This is a snapshot of the time I got up this morning to meditate and work on my dream of becoming an international best selling author with over 1M copies sold! It’s not easy, but I do it six days a week because it’s a choice I make daily and a habit I have developed to help me reach my goal.

Unfortunately, this week I had a few things going on mentally and only shot 66%. Although my body loved the extra rest, I also know that’s not the person I’ve chosen to be, so I’ve promised myself to be better next week and not miss a single day.
