Guest Author Interview: Kelly Gay

Please welcome today's guest author Kelly Gay!  Kelly is the author of The Better Part of Darkness, and The Darkest Edge of Dawn.

EJ:  When did you begin writing?

Kelly:   I began writing with career intentions over fifteen years ago, but back then I was mostly writing screenplays and plays (and a ton of unfinished novels). I made the switch five years ago to focus solely on fiction, on finishing a novel, and then trying to get published. I ended up writing six of them before I finally sold.

I've been busy getting book tour packages out to She Smells the Dead book tour participants.  I always forget just how long it takes to sign books.  Thankfully I had the assistance of my new fabulous friend DB!  DB is the dung beetle plushie made exclusively for me.  Isn't he amazing?!















So DB and I have been busy signing books and stuffing envelopes.  Today we delivered all of our packages to the post office.  Hooray!
