"And They’re Off!" (4/15 Mercury Direct)
"And They’re Off!" (Mercury Direct)

Hip, hip, hooray, as they say. Mercury turns Direct on April 15, 2018. Astrologically speaking, “Mercury turns Direct” means Mercury, the planet that rules communication of all forms – including computers and phones – appears to turn around in its orbit and start moving forward.
To us, this turning around feels like total chaos! In the turbulence of the moments while Mercury builds its energy and turns, we become aware that what we thought were a few finished projects really aren’t finished and suddenly discover forgotten (and important) details omitted from other tasks. To our horror, we realize we missed an appointment because we didn’t write it down, we still can’t find that folder in the documents program, and it is soooo hard to focus on anything!
Communication with practically everyone on the planet turned into a nightmare last week – people were speaking a foreign language! A language you didn’t understand and they didn’t understand you either, even when you used sign language! Your opinions went into the ethers of space and theirs’ went into the mud. Your brilliant ideas went up in flames and you’re biting your tongue now to not say, “I told you so!” or “Yeah, if you would have done it my way…”
We’ve just got a few more days left before Mercury turns Direct. We’ve just got a few more days before April 15th. If you can’t stay in bed, snuggled under a cozy comforter, which sounds delicious, just go somewhere quiet and listen, listen to your heart.
Review the past few weeks of this Mercury Retrograde cycle because there were treasures for you to find. Treasures showing you how you have sabotaged you or your dream, gems of wisdom revealing why that special something didn’t happen or why “it” was put on hold, or jewels sparkling with the truth of why you honestly feel that way about that situation.
Listen to your heart, review these past few weeks, and then go to the gate.
Trot up to that gate as if you own it! Like a sleek, well-trained racehorse, hold your head high, trot up to that gate and face forward. Listen to your strong heart pounding with excitement to run, to run forward with your new treasures and gems, to run forward in to success. Steady, wait to hear the pop of Mercury’s final thrust of energy in its turn forward.
