Hi I'm just wondering, are you a full time illustrator or do you have a side job and do it as a hobby? Thanks ʕ•ٹ•ʔ

HI! I’m a full time illustrator now. I used to work as a programmer as well, and then started doing both part time. But when I was offered to work on more projects and my first book deal I decided to do art full time. It’s not totally set in stone though… as in if I was offered programming work that i’m interested in now I might take it on as well. Basically going with the flow and making sure I can pay the bills!

Hi! I’m probably the worst person to ask that question because I’m not so good myself! But the few good friends I do have have always accepted me for who I am and I don’t feel the need to constantly be more gregarious around them. When meeting new people I try to ask what their interests are or really get to know them beyond the surface of small talk. Of course, for some people it’s difficult to break that ice but for others you can feel that connection and things start to flow naturally. Sor...
