The one thing that helps though is to have a writing routi…moreThere is no one shoe fits all answer for that as different things works at different times. The one thing that helps though is to have a writing routine & to actually put pen to paper or fingers to keypad and write. Whether or not you are in the "mood" for it, whether or not what you are writing meets your own standards! You can always improve what you have written, later. To wait for that one eureka moment, however when you will write with a flourish, to my mind isn't the best way to go about it! Going out for a long walk is that one other thing that helps clear the mind and helps me to get back to writing! (less)
