Wicked Smaht is now FREE EVERYWHERE!

You can get it on Amazon international, Apple Books, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and Vivlio! No excuse! Go get it! I made a decision a while ago to make one of my shortest books free. This was a difficult decision to make. On one hand, an author wants to make sure their work is worth […]

Author Interview: Cass Michaels

A displaced Southern Belle growing up in the Midwest, Cass Michaels is a romance writer with all the fluff and smut. Writing steamy romance novels has always been her calling as an avid reader, and was caught more than once sneaking off with her mother’s steamy romance novels. “I could write that!” So one day, […]

Jan 2022 Update

Yep, I'm alive. I've been working on my new book that went from a 10k piece to over 90k. It's called F**k Buddies and I'm hoping Amazon will allow me to publish it with that title (cross your fingers for me). It's in the hands of an editor and two betas. I have yet to give it to another editor, and do the second (possibly final) draft.

What is an ARC Reader?

All of my books are available for ARC reading... but what is that exactly? FREE BOOKS. Did you know you can get free books? There are entire groups of people - publishers and independent authors, who hand out free books that sometimes haven't even been released yet! And yes! Just like the peeps that watch and vote on movies for the Oscars, you can too preview something before anyone else and watch as the book turns into a bestseller! Or maybe even a tv show series!Of course, when an author or publisher agrees to give out ARC copies, they anticipate and appreciate an honest review in exchange. Reviews are invaluable. The more reviews, the more visible the book will become to potential readers - even if it's a not-so-good review.

Netflix’s latest Horror Store Steakout: Fear St Pt1 1994 (Spoilers hidden at the end)

My first thoughts were: 1. Excellent soundtrack 2. Good plot twist at the end. Feels like an update version of Clueless vs Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Loved the Scream feel. Overkill on the last few deaths. So unnecessary, dudes. No. Am already anxious to watch the next part. Who’s with me? I’ll wait for you! This […]

Netflix’s Sex/Life is Just Bad Bad Bad

I have never been so embarrassed to be an erotica writer. And this is after 50S. Women shouldn’t be ashamed to watch soft core porn on mainstream, I’m just disappointed this had to be one of the first acceptable shows to lend itself to the world. It was an important step and they blew it […]

The Privileged Pandemic

I’ve come to the realization that I’m alive. Over the course of the events during the pandemic, I have things to be thankful for I would have typically taken for granted, and being overweight by thirty pounds isn’t the end of the world. I’m forty now, so I guess I just care a bit less.

New Thriller Novel… Maybe Screenplay(s)

Hey y’all. It’s been a hot minute. With Covid, I’ve been preoccupied with the world going mad over everything, and lately have been hypersensitive to almost everything. Let me give you a very short rundown to all things that matter here… After eight years of writing, I had a close friend judge me and my […]
