A finished novel, StokerCon, Space & Time Magazine updates, and more! Blog/Newsletter - March 2022

Personal Updates!

Things have been fantastic lately!

Happy New Year! We’re almost a week into 2022, so I thought I’d kick off the first blog of the new year with a list of five things I learned in 2021 – and the changes those lessons have inspired for 2022. I hope this list inspires you to reflect and make great goals for this year if you haven’t already. Slow Times for the Spooky Holiday

It’s a short newsletter/blog this time around because there just aren’t many updates – a lot of the same stuff is simply chugging along! If you’re reading this in the newsletter, you’ll see a section about a beta-reading opportunity in December for my novel The Dark Well. It’s the second week of my favorite month of the year! I hope you’re all finding time to enjoy all the fall things that bring you joy. Typically, we GO HARD with Hal...

Making the News & Going to the Zoo

I Made the News!

I’m known for stirring things up a bit when I see it’s needed. So… I took the opportunity to call them out, which resulted in a chat with my local NPR affiliate. I also started a petition to remove those board members. So far, the endeavor is going very well. You can check all that out with the links ...

It's baaaaaack -- The Blog!

The blog opens its eyes and draws crisp air into its lungs for the first time in… *checks notes* holy shit! It’s been more than a year?! Damn. I must have hit the poor guy over the head harder than I thought. *Checks the blog’s eyes with a penlight* Ope! Yeah, that’s a concussion. Let’s see here. The last post was called… *scrolls around* “2020 Can Go To Hell” – oh… well that was positive. Yikes. Sorry to leave you all on such a low note for so long. I can assure you of several things from here ...
