,” and “She may as well be a child,” and “Look at how beautiful she is,” filled my ears.
Once I was in front of my uncle, I curtsied as was custom and waited for him to release me from the pose. Since the short period of time until I was crowned was the only time he was going to get me to bow to him, I knew he would take advantage of it. That was just the kind of man he was. True to form, he let me hold the pose for much longer than necessary.
“My wonderful niece, how good to see you awake and moving around again! Stand, stand. We don’t need to be on formal behavior here.” He laughed, and the court joined in as though I had just made a complete idiot of myself.
I straightened and tried not to grimace at the mask he’d chosen. A huge smiling sun covered most of his face. There was something about the expression on the mask that seemed slightly menacing though. “Uncle, it’s good to see you again as well,” I said, plastering my best smile on my face. My uncle was a portly gentleman whose salt-and-pepper hair would have given him an air of elegance if it weren’t for his ruddy face. Before I’d slept, he had been a heavy drinker, a fact that his skin reflected even now, though he seemed quite sober. I always found it funny that most members of the royal family had the traditional pale skin that humans thought of as appropriate for a vampire, while other members had cavorted to the point that they looked more like the humans they so detested.
“Come and sit down. We set a special place for you tonight at my right-hand side.”
I didn’t miss the implication. The place was special because he never expected me to sit there again, and he certainly never imagined I’d be able to take his seat. I knew if I drew attention to the remark, he’d brush it off, tell me that I was being paranoid or too sensitive. So I smiled and sat, and quietly reaffirmed the knowledge that I wouldn’t be able to trust anyone in my family.

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have Helen Scott here with us today. Helen Scott, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I’ve been an author for almost four years, but I’ve been writing for most of my life. I never expected to be an author, I just thought it wasn’t something I could do, I mean who can plan a whole book out let alone multiple books? But then I started taking classes and learning and slowly after a brief stint in the publishing industry itself I decided it was time to jump in.
Tell us about your title featured in: A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve
Black Slumber is the tale of a princess who has been asleep for centuries due to the royal vampires taking turns to be on the throne. It’s all about her waking up and dealing with the new world, and the people who don’t want to take her rightful place on the throne. There are curses and lovers and evil people who just want to have all the power for themselves.
How did you come up with the storyline?
It’s a bit of a twisted retelling of Sleeping Beauty but with vampires.
What inspires you to write?
The characters I day dream about, the worlds I wish I could visit, and of course the drama of falling in love.
Tell us about your other books:
I love mythology so most of my books have some of that running through them with a fantasy twist!
The Siren Legacy was my first series, which is about a group of brothers descended from the sirens from Greek mythology. I also have the Wardens of Midnight series (shifters who run an animal shelter). Both of these are just regular paranormal romance.
I also have the Cerberus series which is a PNR RH, and a Fantasy RH series called Four Worlds.
I’m lucky enough to have done some cowritten reverse harem series with some amazing authors! The first, The Salsang Chronicles, was with Serena Akeroyd (and is a complete series), but I also have a complete series, The Hollow, with Ellabee Andrews, a soon to be complete series with Lucinda Dark called Twisted Fae, and I have a series going with May Dawson called Prisoners of Nightstone, and I have a series called Legends Unleashed Lacey Carter Andersen!

Reindeer Tails Author- Cassandra Jones- Interview

Ghosts of the Past
Brianne hasn’t talked to her brother in years, not since the night he walked out of her life. When he shows up out of the blue, she doesn’t trust him.
Mark brings his troubles back to Brianne and her family. He never thought they would be in any danger, but he was wrong.
Now they must work together to survive. Can they overcome the ghosts of the past?
excerpt
“Who are you?” Toby stepped into the room. “What do you want with her?”
“It’s not her we want.” The man snapped. “Mark is your brother, isn’t he?”
“Yes.” Brianne looked at her daughter. “He isn’t here.”
“I know that.” He pulled a gun from the waistband of his jeans. “You need to get him here, now.”
“How can I do that?” She asked. “I don’t know where he is.”
“He was here earlier today. You better figure out where he is before something happens to her.” The man held the gun to Erin’s head. “I won’t play games with any of you.”
“Call him.” Toby crossed his arms over his chest. “The number should be son the phone. “
“What if he doesn’t come?” Brianne started to leave.
“He better.” The man said. “Bring the boy back with you.”
Brianne hurried to the kitchen. Mark had better get here soon. If anything happened to her little girl, she would hurt him.
She listened to the phone ring several times. Why wasn’t he answering? They didn’t have time for this.
“Brianne, what is it?” Mark asked. “I don’t want to argue with you anymore.”
“Mark, you need to get over here, now.” She paused for a minute. “You were right about the danger. There’s a man here and he has Erin.”
“I’m on my way.” He hung up.
Brianne put the phone on the table, going to her son’s bedroom. Asher hadn’t moved at all. The kid could sleep through anything.
She hated to wake him up. Maybe she could carry him to her room? Of course, she hadn’t been able to lift him in a while. Still, she had to try.

Christmas Knockout
This Christmas I really decided to deck the halls. Well, just one, and it was in self-defense. I had no intention of getting caught in the middle of a bar brawl at a male strip show, but that’s what happened. I may have ruined his pretty face, I definitely broke my thumb.

Reindeer Tails Author- Cloud S. Riser- Interview
Christmas Countdown
Every year Santa takes a long vacation with his wife, and every year one special elf is chosen to take the mission on. When it’s Tinsel’s turn, he doesn’t expect it to be all too hard. Why would it? But Mr. and Mrs. Claus aren’t everything he thought they were.
excerpt: “Tinsel, I’m sure you’ve got a lot of questions about why you were chosen to be the elf. Unfortunately, we don’t have time for answers. By the end of the night, you should understand perfectly. You’re a smart guy, right?” He grinned at me while I nodded slowly, unsure if that was rhetorical or not. “What you’re going to do is head to the magic port. There, the elves will give you the coordinates for Santa’s vacationing spot. Everything you need to bring him back home will be in this bag.” He handed me a red backpack. “Change into something light and put on sunscreen. You’re going to want it!”
“Uh, sure!” I took the bag and he stood.
“Great, better get going, see you soon!” Sweat was beading down his forehead and he seemed nervous as he pushed me out the door of his office. The last thing I saw was him sitting back down in his desk and putting his head in his hands.
What was I missing?

Cloud S. Riser is a Minnesota native. She has lived in Minnesota her whole life. She will probably remain there for her whole life too. The mother of The Squid, Skyscraper, and two cats, her life is definitely never dull. An adventure she braves with her husband. In order to stay sane, she creates massive amounts of fiction which she has decided to share with the rest of the world for the simple reason of: she is a storyteller.
Please tell us about what you typically write.
I am a writer of all things paranormal, fantasy, and sci-fi. Sometimes all of them at the same time! There’s always a twist and a touch of romance.
Q: If we were having a real in-person conversation, where would like to be having this conversation?
Any place where we can sit and be left alone for a while. I absolutely love long conversations at parks and coffee shops. I also enjoy walking and talking, so that might be a thing that happens too!
Q: what got you into writing?
It started with a fanfic. I just decided to write up my own version of a TV Show’s events when I was twelveish and it stuck!
Q: What inspired you to write this particular short story?
I started thinking about what Santa did during the off season, and it spun from there!
Q: Do you prefer to write short, or longer?
I’ve been writing a lot shorter lately, but I used to write epic length novels. It really depends on the story, to be honest! 20-30k is the sweet spot!
Q: What currently compels you to write?
I still have a lot of stories in me to tell that I just HAVE to get out!
Q: Where do your characters come from?
They tend to introduce themselves to me.
Q: Who is your favorite character that you’ve written?
I’m not sure! That’s like choosing a favorite child!
Q: Would you rather have one of your works turned into a movie or a TV series?
TV series. More length and room to keep going. Movies are so limited and too much goes missing!
Q: What’s coming next for your readers?
I’ve got Dragon Shifters coming at the end of the year/early next, as well as the next installment of my Point Epoch Series which is a paranormal small town series.

Hallowed Night by Charlotte Raven Hart ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
On the night when it is said that the veil between the living and the dead is the thinnest, two women lost their lives. A year later, in a fake seance gone wrong, one of them is brought back. Teagan doesn’t know how she came back or even what she is now, all she knows is that she is somehow connected to Ronin, a handsome stranger that was there the night of the seance. He is the only one who knows who she is and can help her piece together what happened. Her murder remains unsolved and finding her killer may be the only chance she has at another life, but when her old boyfriend shows up sowing doubt in her mind, she doesn’t know who she can really trust.

Excerpt:
It wasn’t necessary for us to do this in the cemetery, it was just a ritual to bless the harvest and offer good fortune moving into the darker months, but it was our way of honoring those that came before us, and who falsely lost their lives. Salem always seemed to have special energy, like a spiritual nexus, in my opinion the tragedy that happened hundreds of years ago was no mere coincidence.
Megan and I joined the others and took our places in the circle. We laid out wheat in between us to form a pentagram and put items representing the harvest, fertility and good fortune in the center.
I lost myself in the simple ritual. Something about this time of year, the spirits, the rare full moon, it called to me. Like whispers in the stiff breeze. I relished it.
We finished up and said our goodbyes, but Megan hung back and pulled me aside.
“You all right, Tea?”
“Yeah, why?” I asked, grabbing my cloak and putting it back on.
“I don’t know. I just got this strange feeling while we were doing the ritual. Be careful, OK?”
“Of course,” I said with a smile. She turned and walked out into the narrow street. Something in the shadow of the building across the street caught my eye, but I didn’t think anything about it. It was probably just one of the other girls, right?
I turned to go the opposite way on the street when a heart wrenching scream shattered the silent night. I turned.
Nothing about the scene in front of me made any sense; my mind couldn’t comprehend it. I registered individual details–a darkened figure, a glint of metal, a puddle on the street where there hadn’t been one before, Megan on the ground–but none of them seemed to fit together.
The figure moved closer to me and my natural instincts kicked in. I ran back inside the cemetery, thinking I would escape out the path to the side. A tug on my cloak pulled me back, making me stumble. Fumbling with the clasp, I let it drop lurching forward and hitting the large central crypt. As I pushed myself off of it and turned, a sharp pain slashed through my left arm.
A cry rang out that I only distantly registered was from me. My heart raced, panic rushing through my mind.
Just move! Move move move!
A thump behind me, A force making me stumble and fall to my knees. I was frozen, eyes wide, blood draining from my face. Only when the knife was violently yanked out did the pain begin to flood through me. I collapsed and the figure stood towering above. A dark boot kicked me over onto my back. I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t move. A gloved hand came down. The knife went in again and again. I never could see his face, hidden in the shadows of a dark hood.
When I closed my eyes, all I saw was Megan’s lifeless face.
Wait for me, my friend, I’ll join you soon…

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have CHARLOTTE RAVEN HART here with us today. CHARLOTTE, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
For as long as I can remember, really! I would always get these pretty journals and make up stories in them. My third grade teacher told my parents that she knew I would end up as a writer, and she was right!
Tell us about your title featured in: A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve
In my story, two girls are murdered and on their anniversary a group of guys decide to perform a fake sceance. However, it partially worked and one of the girls was brought back. In the story, her family and friends don’t see her, but Ronin, one of the guys who did the seance can. They learn that they are connected somehow, so they try to find some answers along with Teagan’s killer.
How did you come up with the storyline?
I love ghost stories and mysteries! I have had the basic idea for this story a while now and this collection was the excuse I needed to finally put it down on paper! I wanted to incorporate my love for Salem in this story as well as I felt it was the perfect backdrop for this kind of tale.
Tell us about your other books:
My debut novel, co-authored with dark fantasy and horror author Cindar Harrell, will be releasing in December. We are both very excited to finally see Reality Breaker out in the world! This novel deals with a lot of difficult topics such as mental illness, but interwoven in it is a world of fantasy and romance. The theme is when everything around seems to be falling apart and not making much sense, then how can you tell the difference between dreams and reality. Think of it as a modern take on Alice in Wonderland.
Where can readers find you?
The best place to find me is my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/charlotteravenhart/ I will post any updates here as well as newsletter sign ups when that is ready. If you would like more information on my upcoming novel, you can check it out on my Amazon author page here: www.amazon.com/author/charlotteravenhart

Go Fang Yourself by Billie Dale ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
Together they fight the tide to save the free.
Daughters of Odin Fated to be.
When Fate insisted my sister and I attend Silver Lake College, the brochure failed to mention a life-altering prophecy, a world saving destiny and a sinfully delicious vampire who is not only the harbinger of said prophecy, but also my mate.
Elon Ford is the man you want to devour. Turns out he wants to taste me too.
This foggy, no-sun, no-fun depressing university is filled with so much more than young adults craving education.
Discovering vampires are real sends me tripping into the drink and BAM I’m amped up with super strength, a grocery list of freaky abilities and a can-do attitude.
My twin is next to take a dip. Where I’m bolster and action, she’s reasoning and empathy.
On Halloween Carissa Dumain, self-proclaimed Queen of the Vampires, is leading the charge to the apocalypse and the end of humanity as we know it.
I have a handful of weeks to wrap my head around sharing the spirit of a Norse god, maneuvering a body I no longer recognize, and saving my sister… Nope, none of this was in the brochure.
We are Nicole and Ranissa Noden’s.
We are the Daughters of Odin.
We are The Sisters Who Slay.

Excerpt:
I’m as confused as a person who looks up Watermelon Sugar in the Urban Dictionary. The pros and cons in my head weeble wobble like a teeter-totter.
Instant love.
The sheer notion sets my teeth on edge. Hell, I don’t even want to read a romance novel where the couple jumps ass over elbows upon meeting. Yet, here I am living it in Technicolor.
What eighteen-year-old woman doesn’t want a sin-personified vampire to go all swoony? I mean Vampire Diaries, Twilight, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, True Blood, Lucifer. I think we all can agree we’d offer vampy Ian Somerhalder our necks on any day ending in Y. Elon Ford makes Ian look like a poop emoji. A cute smiling pile of shit.
It’s a simple kiss. One meshing of lips, maybe a bit of tongue, and BAM his intensity vanishes, allowing us to unlock the mystery of what happened at the lake without my friends wanting to hump his leg. I can ignore how it hitches my wagon to an undead masterpiece worthy of display in the Louvre.

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have Billie Dale here with us today Billie, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I released my first book in 2017. The story had been in my head for years and I guess I finally decided to listen and put it on paper. I’d already been a blogger for about four years so I knew a few basics about indie publishing and decided to take the leap.
Tell us about your title featured in: A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve
Go Fang Yourself is a quirky look at twin sisters imbued with the essence of the Norse God, Odin and how they must save the world while dealing with life as eighteen year old college freshman.
How did you come up with the storyline?
Paranormal is by far my favorite genre to write because the only limits are those within your imagination. With enough creativity you can build whatever kind of world you want. Plus, I wanted to do something outside the box thus why I chose Norse mythology instead of Greek or Roman. It’s actually inspired by my nieces, Nicole and Ranissa two kick ass women who I’m very proud of.
What inspires you to write?
Movies, television, books, life. Everything around me sprouts ideas for new stories. Not all see the light of day but I’m always plotting.
Tell us about your other books:
My first foray is a series titled The Reigh Witch Chronicles. Four books centered around a mother and her daughters dealing with the discovery that they are witches.
Next, I took on fairytales. My fairytale fantasy series is all the stories we know such as Hercules, Snow White and Maleficent but I promise these are not the bedtime tales we grew up with. They are funny and full of steam with sassy women and smoking hot men.
Then I completely jumped ship and wrote a suspense thriller that will totally blow your mind. Ravyn is an absolute mind bender with a jaw dropping ending.
Currently I’m in working on the last in a New Adult/Second Chance Romance trilogy of standalone reads set in the small town of Seven Mile Forge. Wannabe More and Say You’ll Be There are filled with secrets, first love and redemption.

About the Author:
Billie Dale lives in no-where middle earth. Lost in a small village in the Midwest with three adult kids and one teenage daughter, three animals and an amazing, swoony book boyfriend worthy husband.
A blogger by nature and a writer because she got tired of arguing with the voices in her head. She lives the words on the page, whether writing them or reading them her life is consumed with thoughts and ideas.
Her greatest wish is for readers to fall in love with her words as much as she enjoys writing them.
Paranormal, New Adult, Romantic Comedy, Contemporary — there is not one box she fits in. She’s a rebel with a keyboard, who writes what her head tells her even it jumps from genre to genre.

Spell of Snow by S.J. Pierce ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
Life can be a witch…
Six years ago, I discovered my powers – I can make flowers bloom. But in a world where anything magical is met with judgement and swinging from a rope, I have to be careful… until one day I wasn’t. The Witch Hunters have been alerted, and now no one, including my loved ones, can save me.
My name is Rosanna Frey, Snow Queen of Ipswich, and this is my story.

Excerpt:
I’ve imagined a million times what it would be like right before you’re hanged—rope taut around your neck. Trembling like a leaf. Tears streaming. Life desperately flashing before your eyes in broken fractals; all the best and worst memories in chronological order.
But none of those daydreams were anywhere near accurate.
Numbness consumed me. If I was shaking or crying, I couldn’t tell. A self-preservation thing, to be sure.
Or maybe it was shock.
My brain didn’t register sound, my thoughts stationary.
Mouths opening and closing in front of me. Crying? Shouting. Everyone’s eyes jerked to the man beside the buggy I was standing on. He was reading aloud my crimes. Punishable by death.
Witchcraft.
I frantically searched the crowd for Jacob, my love. He didn’t come. He couldn’t bear to watch.
Some of them covered their eyes. Some looked away. Some watched on, eyes burning flames of hatred. Die, Rosanna! Satan’s seed.
Eyes screwed shut, my lips parted to release a scream, but the wood beneath my bare feet dragged away and I plummeted to my death with a soundless gasp.

Midnight Kiss by Silvana G. Sánchez ~ A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve Author Spotlight Interview

Blurb:
There are three rules every witch should follow:
Never reveal your wicked nature to a human.
Never cast magic against your own.
And never, absolutely never, fall in love with a vampire.
I ignored them all.
Now hell’s broken loose, and the people I love are in danger.
I will fight, broom and cauldron, to save them.
Excerpt:
“I don’t believe in luck,” I mumbled, trying to zip up my jacket, but failing thanks to my quivering fingers. And as much as I hated to admit it, my hands did not tremble because of the weather; this guy was hot as hell, and I’d never expected I’d bump into him like this.
He turned and stared at me appraisingly. “Curious,” he said, a slight frown on his face as he drew closer. “I thought all witches trusted in their crystals for good luck,” hinting at my clear quartz pendant, raising his chin a little.
He said witches.
Now that broke any poise I’d gathered so far. Flustered, I said, “How do you…?”
Hot guy joined me by the wall. He leaned next to me, his wondrous cologne slowly penetrating my lungs, clouding my mind. It was a glorious fragrance, like that of the fresh scent of woods after the first spring rain.
“How do I know you’re a witch?” he said with a low sensual voice, so intimate that it shot gooseflesh up my arms. “I guess you could call it a gift.” He turned. In this nearness, as his eyes fixed on mine, I recognized a flash of magic inside them. That and the hint of pointy fangs as he half smiled told me everything I needed to know…

AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Hello and welcome, readers! We have Silvana G. Sánchez here with us today. Silvana, thanks for visiting us.
How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I’ve been attracted to storytelling since infancy. My first short story won a State contest and got published when I was ten years old. I haven’t stopped writing since.
Tell us about your title featured in: A Cursed All Hallows’ Eve
Midnight Kiss is the companion to my vampire series, The Unnatural Brethren. In this story, we learn about the lives of the Stone Witches of Kennington.
Kiera Stone and her aunt Prim run the family’s Teahouse in London, but there’s more to that shop than meets the eye… Magic and mayhem will ensue when Kiera breaks the rules that bind all witches.
How did you come up with the storyline?
I was inspired by the City, and an underground nightclub I visited once near London Bridge Station. I met some pretty interesting people that night… A few of them were human.
What inspires you to write?
My need to speak for all outcasts, because I’ve always been proud to be one.
Tell us about your other books:
My #1 bestselling series, Vesely Academy, is my latest release, and it’s available on Amazon. It’s the first Paranormal Academy miniseries ever to be published, so if you’re looking for quick dark romance stories with a paranormal kick, this is the one for you!
If you’re interested in twisted fairytale retellings, I can’t recommend you enough Once Upon Another World, a Twisted FairyTale Box Set. My story, Ash and Snow: The Curse of The White Throne, is featured in this box set along with twenty other bestselling award-winning authors, and at 99 cents, it’s quite a bargain!
