get to know you from the inside

know what makes you think the thoughts you think

Can I get to
know you, the you, one often tries to hide?

Let’s get
passed the impressions

And start
off as being friends

Forget the
materials you got

Let me know
what you possess within

Let me get
to know your inner being

you lace your fingers between mine?

I caressed it softly

you, then, caress mine?

wonder if I looked into your eyes

Would
they dance at the sight of me?
