New year...New goals
So...Can you believe it's 2016 already? It snuck up on me so fast. I don't bother with resolutions. I never stick to them anyway. But I do have one goal for 2016. Not a resolution, mind you, cause remember, I don't keep those...:) But a goal.
My goal is to write more.
I have so many projects in mind for 2016.
First is the novella I'm almost finished with. It's a stand alone menage entitled Double Dom.
Second is the next book in the Crime and Punishment series Entitled The Master's Den. This is Daniel's story and it will be the last in the C&P series. But...I'm not finished with the Dom's of New Orleans. The next series will be titled The Doms of the Den and will start with Ian, who readers met briefly in Burning Submission.
Third is the next book in the Entwined Fates series. Poor Jonah's been waving from the back of the room for a quite a while now, so I have to get his story told before he tans my hide..:)
I have lots more ideas for 2016 and I promise to do more menage stories as well. I get lots of requests for those..:)
So keep checking back for updates and I hope you have a wonderful 2016!

Dirty Sexy Dom
John Hurks story is now available at Amazon!!Dirty Sexy Dom falls in line after Social Prey, but is a stand alone novel.
The last thing Ashley Warren needed was her high school crush returning to town, especially with the problems she was having. Someone wanted her hotel…badly and had no issue with doing whatever was necessary to get it.
After the interested party runs of numerous contractors who were handling her hotel remodel, she has no other option but to accept John Hurks’ offer of help, but only on the remodel. John, however, wants more.
When things turn dangerous, he needs Ashley to follow his orders but he soon finds the little spitfire doesn’t take well to being told what to do. She might disobey John the old high school crush, but she would not disobey John the Dom.
Much to her surprise, Ashley finds she likes the consequences of defying a dirty, sexy Dom.

Dirty Dom excerpt
Wow, has it really been that long since my last post? Moving into the new house has really taken up a lot of time. So in an attempt to make up for it, I'm posting below a short excerpt from my upcoming Dirty Sexy Dom.
In an awkward show of bravado, she crossed her arms over her chest. “We need to talk.”“Yes, after you calm down.”Her arms fell to her sides and her chin rose. “What do you mean after I calm down? I have every right to be angry.”“Maybe or maybe you’re just being irrational.”“Irrational?” she squeaked, her anger rising even more. “Where the hell do you get off?”Jonathon narrowed his eyes. “We’re not having this discussion if you’re going to yell. Now come here.”She curled her lip throwing caution to the wind. “No.”His eyebrow rose and some of her bravery fled so fast she felt herself deflate. “Excuse me?” he asked.She drew in a deep breath. “I said no.”He took two steps toward her, and she took one back. Her first instinct was to bolt, but instead, she stood her ground. She knew Jonathon wouldn’t really hurt her. Spank her maybe, but he wasn’t abusive.Jonathon reached her side and without a word grabbed her arm. When he began tugging her into the room, she dug in her heels. “Jonathon, stop it! I’m not going to let you spank me again!”He grabbed something red off the table and turned to face her so quick, she almost lost her balance as she came to a stop. Before she could even get out a reply, he placed the red hankercheif between her lips, effectively cutting off her ability to speak.He wrapped the edges around her face and tied them at the back of her head. Ashley lifted her hands to undo the knot, but Jonathon caught them and jerked them back down.Her entire body shook with both fear and desire. How could he do this and she respond this way? What was wrong with her?Without another word, he pulled her toward the cross. Ashley tried to break free, but he was too strong for her. He held both her wrists easily with one hand.She growled low in her throat as he pushed her back against the cross and lifted her hands over her head. He stared down at her as though thinking for a couple of seconds, then spoke. “You can either stand here and curse me through the gag and be punished for it, or you can accept the fact that, one way or another, you will calm down. I don’t do screaming matches, Ashley. If you want to talk, we’ll do it calmly and rationaly. You can be mad at me all you want, but will not yell and scream. Are we clear?”“Fuck you,” she snarled through the gag.

RWA...The Rita's
The Rita's is the highlight of the RWA conference. Lisa Kleypas was the MC for the night and she did a fabulous job.
It was a night of fancy dresses and fabulous acceptance speeches and this year, they even did a romance story especially for the Rita's that was read aloud by a variety of best selling authors.
That was actually a hoot...lol
Can't wait for the one at Disney in 2017...:)

RWA 2015 - day 4
It's Thursday and I'm already exhausted. There have been so many wonderful workshops and book signings, and oh my god, the books. I shipped home 3 boxes, over 100 lbs of books. And we still have tomorrow to go.
I've never been to a conference that gives away this many books. It's insane. I won't want for anything to read for quite some time.
This morning was keynote speaker Julia Quinn. It was a fabulous speech, and she's actually quite funny. It's weird when you hear an author that you like speak, and then go read her books, you can really tell how her personality comes out in her writing. Or he, if the author you like is a man..:)
I didn't get any pictures today...I know, that was bad of me, so I'm posting this really cool shot of the New York skyline from South side of Central Park.
I hope to get more pics of the conference tomorrow, especially since tomorrow is the Rita Dinner..:) I can't miss the opportunity to get pictures of the authors all glamed up..:)

RWA 2015 workshops
Workshops so far have been fabulous. The first one was about blogging...
Blog Your Way to Bigger Sales with Sue Grimshaw, Maggie Mae Gallagher, and Joyce Lamb.
The room was packed.
Then we did Dead On: Writing Killer Romantic Suspense with Brenda Novak and Laura Griffin.
That one was really good. I learned a lot about saying things with action and punch words.
And of course I can't forget all the free books. That's just from this morning.
Can't wait to get home and put all this fun info to good use...:)

RWA 2015...day 3
The conference officially started this morning with the Librarian Luncheon and the literacy book signing. The hotel is ridiculously crowded so we got out this afternoon for a little fun.
The we is me, Kalyn Cooper, Roz Lee, and Jean Joachim. We went into China Town and I raided a tea shop. So much tea!! I was in heaven...:) Then we went to Ping's for lunch and Dim Sum. The food was amazing!!
On our way back we swung through Grand Central Station. The building is gorgeous! Plus, we saw a bride and groom having their picture taken. How cool is that?
I think they're might be a story there..:)
Tomorrow starts the heavy workshops at 7:30 am no less. UGH!! Conference pics start tomorrow so tune back in!!
