On Writing: Journey Into the Shadow Realm

I've been frequently asked about my writing process and yet realized that I haven't written about this process here on my own blog. *head desk*  So in an effort to remedy this oversight I have decided to share with you a sneak peek of where I write and how I prepare myself.

Someone fed the birds...

 Oh dear.  Did I not warn you all against feeding the birds?  Apparently one of my guests did not heed my warning.  Now the shadow servants shall have their hands full until midnight when my ravens return to regular size.  *sigh*  I do believe I need a strongly brewed cup of tea!  Perhaps I can coax the rose goblins into making a pot or two while my shadows are busy.
