I’m writing this post on my phone again.

Day 72: Rosa Parks & Retelling Jokes

This entry is part 2 of 2 in the series Readie, Writie, SophieSend to Kindle

It’s two minutes to midnight.

Sorry, one minute to midnight.

Basically, nothing has gone to plan.

When I woke this morning I thought in this blog I’d talk about Anthony Horowitz as I would have finished The Word is Murder, and link that to writing quality and the quality threshold when it comes to indie publishing.… Read the rest

Man vs Bookshelf: Outro

This entry is part of 104 in the series Man vs BookshelfSend to Kindle

Given that, throughout the last few reviews and, especially, the stats blog, I’ve talked a lot about the end of the challenge, I’ve wondered if it is even worth doing an “outro”.… Read the rest

Man vs Bookshelf: Zom-B

This entry is part 102 of 102 in the series Man vs BookshelfSend to Kindle

Right, this is it — the very last review.

Madness.

It’s also, if my maths is right (it probably isn’t), my 100th blog in this series.… Read the rest

Man vs Bookshelf: Harry Potter

This entry is part 101 of 101 in the series Man vs BookshelfSend to Kindle

Yesterday (as I write) was weird.

I finished Zom-B Clans and then, rather than referring to my spreadsheet to see what came next in my challenge, I was able to go and find something completely new.… Read the rest

It happened today.

This morning, in fact. Early.

At around eight am, I picked up my latest book, Zom-B Clans, and got to it.

Two hours later, short book that it is, I was done.… Read the rest
