The Best Team Wins Celebrates 100 Episodes: Hear the Latest from Our Top Guests
We’re excited to share the 100th episode of The Best Team Wins podcast. The podcast was first launched in 2016, with the aim of providing business and HR leaders with compelling content to improve their hiring, company culture and talent management efforts.
To commemorate the 100th episode, we touched base with a few of our top guests from the past to learn about where they are now and how the people side of their businesses hav changed.

Rodney Williams, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at LISNR
Rodney Williams first appeared on the program in October 2017 and at the time, he had recently been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young, and LISNR had recently been named a CNBC Top 50 Disruptor two years in a row. For the 100th episode, Rodney gave us an update about how LISNR has invested more in its culture and hires more now for culture fit than talent alone. Dan Snyder originally joined us on the podcast in October 2017, where he discussed the importance of explaining failure to earn employee trust, and making authenticity central to day-to-day business. He gave us an update on how Homeside Financial finished 2017 within the top 100 lenders and was named to the Inc 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Dan also discussed the importance of having a clear mission for your company and making sure it’s communicated down to all employees, especially as the company grows.
