GOD'S GRACE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
GOD’S GRACE NEVER LEAVES YOU
“… since it is through God’s kindness (the indwelling Spirit)… it is not by [your]… good works. God’s grace …[makes all his actions toward mankind (saved or unsaved)]…—free and undeserved…” (Romans 11:6 NLT).
“...to show us his GRACE through Christ Jesus...who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for GOD WAS WITH HIM…” (Acts 10:38-39 KJV & 2 Timothy 1:9).
“...God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it...” (Romans 5:10-16 NLT).
*
Biblical GRACE is God’s FAVOR toward mankind who does not deserve it, is not worthy of it, nor can they ever earn it.
God’s GRACE is extended, through expressions and demonstrations of heartfelt kindness, simply because of God’s unconditional LOVE toward mankind.
Some of those heartfelt expressions of kindness is God’s willingness to save mankind’s soul from perishing, forgive their sins, reconcile them to his Holy Spirit, adopt them as his own children, and generously endow them with boundless spiritual blessings and gifts.
Mankind can NEVER earn God’s GRACE. ONLY his unconditional love compels, drives, or motivates him to TREAT them kindly in spite of their many faults, wrongdoings, and flaws.
In order to APPRECIATE God’s GRACE toward his people and ALL of mankind it is important to consider the BENEFIT and amazing GIFT of GRACE.
“….I was born a sinner (I was born without the indwelling Holy Spirit)—yes, from the moment my mother conceived me….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT).
The FLESH is the sinful nature. The SINFUL NATURE “only” knows how to SIN. Sins are the immutable symptoms of “that” nature. “...I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. …I [am] …a slave to the sin (the symptoms of the flesh/sinful nature) …” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT). “…the wages of sin (the end result of having a flesh/sinful nature ONLY) is death…” (Romans 6:23 KJV). “…For all have sinned (all have been born with a flesh or sinful nature)…” (Romans 3:23 KJV). “…all have ... come short of the glory of God (all are born WITHOUT the indwelling Holy Spirit)…” (Romans 3:23 KJV).
HOWEVER, let’s look at how God expressed and demonstrated his HOLY LOVE and GRACE. “…God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV).
“... Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation(substitute, intervention) for our sins.” (1 John 4:10 KJV).
“…Christ (an expression of God’s LOVE and GRACE) ... suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring [mankind back] to God …” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV).
Without Jesus Christ, the FLESH or SINFUL NATURE cannot be changed. It “IS” what it “IS,” a FLESH/SINFUL NATURE. “…Apart from [Jesus Christ]… [mankind cannot]... do nothing [they cannot change their flesh/sinful nature]…” (John 15:5 NIV).
King David said: “….I was born a sinner ….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT). "…That which is born of the flesh is flesh…” (John 3:6 KJV).
“...Who will free me from this life that is dominated by [the flesh/sinful nature]?” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“...I [am] …a slave to the ..[innate, enduring, etc.]... sin that is … withinme (within my flesh/sinful nature)…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“...I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t …” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“...The trouble is with me, for I am all too human, a slave to sin (through the flesh/sinful nature)…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“...Who will free me from this life...?” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT). “...The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
God did NOT send Jesus to CHANGE mankind’s SINFUL NATURE, but to completely DELIVER them from it!
Through God’s unconditional LOVE and GRACE mankind can BE DELIVERED from the FLESH/SINFUL nature, which means they are SET FREE and HEALED through Jesus Christ.“…Who will free me from this life that is dominated by [my]...[flesh/sinful nature]?” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT). “…The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT). “…If the Son therefore shall make you free, you SHALL be free indeed…” (John 8:36 KJV).
Is anything too hard for God to DELIVER you from? “…I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27 KJV).
“…The things which are impossible with men are possible with God…” (Luke 18:27 KJV).
“… THE LORD … is Your rock and Yourfortress, your deliverer…” (Psalms 18:3 NASB).
“…Therefore if any man (woman) be in Christ, he (she) is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new...” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV). “...For in him [God’s people]... live, and move, and have [their] being (their NEW IMAGE, identity, ETC.); as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring...” (Acts 17:28 KJV).
It is mankind’s CONDITION without God’s unconditional LOVE that makes God’s GRACE, toward them, so very, very important and AMAZING.
They were BORN SINNERS, which automatically makes them GUILTY before God, they are considered ENEMIES of God, deserving of DEATH, unable to be RIGHTEOUS or GOOD, and without any WAY to be justified or MADE RIGHT with God, the Holy Spirit.
“….I was born a sinner ….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT).
“...all the world (every male and female) may become guilty before God....” (Romans 3:19 KJV).
“...we were enemies...” (Romans 5:10 KJV).
“…the wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23 KJV).
“...There is none righteous, no, not one...” (Romans 3:10 KJV). “...I want to do what is good, but I don’t …” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“...Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight...” (Romans 3:20 KJV).
Spiritually they are LOST, DEAD, UNCLEAN, and SEPARATED from God, the Holy Spirit.
LOST and spiritually DEAD souls are headed toward everlasting punishment and eternal SEPARATION from God, the Holy Spirit. Oh but, “…The GIFT by grace……” (Romans 5:15 KJV).
“…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD; not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).
“..The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with faith… that are [“through” jesus Christ]…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).
Thus, “… the GRACE of God, and the gift by GRACE, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath ABOUNDED unto many…” (Romans 5:15 KJV).
“…God is able to make all GRACE abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things…” (2 Corinthians 8:9 KJV).
“…My GRACE is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness...” (2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV).
“..Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of GRACE, that we may obtain mercy, and find GRACE to help in time of need…” (Hebrews 4:16 KJV).
“…where sin abounded, GRACE did much more abound…” (Romans 5:20 KJV).
“…They which receive abundance of GRACE … shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ…” (Romans 5:17 KJV).
HOW? According to, “...The grace GIVEN unto [mankind]…” (Romans 12:3 KJV). “…the grace of God which is GIVEN [to mankind]... by Jesus Christ...” (1 Corinthians 1:4 KJV). “…Every one of us is GIVEN GRACE according to the measure of the gift of Christ…” (Ephesians 4:7 KJV).
“…FREELY [mankind has]... RECEIVED...” (Matthew 10:8 KJV).
God’s GRACE is a FREE GIFT to the RECIPIENT, which means they OWE NOTHING for it. “…The GIFT by grace……” (Romans 5:15 KJV).
God’s GIFT of GRACE, comes along with the GIFT of SALVATION, both are FREE toward mankind, however it was COSTLY to Jesus Christ. “…, my righteous servant (Jesus) ... [made]... it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins…” (Isaiah 53:11 NLT).
“…Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us [back] to God …” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV).
“... Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation(substitute, intervention) for our sins.” (1 John 4:10 KJV).
God’s GRACE is a GIFT and once God gives it to mankind they OWN it and it is theirs to KEEP for as long as they choose. “…the grace that is GIVEN …” (Romans 12:6 KJV). “…Because of the grace that is GIVEN ... of God…” (Romans 15:15 KJV). “…the grace of God which is GIVEN ... by Jesus Christ...” (1 Corinthians 1:4 KJV). “…Every one ... is GIVEN GRACE according to the measure of the gift of Christ…” (Ephesians 4:7 KJV).
When God GIVES the GIFT of GRACE it belongs to the RECEIVER permanently and God will NEVER take it BACK or change his mind. “…the grace of God which is GIVEN ...by Jesus Christ...” (1 Corinthians 1:4 KJV). “…The GIFT by grace……” (Romans 5:15 KJV). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “...Jesus Christ (God’s WORD) is the same yesterday and today and forever...” (Hebrews 13:8 NIV). “…I am (and my GRACE is]... with you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
God’s GRACE compelled HIM to willingly GIVE his SON, unsparingly and sacrificially, so that mankind would PROFIT from it. God “…spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all….” (Romans 8:32 KJV). “...[Jesus]... said, It is finished…” (John 19:28-30 KJV). “… I lay down my life... [FOR mankind] …” (John 10:17-18 KJV). Jesus “…[gave] ...his life a ransom for many...” (Matthew 20:28 KJV).
“… the graceof our Lord Jesus Christ .. though HE WAS [spiritually] RICH, yet for [mankind’s]... sakes he became [spiritually] poor, that [they]... through his poverty might be [spiritually] RICH…” (2 Corinthians 8:9 KJV).
“... his life [was made]... an offering for sin...” (Isaiah 53:10-11 NLT). “...Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners...” (1 Timothy 1:15 NLT). “...Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him...” (Hebrews 7:25 NLT).
Jesus came “…to giveHis life a ransom for many…” (Matthew 20:28 NIV).
“... Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and SENT His SON to be the propitiation (substitute, intervention) for our sins.” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “…There is no greater love …” (John 15:13 NLT).
The AMAZING gift of God’s GRACE is TOTALLY unmerited, undeserving, and FREE. “… since it is through God’s kindness… it is not by [mankind’s]… good works. God’s grace …[makes all his actions toward us]...free and undeserved…” (Romans 11:6 NLT).
God’s GRACE is continual and ongoing through the “covenant unity” relationship with HIM. “…My grace is sufficient for you…”(2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV). “…NOT that we are sufficient OF OURSELVES to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God…” (2 Corinthians 3:5 KJV).“…I AM [and my grace is]... WITH YOU ALWAYS, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV). “…he remains faithful [with his gift of grace] …” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT).
God’s people can actively benefit from God’s GIFT of GRACE and it is ENCOURAGED. “...come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and ... will find grace to help us when we need it most...” (Hebrews 4:16 NLT).
God’s people are empowered and strengthened in their personal, professional, and ministerial life because the GIFT of God’s GRACE is always with them. “...By the grace of God I am what I am...” (1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV).
“...his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain...” (1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV).
“...I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me...” (1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV).
“...the grace of God which was with me...” (1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV).
God’s GRACE is UNIQUE to God and his HOLY nature. God’s kind of GRACE is really NOT a natural response for most human beings.
Extending GRACE means that you WILL NOT treat a person according to their wrongs towards you. “…“My grace is all you need. …”“… MY GRACE is sufficient for thee…” (2 Corinthians 12:9; 2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV & NLT).
“…In this world [God’s people]... are like Jesus…” (1 John 4:17 NIV). They are to “...Be[come] … imitators of [Jesus]…”(Hebrews 12:14; Ephesians 5:1 ASV). “… growing in every way more and more like Christ…” (Ephesians 4:14-16 NLT).
Nonetheless, when someone does you wrong it is a GREAT temptation to do them wrong too through revenge, defense, violence, mistreatment, or a nasty, harsh physical or verbal response. “…The Kingdom of Heaven can be compared to a king who decided to bring his accounts up to date with servants who had borrowed money from him. In the process, one of his debtors was brought in who owed him millions of dollars. He couldn’t pay, so his master ordered that he be sold—along with his wife, his children, and everything he owned—to pay the debt.
“But the man fell down before his master and begged him, ‘Please, be patient with me, and I will pay it all.’ Then his master was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt. “But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars. He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment.
“His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it,’ he pleaded. But his creditor wouldn’t wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full. “When some of the other servants saw this, they were very upset. They went to the king and told him everything that had happened.
Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, ‘You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. Shouldn’t you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?’ Then the angry king sent the man to prison to be tortured until he had paid his entire debt.
“That’s what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters from your heart…” (Matthew 18:23-35 NLT).
God’s GRACE says: “…love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another…” (John 13:34-35 KJV).
Therefore, “…As ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise…” (Luke 6:31 KJV).
“…Here is a simple rule of thumb for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you; then grab the initiative and do it for them! If you only love the lovable, do you expect a pat on the back? Run-of-the-mill sinners do that. If you only help those who help you, do you expect a medal? Garden-variety sinners do that. If you only give for what you hope to get out of it, do you think that’s charity? The stingiest of pawnbrokers does that…” (Luke 6:31-34 MSG).
God’s GRACE heals. “…I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV).
God’s GRACE is compassionate, listens, and responds kindly. “…My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry…” (James 1:19 NIV). “…A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger…” (Proverbs 15:1 NIV).
“…The older counselors replied, "If you are good to these people and do your best to please them and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your loyal subjects…" (2 Chronicles 10:7 NLT).
God’s GRACE is all his people NEED. “…“My grace is all you need. …” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT). God’s GRACE, within the “covenant unity” relationship with his people, is FAITHFULLY demonstrated. “…The GIFTby grace……” (Romans 5:15 KJV). “…He … remains faithful (in his demonstration of GRACE) …” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV).
“...even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ...” (Romans 5:10-16 NLT).
GRACE is God, the Holy Spirit’s unconditional LOVE expressed and demonstrated. “…God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV). “...Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (substitute, intervention) for our sins...” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “…Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God …” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV).
Grace, God, the Holy Spirit’s love expressed and demonstrated, is the unmerited and undeserving treatment toward those who don’t deserve it, who didn’t earn it, and weren’t worthy of it. “…Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners…” (Romans 5:6-8 NLT). “…“My grace is all you need. …” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT). “… My grace is sufficient for thee: …” (2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV).
Human beings, no matter how decent, will NEVER be an immutable source of grace. GRACE is an immutable attribute of God, only, and it is GOVERNED by HOLY LOVE.
It is always a FIRST response from God, but not always from humans. When Israel had wronged God he responded by saying: “…I WILL heal their apostasy (I will heal their unfaithfulness toward me through GRACE), I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from them.…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV). “…Where sin increased, [My]...grace aboundedall the more…” (Romans 5:20 NASB).
God’s “…grace is sufficient for you…” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NASB). His “…love covereth a multitude of sins…” (Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8 ASV). His “…Mercy triumphsover judgement.” (James 2:13 NASB). “…I WILL HEAL their apostasy, I will love them freely…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV).
God, the Holy Spirit’s GRACE is incomparable. Look what the ungrateful servant did: “…his master was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full…” (Matthew 18:23-35 NLT).
The bible says: “…A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By thisshall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another…” (John 13:34-35 KJV). “…Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!” (Matthew 18:21-22 NLT).
“…I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too…” (Mark 11:24-25 NLT).
We can’t always redeem ourselves from the wrongs or offenses committed against others. “...His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it,’ he pleaded. But his creditor wouldn’t wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full…” (Matthew 18:23-35 NLT).
Many of us have often felt like the fellow servant who owed a “few thousand dollars”: “…he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars. He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment. “His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it,’ he pleaded. But his creditor wouldn’t wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full…” (Matthew 18:23-35 NLT).
All of God’s people make mistakes with those they love and care for, whether intentionally or unintentionally, whether real or imagined, whether true or false, and no matter what, they simply can’t FIX it.
God’s people learn through these experiences, hard as they are to process through, human beings ARE NOT their SOURCE of continual or ongoing GRACE.
“...If [God’s people]... confess [their] sins, [God, the Holy Spirit] is [the] faithful [ONE who is]... just [and ready to]... forgive ... [their] sins, and to cleanse [them]... from all unrighteousness…” (1 John 1:9 KJV).
HIS GRACIOUS and unconditional LOVE covers over MANY wrongs and offenses made by his people. “…For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more…" (Hebrews 8:12 NIV). His “…love covereth a multitude of sins…” (Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8 ASV).
When you truly and authentically experience his LOVING GRACE you will choose to love like that too. “...We love, because he first loved us...” (1 John 4:19 ASV). "…For this reason I say to you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, for she loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little…" (Luke 7:47 NASB).
God’s GRACE-filled and UNCONDITIONAL “…LOVE is patient, [God’s grace-filled]…love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. …[God’s grace-filled]…love never fails...” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
Truly God’s “…grace is sufficient for you…” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NASB). “…I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV). “…I will restore… and I will heal thee of the wounds, saith the Lord…” (Jeremiah 30:17 KJV). God is a “…restorer of thy life…” (Ruth 4:15 KJV). ….The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul….” (PSALM 23:1-3 NLT). God’s “…grace is sufficient for you…” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NASB).
“...In this world we are like Jesus…” (1 John 4:17 NIV). God makes it clear about walking in GRACE. “…DO NOT repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing…” (1 Peter 3:9 NIV). “…May the GRACE of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people…” (Revelations 22:21 NLT).
“...God’s wonderful grace...” (Romans 5:10-16 NLT). “…The GIFT by grace……” (Romans 5:15 KJV). “… “God with us…” (Matthew 1:23 NASB). “…God has said “Never will I leave you (without my GRACE); never will I forsake you…” (Hebrews 13:5 NIV).
“…I AM [and my GRACE is]... WITH YOU ALWAYS, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV). “…Behold, I AM [and my GRACE is]... WITH… [my people] … and … I WILL NOT LEAVE [them] …." (Genesis 28:15 ASV).
“… The LORD thy God …will not fail thee, nor forsake thee…” (Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV). “… Behold, I am [and my GRACE is]... with … [my people] and will keep … [them] whithersoever [they]… goest…I [nor my GRACE]... will not leave [them] ..." (Genesis 28:15 ASV).

GOD'S HOLY LOVE NEVER LEAVES YOU OR FORSAKES YOU, PART 2
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
GOD’S LOVE “NEVER” LEAVES YOU, PART 2
“… [Nothing]…will be able to separate us (his children) from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). “…I (god, the holy spirit) am with you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
“…[GOD’S HOLY]...LOVE…THE PERFECT BOND OF UNITY ….” (Colossians 3:14).
*
God GAVE his Son because SIN created a barrier or chasm between HIM and mankind, whom he LOVED unconditionally. “…ALL wicked actions ARE SIN…” (1 John 5:17 NLT). “… Iniquities (wicked actions that are sin) … separate[s mankind]… from God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). “…between [god, the holy spirit]... and [mankind]... a great chasm (barrier) has been set in place…” (Luke 16:22-25 NASB).
Sin and HOLINESS won’t MIX no more than oil and water. God couldn’t express or demonstrate his LOVE for mankind in their sinful condition. “… [God]… can not look on wickedness with favor…” (Habakukk 1:13 NASB). “… O God, you take no pleasure in wickedness;you cannot tolerate (mix, yoke together with, abide with, etc.) the sins of the wicked…” (Psalms 5:4 NLT).
Human eyes may even be too sinful to look upon God’s majestic HOLINESS. “…Moses said, “…show me your GLORY (your presence, your goodness, your power) … [God said,] …When my GLORY passes by, I will …cover you with my hand until I have passed by …” (Exodus 33:16-23 NIV). “…You (mankind, humanity, sinful flesh) cannot see my face, for no one may see[my glory or Holiness]… and live …” (Exodus 33:16-23 NIV).
SIN and HOLINESS naturally SEPARATE; just like oil and water. “…Your INIQUITIES (sin) have separatedbetween you and your God (Holy) …” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). “…It’s YOUR SINS that have cut you off from God (who is HOLY)…” (Isaiah 59:2 NLT).
Oil (sin) and Water (HOLY) DON’T’ and CAN’T mix together, without HELP. God’s unconditional LOVE for mankind DROVE him to GIVE Jesus, his ONLY begotten (or specially created) Son. Jesus would be similar to an EMULSIFIER that will enable the mixture or emulsion of two unlikely entities. “…He that is joined (MIXED) unto the Lord (Jesus Christ, God’s SON, God’s WORD, God’s power, God’s LOVE, God’s GRACE, etc.,) is ONE Spirit… [united with the God, the HOLY SPIRIT, again]” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
“…. Old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new...” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV).
Jesus miraculously enables the HOLY God and SINFUL mankind to MIX, reconcile, or UNITE together again. “…God...[through Jesus].... makes everything holy and whole, ...[and]....put[s] you together—spirit, soul, and body...”(1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 MSG). “….Jesus Christ maketh thee WHOLE…” (Acts 9:34 KJV).
The LOST and spiritually dead soul miraculously becomes ONE [unbreakable] UNIT, with God again, that is BONDED through HOLY LOVE and connected through the HOLY SPIRIT. “… [Unconditional]… Love … is the perfect BOND of unity...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…He (she) that is JOINED unto the Lord is ONE Spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
“…What therefore God has joined (mixed) together, let no man (woman) separate…” (Mark 10:9 NASB). “…Let no one split apart what God has joined (mixed) together…” (Mark 10:9 NLT).
SENDING his SON was also a demonstration of God’s GRACE freely GIFTedthrough his unconditional LOVE.
This GIFTING of God’s GRACE enables SINFUL mankind to be FAVORABLY reconciled, through Jesus Christ, into a LOVING, “covenant unity” relationship with God again.“… [He sent the ] …one… who can reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).
“….Apart from [the man Christ Jesus], you can do nothing (you can’t be reconciled with God, the HOLY Spirit)…” (John 15:5 NIV).
“…[God, the holy spirit, did this, not because [mankind] DESERVED it, but because that was his plan [of expressing and demonstrating his unconditional LOVE to mankind]...from before the beginning of time…” (2 Timothy 1:9 NLT).
“…[Salvation is FREE and comes] through God’s kindness …[It does] not [come]... by [mankind’s] good works. For in that case, God’s GRACE (unmerited favor) would not be what it really is—free and undeserved…” (Romans 11:5 NLT).
“… [God is the ONE who was] …not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance...” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV). “… AS MANYas received him, to them GAVE HE POWER TO BECOME THE SONS (daughters) OF GOD, even to them that believe on his name…” (John 1:12 KJV).
“…WHOSOEVER shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved...” (Romans 10:13 KJV). “…YE ARE “ALL” CHILDREN OF GOD BY FAITH “IN” (or dependence upon) CHRIST JESUS. …There is NEITHER Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for YE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS…” (Galatians 3:26-28 KJV).
“…God SHOWS NO FAVORITISM. In every nation HE ACCEPTS those who fear him and do what is right. This is the message of Good News for the people of Israel—that there is peace with God through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all…” (Acts 10:34-36 NLT). “…Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no RESPECTER OF PERSONS: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)…” (Acts 10:34-36 KJV).
God’s unconditional LOVE, through Jesus, allowed mankind to BOND with God and connect with him through his indwelling Holy Spirit. “…By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way …into the Most Holy Place…” (Hebrews 10:19-20 NLT). “...Jesus saith…I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV).
“…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “… [God’s] Love [is]… the perfectBOND of UNITY...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“…[God’s holiness prevented him from looking upon ]… wickedness with favor…” (Habakukk 1:13 NASB). “…YOUR SINS … hid his face from you … he [could]… not hear… [you in the spiritual realm] …” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). “… [SO He - through an act of GRACE – SENT the] …one … who [could]… reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).
An impenetrable BARRIER separates the natural realm from the supernatural realm and it creates an impassable chasm.
God desires to LOVE mankind, but HOLINESS simply can NOT MIX with UNHOLINESS. God warns his people NOT to become yoked together with UNBELIEVERS. “…Be ye NOT unequally yoked together with unbelievers…” (2 Corinthians 6:14-15 KJV). “… what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? … what communion hath light with darkness? … what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?” (2 Corinthians 6:14-15 KJV).
The following bible story REVEALS the BARRIER or CHASM between the natural realm and spiritual realm “…The poor man died and was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s bosom; and the rich man also died and was buried. In Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’ But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that during your [earthly]...life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things; but now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm (barrier) has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us…” (Luke 16:22-25 NASB).
Without Jesus, there “WILL” ALWAYS remain an impenetrable BARRIER or CHASM between unredeemed mankind (SIN/oil) and God (HOLY/water). “… And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm(barrier) has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us…” (Luke 16:22-25 NASB).
Jesus Christ can remove the BARRIER and offer mankind an opportunity of a LIFETIME and that’s to be RECONCILED to the God of LOVE. “…There is … one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT). “…The grace of our Lord was poured out (transferred) on [mankind]… abundantly, along with faith and love (fruit of the Spirit) that are in Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).“…The fruit of the Spirit is love ....faith…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit …” (Galatians 5 NLT).
“…BY GRACE have [mankind]… been saved THROUGH FAITH; and that NOT OF … [them]SELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF [the unconditional LOVE of]…GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).
Jesus Christ OPENED the way to unconditional LOVE. “Jesus saith…I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way … into the Most Holy Place…” (Hebrews 10:19-20 NLT). “… [There is] … one… who can reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).
“Jesus saith…I amthe way, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6 KJV). “… Apart from Me, you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV). “… [You] … can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth … [you]…” (Philippians 4:13 KJV). “…It is God who works in [you]… to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose” (Philippians 2:13 NIV).
God FIXED the PROBLEM. “…He (Jesus Christ) is the atoning sacrifice for our sins…” (1 John 2:2 NIV). “…Behold the Lamb of God (Jesus Christ), which taketh away the sin of the world...” (John 1:29 KJV).
“…God so loved the world, that HE GAVE his only begotten (or specially created) Son (Jesus Christ) …” (John 3:16 KJV). “...Whosoever believeth in him (Jesus Christ) (depend upon him) should not perish, but have everlasting life…” (John 3:16 KJV).
Therefore, “… [There is] … one … who can reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT). “…This is love…” (1 John 4:10 NLT). “…God is [unconditonal]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…There is no greater love …” (John 15:13 NLT).
The RICHES of God’s GRACE toward mankind was HIS plan before they were aware of it, which PROVES it was unconditional LOVE from the VERY beginning. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…he loved [mankind]... and SENT HIS SON to be the propitiation for [their]... sins...” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “…God SHOWED HIS GREAT LOVE FOR [mankind]... by “SENDING” Christ to die for [them] WHILE [they] were still sinners…” (Romans 5:7-9 NLT). “… thejust for the unjust, that he might BRING US [back]... to God…” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV). “…There is no greater love …” (John 15:13 NLT). “…There is no GREATER LOVE than to lay down one’s life…” (John 15:13 NLT).
“… Jesus saith…I amthe way…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…Christ …suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to [BACK to the unconditional LOVE of God] …” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV). “…God is [unconditional] …LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV).
God’s unconditional LOVE chose to bring mankind BACK, through Jesus, into a “covenant unity” relationship with God, the Holy Spirit. “…I chose YOU....” (John 15:16 ASV). “…You are a chosen people…” (1 Peter 2:9 NIV). “…As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons (daughters) of God, even to them that believe on (trust in and depend upon) his name…” (John 1:12).
There is “… [No]….greater love … than [unconditional LOVE]…” (John 15:13 KJV). “… God is (unconditional) LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “Unconditional” LOVE “…is [recognized by its]… patien[ce] … [and it]… is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. [UNCONDITIONAL] …love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, [unconditional] …love never fails…” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
Therefore, “… Love [is]… the perfectBOND of UNITY...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lordis ONE SPIRIT [with the god of unconditional love]….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“…The Lord is … Spirit…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…God [sends]… forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” [his people’s]… HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…Jesus Christ is … [NOW] … in [each one of them]…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…if Christ be in [them[… [then] …[they are] … ONE SPIRIT … [with the god of unconditional love]….” (Romans 8:10 KJV & 1 Corinthians 6:17). “… [Jesus sets God’s people]… in [god’s] … presence forever…” (Psalms 44:12 NASB).
“… [There is NO]….greater love…than this…” (John 15:13 KJV). “…God SO LOVED he GAVE…” (John 3:16 KJV). “… By GRACE (unearned, undeserved, and unworthy favor) [mankind is] … SAVED (the impenetrable barrier is removed) through faith (by trusting in and depending upon Jesus Christ’s work upon the cross); and that not of [your]selves: it is the gift of (the unconditional LOVE) of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast…” (EPHESIANS 2:8-9 KJV).
“… [Unconditional LOVE, through Christ]… freely [gives] … [God’s people]... all things?...” (Romans 8:32 KJV). “…[Thus]... all things are [NOW] …[theirs through Christ, which dwells IN all of God’s people]…” (1 Corinthians 3 KJV).
God LOVED mankind FIRST. “…He first loved us…” (1 John 4:19 ASV). “….not that we loved God, but that he loved us…” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “…For God so loved the world…” (John 3:16).
God CHOSE mankind as the recipients of his LOVE. "...You did not choose … [him]… but [He]… chose you…” (John 15:16 ASV).
God CHOSE mankind as the recipients of his GRACE. “…By GRACE [you are]… saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the [FREE]…gift of God…” (EPHESIANS 2:8-9 KJV).
God CHOSE mankind and those who CHOOSE him BACK “through” Christ now BELONG to him. They are his people, his children, and the recipients of his POWERFUL promises.. “…As many as are the promises of God, in Him (Jesus Christ) they are yes …also … Amen …” (2 Corinthians 1:2 NASB).
“…He has granted to [his people]… His precious and magnificent promises…” (2 Peter 1:4 NASB). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “Jesus Christ is the sameyesterday and today and forever…” (Hebrews 13:8 NIV).
God CHOSE his people to be recipients of his indwelling Holy Spirit that communicates his LOVE to them. “…The …HOLY SPIRIT …is the SOURCE of [love] …it is …God who does the work …[of love]… IN and THROUGH all of us who are his. … (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).
“…God’s lovehas been poured out INto [their] hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to [them]…” (Romans 5:5 NIV). “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]… in [his people]…” (Romans 8:9 KJV “…[God’s unconditional]… Love[is]… the perfectBOND of UNITY...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB).
God’s HOLY LOVE “BONDS” with his people through the indwelling Holy Spirit“ ...Love[is]… the perfectBOND of UNITY...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…God’s lovehas been poured out INto [the] hearts [of God’s people]... through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to [them]…” (Romans 5:5 NIV).
God’s unconditional love is “IN” [his people], “…I … [am] … “IN” YOU (the god of “unconditional” love)…” (John 15:4 KJV). Unconditional love, the indwelling Holy Spirit, is “IN” you. “… God is (unconditional) LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…I AM (unconditional love is) “WITH” YOU ALWAYS, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
“…If … [you] … are unfaithful, he (unconditional love]... remains faithful…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT).
“ … [God’s people] … have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the [indwelling]…POWER may be of God, and not of us...”(2 Corinthians 4:6-7 KJV). “…Know ye not your own selves …that Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians KJV).
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV). “What? know ye not that your bodyis the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 6:19 KJV). “…God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people” (2 Corinthians 6:16 KJV).
“… We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves…” (2 Corinthians 4:7 NLT).
God said: “…I will put a new spirit in you . …” (Ezekiel 36:26 NLT). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]…in you…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). “…May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put (or MIX) you together [soul and body with]— [his indwelling Holy]…spirit…” (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 MSG). “…Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…Jesus Christ maketh thee whole (and HOLY)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV).
“…Ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy…” (Leviticus 20:26 KJV). “…Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God. But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do nothave the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.)….” (Romans 8:8-11 NLT).
“…by the Grace of God … [you are what you are] …” (1 Corinthians 15:10 NIV).
“…It is Godwho works IN YOU to willand TO ACT…” (Philippians 2:13 NIV). “….Apart from [Jesus]…YOU CAN DO NOTHING…” (John 15:5 NIV). “…God hath said, I will dwell in them…” (2 Corinthians 6:16 KJV). “…May … God … WORK IN [YOU]… what is pleasing to him, THROUGH Jesus Christ…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV).
“…God will supply all [your need through his indwelling Holy Spirit]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB). “…God will generously PROVIDE all you need (through his indwelling Holy Spirit)…” (2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT).
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want [for love]…” (Psalms 23:1 KJV). “… [God’s people]... will always have everything(all the LOVE) [they]... need …” (2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT).
“… God is (unconditional) LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV).“Unconditional” LOVE “…is [recognized by its]… patien[ce] … [and it]… is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. [UNCONDITIONAL] …love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, [UNCONDITIONAL]…love never fails…” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
God’s UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is RECOGNIZED by the SPIRIT “NOT” your emotions, your flesh, or carnal senses. “…The person WITHOUT the Spirit DOES NOT accept the things that come from the Spirit of God (REAL love comes from God, the Holy Spirit) but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned (recognized) only through the Spirit. …” (2 Corinthians 2:12-15 KJV).
God’s UNCONDITIONAL LOVE was with mankind BEFORE, it is with them NOW, and nothing will EVER separate mankind from HIS LOVE. “… [Nothing]…will be able to separate [mankind]... from the [UNCONDITIONAL] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [them]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).
HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE WILL “NEVER” LEAVE mankind. “…[THE] Presence [OF MY LOVE]... will go with you…” (Exodus 33:14 NIV). “…[MY LOVE IS WITH]... you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV). “… [God, WHO IS LOVE will]… Never leave nor forsake you…” (Hebrews 13:5 KJV). “… “I AM” WHO I AM…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB).

GOD'S LOVE NEVER LEAVES YOU OR FORSAKES YOU, PART 1
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
GOD’S LOVE “NEVER” LEAVES YOU, PART 1
“… [Nothing]…will be able to separate us (his children) from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). “…I (god, the holy spirit) am with you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
“…[GOD’S HOLY]...LOVE…THE PERFECT BOND OF UNITY ….” (Colossians 3:14).
*
“…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). Many of his people or citizens he CHOSE before the foundation of the world, knitted them together in their mother’s womb, and loved them while they were yet sinners.
“…God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world…” (Ephesians 1:4).
“...thou (God, the Holy Spirit) didst form my inward parts: Thou (God, the Holy Spirit) didst cover me (with an earthen vessel) in my mother’s womb...” (Psalms 139:13-14 NASB).
“...Father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we (all earthen vessels) ...are the work of thy hand...” (Isaiah 64:8 NASB).
“...[God]...Your workmanship is marvelous...You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born...” (Psalms 139:14-16 NLT).
“…God SHOWED HIS GREAT LOVE FOR US by “SENDING” (God’s show of LOVE) Christ to DIE (God’s show of LOVE) for us WHILE we were still sinners…” (Romans 5:7-9 NLT).
God didn’t START loving his people WHEN they accepted Christ. He LOVED his people, BEFORE the foundation of the world. “...HE CHOSE [his people, his citizens, his ambassadors, etc.,) in Him before the foundation of the world…” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...just as He chose [his people]... in Him before the foundation of the world...” (Ephesians 1:4 NASB).
“…He did this, not because [they]... DESERVED it, but because that was his [loving]... plan from before the beginning of time (regarding the blessings of the redeemed)…” (2 Timothy 1:9 NLT).
“...that [his people]... would BE HOLY AND BLAMELESS BEFORE HIM IN LOVE …” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...that [they]... would be holy and blameless before [Him. In love...” (Ephesians 1:4 NASB).

God reconciles the lost and spiritually dead soul and THEN adopts him or her into his family. “…God sent forth his Son…to redeem [the lost and spiritually dead soul]….that [they]... might receive the adoption of sons…” (Galatians 4:4-5 KJV). “…This is what he wanted (CHOSE) to do, and it gave him great pleasure…” (Ephesians 1 NLT).
“…For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, ‘Abba, Father…’” (Romans 8:15 KJV).
“...to the praise of the glory (the presence, goodness, and power) of HIS GRACE, which HE FREELY BESTOWED ON [his people]... IN THE BELOVED.…” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He favored us in the Beloved...” (Ephesians 1:6 NASB).
“…Then Peter replied, “I see very clearly that God SHOWS NO FAVORITISM. In every nation HE ACCEPTS those who fear him and do what is right…” (Acts 10:34-36 NLT).“… [God]…hath made [his people]... ACCEPTED in the beloved…” (Ephesians 1:6 KJV).
“...In Him (Jesus, his WORD) [his people]... HAVE REDEMPTION through His blood, the FORGIVENESSof [their]... trespasses, according to the riches of HIS GRACE WHICH HE LAVISHED ON [his people] In all wisdom and insight …” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us.In all wisdom and insight...” (Ephesians 1:7-8 NASB).

“….The exceeding RICHES of his GRACE in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus…” (Ephesians 2:7 KJV). “…He is “SO” RICHin kindness and GRACE that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins…” (Ephesians 1:7 NLT). “…God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins…” (Romans 3:21-26 NLT).
“...He (God, the Holy Spirit) MADE KNOWN TO [his people]... THE MYSTERY OF HIS WILL, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him (Jesus, his WORD). … …” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...[God, the Holy Spirit]... made known to [his people]... the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He set forth in Him (Jesus, his WORD), regarding His plan of the fullness of the times, to bring all things together in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth...” (Ephesians 1:9-10 NASB).

“…praying …that God will open up to us a door for the WORD, so that we may speak forth THE MYSTERY of Christ…” (Colossians 4:3 NASB). “…God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory (the presence, goodness, and power) of THIS MYSTERY …which is CHRIST IN YOU, the hope of glory…” (Colossians 1:27 NASB).
“...…In Him also [God’s people]... have OBTAINED AN INHERITANCE, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, to the end that [his people]... who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory (his presence, his goodness, and his power). …” (Ephesians 1 NLT).
“...In Him [his people]... also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things in accordance with the plan of His will, to the end that [his people]... who were the first to hope in the Christ would be to the praise of His glory...” (Ephesians 1:11-12 NASB).
“… [Everyone]… who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God’s children. [They]…are [ALL]… part of the same body, and enjoy the promise of blessings because THEY BELONG TO CHRIST JESUS…” (Ephesians 3:6 NLT).
“... thanking the Father. He has enabled [his people]... to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light (in Christ)...” (Colossians 1:12 NLT).
“…the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people…” (Ephesian 1:18 NIV).
“.... I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward [his people]... who believe (who trust in and depend upon God, the Holy Spirit, through Jesus) …” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “... I pray thatthe eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the boundless greatness of His power toward us who believe....” (Ephesians 1:18-19 NASB).
“...In Him (Jesus God’s LIVING Word), you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also]believed, you WERE SEALED IN HIM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT OF PROMISE.... …” (Ephesians 1 NLT). “...In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of the promise, who is a first installment of our inheritance, in regard to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory...” (Ephesians 1:13-14 NASB).

“…The Lord (Jesus, his WORD) is that Spirit...[to0]…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV).“…Jesus Christ is IN [God’s people]…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV).
“…God [is] with [his people]…” (Matthew 1:23 NASB). God is a “…restorer of [his people’s spiritual]... life…” (Ruth 4:15 KJV). “…He restoreth my SOUL…” (Psalm 23 KJV).

“...These (LOVING, glorious promises through Jesus, his Word are for his people and) are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ (his powerful Word), when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places...” (Ephesians 1:20 NASB).
Ephesians chapter 1 lays out God’s working POWER in the LIVES of his people. God has ALL POWER and it is GREAT POWER!
Ephesians chapter 1 EXPRESSES how that GREAT POWER works in the LIVES of God’s people and there is NOTHING that can compare to it.
The BEST demonstration of God’s POWER was the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is that SAME POWER that is available and WORKS “in,” “through,” and on behalf of God’s people.
God’s POWER is CLEARLY SEEN by ALL!“…the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made (by God’s GREAT POWER), [The things that are MADE display]... his eternal power and Godhead (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit); so that [men and women] are without excuse…”(Romans 1:20 KJV).
“…God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and WITH POWER ....for GOD WAS WITH HIM…” (Acts 10:38-39 KJV). “...This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves…” (2 Corinthians 4:7 NLT).
God’s GREAT POWER was in Jesus and it is now indwelling within his people. Already God’s GREAT POWER have bought salvation to them, restored spiritual life to them, reconciled them with God, the Holy Spirit, and made them into new creations.
God DID this out of LOVE for “his” people. His GREAT POWER is motivated by love and is offered to his people “… because the Lord lovesHis people…” (2 Chronicles 2:11 NASB).
“… I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness…” (Jeremiah 31:3 NASB). “… Indeed, He lovesthe people…” (Deuteronomy 33:3 NASB).
God is the ORIGIN LOVE. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God’s love has been poured out INto …[your]… heartsthrough the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us…” (Romans 5:5 NIV).
“…Herein is love, notthat we loved God, but that HE [first] LOVED US...” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “We love, because [god, the holy spirit]… “FIRST” LOVED US…” (1 John 4:19 ASV). “….God SHOWED HIS GREAT LOVE FOR US by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners…” (Romans 5:7-9 NLT). “… [Nothing]…will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [his people]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). “…God is love…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…There is no greater LOVE [than god, the holy spirit’s love] …” (John 15:13 NLT).
Therefore, “…[God, the Holy Spirit, from the beginning]... LOVE[D mankind]—NOTthat [they] loved God…” (1 John 4:10 NLT). “…THIS IS [unconditional]...LOVE: NOTthat we loved God, but that he… [really]… loved us …”(1 John 4:10 NIV).
“…THIS IS (unconditional) LOVE: NOT that we loved God, butthat he …[really] … loved [mankind]... and sent his Sonas an atoning sacrifice for [their] sins…”(1 John 4:10 NIV).
God’s unconditional LOVE DROVEhim to do something in order to demonstrate and express his LOVE to mankind: He sent his son. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God SO LOVED the world that he gave (SENT) his only begotten Son…” (John 3:16 KJV). “…He loved [mankind] and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for [their] sins…” (1 John 4:10 NIV).
God’s LOVE is “NOT” “…self-seeking…” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV). He didn’t want mankind to perish. “….[Jesus (the Word) CAME (to earth) because God is], NOT WILLING that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance…” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV).
“…[God]…sent His Son...” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “… [He sent the] …one… who can reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus (god’s goodness to mankind)…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).
“…, my righteous servant (Jesus, his LOVE toward mankind) ... [made]... it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins…” (Isaiah 53:11 NLT).
“…God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV).
“…[God, the Holy Spirit]...spared not his own Son, [from suffering, out of LOVE,] but delivered him up for us all (the LOST and SPIRITUALLY DEAD souls)?” (Romans 8:32 KJV).
“... Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation(substitute, intervention, atonement, etc.) for our sins.” (1 John 4:10 KJV).
“… the just for the unjust, that he might BRING US [BACK]... to God…” (1 Peter 3:18 KJV). “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “… I appeared … as God Almighty…” (Exodus 6:3 NASB). “…powerbelongs to God…” (Psalms 62:11 NASB). “...And I will bring them home again,” says the Lord….” (HOSEA 11 NLT).
God is LOVE and ALL POWER belongs to God ALMIGHTY. He uses his POWER LOVINGLY, especially to reconcile his people to HIMSELF, who is LOVE. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…powerbelongs to God…” (Psalms 62:11 NASB). “...I will bring them home again….” (HOSEA 11 NLT).
God’s LOVE is unconditional. Mankind does NOT and can NOT do ANYTHING to deserve his love, to be worthy of it, or earn it. His LOVE is offered through the RICHES of HIS GRACE (undeserved and unearned favor)! “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…He is “SO” RICH in … GRACE …” (Ephesians 1:7 NLT). “….The exceeding RICHES of his GRACE …” (Ephesians 2:7 KJV). “… [The] incomparable RICHES of [God’s]… GRACE...” (Ephesians 2:7 NIV).
“…Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were STILL sinners…”(Romans 5:6-8 NLT).
“What kind of “POWERFUL” LOVE is this?” It is an unconditional LOVE that is NOT based on who you are, what you have done, what you can do, where you’ve been, where you are going, how you look, your worthiness, your unworthiness, or ANYTHING else.
God’s unconditional LOVE expresses and demonstrates itself simply BECAUSE God chooses and desires to LOVE mankind, on purpose, even before they were EVER aware of it.indw“…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “… “I AM” WHO I AM…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB). “…God is Spirit …” (John 4:24 KJV). “…God is [the HOLY Spirit of]… LOVE…” (John 4:24 KJV).
“EVERYTHING” God THINKS, SPEAKS or DOES, for mankind, is FUELED by unconditional LOVE. His LOVE is also saturated with the RICHES and ABUNDANCE of his immutable GRACE.indw“…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV).
.indw“…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “… “I AM” WHO I AM…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB). “…there is none like unto thee…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). indw “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…There is no greater LOVE [than God’s unconditional LOVE]…” (John 15:13 NLT). “…there is none like unto thee…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV).
“…majestic in holiness (and Holy, unconditional love)…” (Exodus 15:11 KJV). “…You are veryGREAT;You are clothed in SPLENDER Covering Yourself with LIGHT as with a cloak…”(Psalm 104:1-2 NASB).
“…His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand…” (Habakkuk 3:4.NASB). “… Let Your glory be above all the earth…” (Psalms 57:5, 11 NASB). “… His glory is above earth and heaven…” (Psalms 148:13 NASB).
“…there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art GREAT, and THY NAME isGREAT in might…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). “…There is no greater … [unconditional] LOVE [than God, the Holy Spirit’s LOVE]…” (John 15:13 NLT).
God’s LOVE is unconditional and HOLY (set apart from any other kind of LOVE). “…This is real love—NOT that we loved God, but that he loved us …” (1 John 4:10 NLT). “… HE “FIRST” LOVED US…” (1 John 4:19 ASV).
God’s LOVE has been with mankind in the past, it is here in the present, and will remain in the future. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…This is real love…” (1 John 4:10 NLT).
God’s unconditional indw“…Love… is the perfect BOND of unity...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…He… remains faithful [to his love for mankind as ALWAYS]… [He can’t “ever” DENY who he is, which is LOVE]...” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT). “… “I AM” WHO I AM…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB).
God’s most important agenda is his unconditional love for his people.
This is what I have personally learned about God’s unconditional love FOR ME: God’s love covers over a lot of offenses. His love is fully forgiving and doesn’t keep a record of my wrongs towards him. His love is enduring. His love suffers long over me sometimes, which gives me sufficient chances to get it right with him. God’s love is faithful. God’s love is loyal. God’s love involved a sacrifice and therefore it was costly for him to love me. His love continues for me, even when I don’t fairly and equitably love him in return. God’s love does not come with a wage attachment, where I have to earn it. God’s love does not come with a partiality tag, where I have to be worthy of it. God’s love does not come with a merit tag, where I have to be deserving of it. God’s love is free and unconditional towards me always and has never demanded anything in return. God’s love won’t ever change for me, even if I change, walk away, reject it, follow after another, am unfaithful, offend him, or totally forget about Him. “…There is no greater love …” (John 15:13 NLT).
“…This is real love…” (1 John 4:10 NLT). What is “real” love? “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV).
God’s “unconditional” LOVE “…is patient … is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. [God’s]…love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, [God’s]…love never fails…” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
Nothing will ever separate mankind from God’s “unconditional” love.“….neither death, nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate [you]… from the [REAL]… love of God which is “in” Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:38-39 KJV).
“Unconditional” love is God makes no demands from its recipients. “…God is LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “… “I AM” WHO I AM…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB). “…God is [unconditional]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). God’s unconditional LOVE DROVE him to GIVE. “…God SO LOVED he GAVE…” (John 3:16 KJV).

BECOMING ONE SPIRIT. THAT WHICH IS SPIRIT "IS" SPIRIT
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
BECOMING ONE SPIRIT
“…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“... a man...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
*
“...And Adam said, This is now bone (self) of my bones (self), and flesh of my flesh (likeness): she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man...” (Genesis 2:23 KJV).
“...they shall be one flesh...”(Genesis 2:24 KJV). “...they twain shall be one flesh?...” (Matthew 19:5 KJV).
“...they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).“...they two shall be one flesh...” (Ephesians 5:31 KJV).
The male and female became “ONE FLESH,” but “NOT” ONE SPIRIT.
“…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17). “... a man (and woman)...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
When FLESH is joined to FLESH it becomes ONE FLESH. When the SOUL is joined to the HOLY SPIRIT it becomes ONE SPIRIT. “...This is a great mystery, but it is an illustration of the way Christ and the church are ONE...” (Ephesians 5:32 KJV). It also demonstrates how Jesus and his Father are ONE. "...I and my Father are [not simply close, but]…ONE...[Spirit]..." (John 10:30 KJV).
“…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). His WORD is Spirit. ). “…The Lord (the Word) is that Spirit (too)…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). His POWER IS SPIRIT. “…The invisible [Holy Spirit, his WORKING spiritual POWER]…from the creation of the world is …clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made …” (Romans 1:20 KJV).
“….let us (God, the Holy Spirit, his Word, and his POWER) make man[kind]... in our image, after our likeness…”(Genesis 1:26 KJV). “…And the LORD God ...breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (His Spirit or image)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV). “…God is not human (he is not a body, he is not a self, or the flesh, or a soul, but spirit)…” (Numbers 23:19 NIV).
“…the Spirit of God [is SENT to]....dwell in you (and the Holy Spirit dwelt with Adam and Eve)…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). “…God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” OUR HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB).
Adam and Eve were originally created representatives of HIS IMAGE (God’s SPIRITUAL image). “…..God created man in his own image…..male and female created he them…”(Genesis 1:27 KJV).
However, they became SEPARATED from the Holy Spirit, by choice and WERE LEFT ALONE with nothing, but their FLESHLY BODIES. “.... At that moment their eyes were opened (to an existence “separated” from God, the Holy Spirit)…” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).
At that moment, “…[their] ...INIQUITIES (disobedience to God’s Holy Law) … separated … [them from] ... God (the HOLY SPIRIT)…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). So, “... they twain (the TWO) shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV). "…That which is born (originates from) of the flesh is flesh…” (John 3:6 KJV).
BECOMING“ONE FLESH” has always applied to marriage, because God established it. When God establishes relationships with people or between people it is ALWAYS a covenant.
This ONE FLESH covenant, between Adam and Eve was a SACRED UNION God, the Holy Spirit instituted. “... a man (and woman)...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
Thus, the ONE FLESH covenant is about a MAN cleaving to HIS WIFE and the TWO “SHALL,” according to God’s WORD, BECOME “ONE” FLESH.
BECOMING “ONE” FLESH is all the things a husband and wife does, in the FLESH, to cleave together. However becoming ONE FLESH is also about joining flesh to flesh in an unlawful way too. “...What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh...” (1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV).
The SACRED covenant UNION between Adam and Eve allowed them to be close, join themselves together, cleave, and enjoy physically intimacy, lawfully, in God’s sight and thus BECOME ONE FLESH.
The most UNIQUE “TRUTH” about this SACRED covenant UNION, is that it was established by God.
The woman made and designed physically to literally make a “blood” covenant with her husband when they consummated the marriage on the wedding night.
When woman were VIRGINS and their husbands penetrated them, the first time, there was a shedding of blood. This symbolized the blood covenant they’d made with one another. “…almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission...” (Hebrews 9:22 KJV).
It also symbolized they were GIVING, PLEDGING, and COMMITTING their LIVES to one another UNTIL death parted them.
The BIBLE has MUCH to say about BLOOD covenants. “...This is the blood of the covenant God has established with you.” Practically everything in a will hinges on a death. That’s why blood, the evidence of death, is used so much in our tradition, especially regarding forgiveness of sins...” (Hebrew 9:18-22 MSG).
“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul…” (Leviticus 17:11 KJV).
“…This cup is the new covenant in my blood …which is poured out for you…” (Luke 22:20 ASV).
The BLOOD covenant is why God’s encourages his people to WAIT until they become ONE FLESH before having intercourse.
Also flesh to flesh interactions activate a hormone in the brain called “oxytocin,” which literally ENHANCES the ONE FLESH experiences.
Oxytocin is said to be a very powerful chemical, in the brain, that highly contributes to the pleasure one “feels” within many flesh to flesh experiences.
Oxytocin plays an important role in pairing, bonding, and attaching flesh to flesh interchanges.
Oxytocin is also thought to be released during flesh to flesh experiences.
For instance, oxytocin stimulates the male and female’s oxytocin systems, in the brain, to biologically or chemically influence them to desire to repeat the flesh to flesh experiences over and over again.
In fact, oxytocin supposedly BOOSTS certain chemicals in the brain. This BOOST heavily influences the desire to have this flesh to flesh experience over and over again.
Oxytocin also said to produce a “feel good” affect in the brain. The “feel good” affect produces feelings of peace, calmness, and well-being.
This God-given hormone, oxytocin, obviously heightens flesh to flesh experiences, which, in turn, inspires and enriches the intimate interchange.
If this is the couple’s first flesh to flesh experience with physical intimacy, oxytocin will help make this interchange something they will pursue and enjoy throughout the SACRED covenant UNION.
The SACRED covenant UNION God established was meant to be a place where the male and female can totally submit and give themselves, trustingly, to one another.
When a flesh to flesh experience “feels good,” outside of the SACRED covenant UNION, oxytocin can turn it into fleshly addiction.
When done right, oxytocin allows the male and female to experience a SACRED covenant UNION that is UNIQUE to this kind of ONE FLESH relationship, established by God.
Because this kind of SACRED covenant UNION is no longer SPECIAL, PRACTICED, or HONORABLE among many of God’s people, others think they can forge ONE FLESH relationships too. “…The [flesh]...nature ... never did obey God’s laws, and it never will…” (Romans 8:1-14 NLT). “...[Spiritual] ... death (physical existence without God (FLESH only)) spread to everyone...” (Romans 5:10-16 NLT). “….I was born a sinner (with “flesh” only and a sinful nature)….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT). “...I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. …I [am] …a slave to the sin (that comes through the FLESH and its sinful nature) …” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“…[their] ...INIQUITIES (disobedience)… separated … [them from] ... God (the HOLY SPIRIT)…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). So, “... they twain (the TWO) shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV)."…That which is born (originates from) of the flesh is flesh…” (John 3:6 KJV).
The covenant UNION, established by God, the Holy Spirit, was SACRED, but without God’s Spirit all Adam and Eve could BECOME is ONE FLESH.
BECOMING “ONE” flesh is one aspect of a marriage between two KINGDOM people. “…God is Spirit …” (John 4:24 KJV). “…The [Holy] Spirit of God dwell[s] in you (in the heart of Kingdom husbands and wives)…” (Romans 8:9 KJV).
Two KINGDOM people, however, are not only JOINED to each other through the FLESH, but also through God, the Holy Spirit, which makes them ONE SPIRIT, together, in Christ. “…he (she) that is joined unto the Lord (Jesus) is ONE spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
THIS IS A POWERFUL TRUTH! A truly GODLY, SACRED covenant UNION is a ONE FLESH and ONE SPIRIT marital relationship
Jesus said: "...I and my Father are [not simply close, but]…ONE...[Spirit]..." (John 10:30 KJV). Jesus DID NOT say he and his Father were close, but he said they were “ONE.”
Close implies a nearness to, but “one” implies a single unity or an undivided whole: ONE SPIRIT!
In Hebrew, one definition of oneness (echadh) is “unity.” This unity is Holy and unique to God and Jesus. “... The Lord is our God ... is ONE...” (Deuteronomy 6:4).
God’s KINGDOM people, now, have the privilege of saying, “… I and my Father are one…,” however ONLY “in” Christ (John 10:30).
God shares his unique “ONENESS” with ALL his children, through faith in Christ. “…that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me…” (John 17:21-23 NASB).
This holy “ONENESS” is the joining of man’s (woman’s) soul and God’s Holy Spiritthrough Jesus. “…he (she) that is joined unto the Lord (Jesus) is ONE spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
Not only was Jesus saying, with confidence, he was unified with the Father, but he was ONE with him. Jesus was so ONE with God, the Holy Spirit, that he could DISPLAY God’s GLORY (his presence, goodness, and working power) to the world.“… [Jesus BOLDLY said:]...I and my Father are ONE…” (John 10:30).
God told Jesus, “…Behold, I give unto you power to tread … over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you...” (Luke 10:19 KJV). “…Jesus [trusted what God, the Holy Spirit said and he] … spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth...” (Matthew 28:18 KJV).
Because Jesus and God, the Holy Spirit were ONE Jesus KNEW whatever belonged to his Heavenly Father ALSO belonged to HIM!
Thus, Jesus served God, the Holy Spirit, with confidence and wholeheartedly. God, the Holy Spirit “…entrusted [all things]… to [Him]...(Matthew 11:26 KJV) “...The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands...” (John 3:35 KJV).
Jesus’ unequivocal service was given to God and God’s unequivocal trust was given to Him. They were ONE. Jesus said I came “…not [to do] My will, but [God’s] be done…" (Luke 22:42-43 NIV). God therefore, “….placed all things in His hands…” (John 3:35 KJV).
Remember, Jesus DID NOT say, he and his Father were close, but he said they were “ONE.” Jesus said this because he was in a true, intimate, “covenant unity” relationship with God, the Holy Spirit.“...I and my Father are…ONE…" (John 10:30 KJV).
Covenants are God’s IDEA. He made them to BINDING agreements usually made between two parties.
In the Old Testament certain animals were sawn into two pieces and the dead carcasses were laid into two rows so the parties could walk between them in order to “seal” or “legitimize” the covenant agreement.
When the parties walked between the dead, bloodied carcasses they were making an oath or an unbreakable, covenant agreement that meant they would die like these animals if they didn’t keep the vows, terms, and promises. “...Those who have violated my covenant and have not fulfilled the terms of the covenant they made before me, I will treat like the calf they cut in two and then walked between its pieces…” (Jeremiah 34:18-20 ASV).
The covenant process was a type of legal system for ancient Near East in the Old Testament. The animals represented the contract between the parties making the covenant.
There were two types of covenants. One is a two-party covenant which depended on the binding agreement of two or more parties (similar to a marriage).
The other one was an one-party covenant which depended on the binding agreement of ONLY“one” of the parties.
In the two-party covenant the parties making the covenant were committing to an unbreakable agreement which meant all they had or possessed in life was available to the other upon demand.
In addition, each party had equal rights and privileges to the other party’s possessions and resources.
Furthermore, what belonged to one party in the two-party covenant equally belonged to the other party.
The two-party covenant indebted both parties to an unbreakable commitment to each other for life and could only be broken if one of the parties died or failed to keep the agreement.
More often than not, if either party refused to keep the two-party covenant agreement between them; they would die a terrible death and possibly along with his or her entire family.
In the one-party covenant only one of the parties made a binding agreement to keep the covenant.
However, the other party was still privileged to all the committed party had or possessed and it was available to them upon demand.
In addition, what belonged to the committed party in the one-party covenant equally belonged to the other party.
The one-party covenant indebted one party to the binding agreement and the other party had no obligation at all other than a voluntarily one.
God made a one-party covenant with Abraham. If Abraham refused to keep the one-party covenant commitment; God still had to fulfill it and keep his promises. “…Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another... And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. …And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, [God promised Abram,] saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:…”(Genesis 15 KJV).
The above scriptures provide an example of a one-party covenant agreement. God (represented as the smoking furnace and burning lamp) “…passed between the pieces…”
Abraham fell into a “…deep sleep…” and did not participate in passing between the pieces of animal sacrifices.
“…The Lord [God] made [the] covenant with Abram…” Since God made the one-party covenant, he was responsible for the binding agreement and indebted to fulfill it.
The one-party covenant God made Abraham was this: “And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly…. my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations…..thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee….And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations. This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised…”(Genesis 17 KJV).
Old Testament covenants were common and usually involved the two-party type of covenants. The two-party covenant tended to be more equitable in obligation and responsibilities.
The responsibilities and promises of both parties were equally shared and clear, but so were the consequences if the covenant was broken.
Another type of covenant was the “blood” covenant, which involved particular animal sacrifices. The animal sacrifices provided a covering for sins. “…almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission” (Hebrews 9:22 KJV).
“…Even the first plan required a death to set it in motion. After Moses had read out all the terms of the plan of the law—God’s “will”—he took the blood of sacrificed animals and, in a solemn ritual, sprinkled the document and the people who were its beneficiaries. And then he attested its validity with the words, “This is the blood of the covenant commanded by God.” He did the same thing with the place of worship and its furniture. Moses said to the people, “This is the blood of the covenant God has established with you.” Practically everything in a will hinges on a death. That’s why blood, the evidence of death, is used so much in our tradition, especially regarding forgiveness of sins...” (Hebrew 9:18-22 MSG).
Blood covenants with God, thru animal sacrifices, were usually mandatory. The shedding of blood was commanded by God as an atoning sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins.
This atoning sacrifice, though temporary and limited, satisfied God for the offenses of sins committed by his people.
The animal, representing the atoning sacrifice of the day, was temporarily, yet covered, by their shed blood, the sins of the people and freed them from the consequences of their sins.
Don’t make this complicated, animal sacrifices took place thousands of years ago and was simply a method God used as the atoning sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin.
Animal sacrifices, of course, have stopped. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul…” (Leviticus 17:11 KJV).
During ancient times certain animals died to serve as a temporary substitute for sin.
Since it was temporary the animal sacrifices had to be repeated over and over every year. The animal sacrifices, therefore, were a small tedious sample of the ultimate and permanent sacrifice predicted in Christ Jesus!!!
“For the Law, since it has only a shadow of the good things to come and not the very form of things, can never, by the same sacrifices which they offer continually year by year, make perfect those who draw near. Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have had consciousness of sins? But in those sacrificesthere is a reminder of sins year by year. For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins…” (Hebrews 10:1-4 NASB).
I say all of that to say that the covenant relationship between God, the Holy Spirit, through Christ and his people is a blood covenant.
A blood covenant is usually between two parties however, one or both of those parties can be a representative for an entire family or a group of people.
If one of the parties, of the blood covenant, is a representative of a group of people, he (she) totally represents every single person in the group.
The representative was also the guarantee that every responsibility, vow, term, or binding agreement of the covenant would be kept by his group.
The representative, therefore, acted on behalf of everyone in the entire group. The representative was considered “THE” voice and “THE” action for each individual member of the group.
In other words, each individual member of the group was embodied “in” the REPRESENTATIVE.
For instance, when the representative walked through the bloodied bodies, he “sealed” or “legitimized” the blood covenant for every member of the entire group. This is a very basic explanation of a blood covenant.
Furthermore, in the New Testament, Jesus is both the representative and the atoning sacrifice in the covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is the slain sacrifice called the Lamb of God, who was killed in your place and therefore the atoning sacrifice for your sins. “…Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29 KJV).
Jesus’ sacrificial death was the atoning sacrifice for your sins. “He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours…” (1 John 2:2 NIV).
You can NOW enter freely into the new covenant relationship with God THROUGH Christ. “…This cup is the new covenant in my blood …which is poured out for you…” (Luke 22:20 ASV).
Jesus’ death was like the death of the slain animal sacrifices in the Old Testament blood covenants. His blood is now the blood of the new covenant, which is an everlasting covenant (Ezekiel 37:26). “...This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins” (Matthew 26:28 KJV).
Jesus as our permanent and once-for-all substitute for sin allows us lost and spiritually dead souls to enter into an everlasting covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit through our representative, JESUS. “...For Christ also died for sins ONCE for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us [back]...to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit...” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB).
Jesus is both the sacrificial lamb (atoning sacrifice) and the representative, for the lost and spiritual dead souls, in the covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit. “For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit...” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB).
Jesus enters the relationship with God, the Holy Spirit, as the representative for lost and spiritual dead souls and opens the way, for them, to become reconciled with God. “…Jesus opened a new and life-giving way ... into the Most Holy Place…” (Hebrews 10:19-20 NLT). “...Jesus saith…I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…"This is the way; WALK in it…" Isaiah 30:21 NIV).
“…[He sent the ] …one … who can reconcileGod and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).
Those souls, who are “in” Christ by faith and chose to be represented by Him, enter the relationship too. “…, my righteous servant (Jesus) ... [made]... it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins…” (Isaiah 53:11 NLT).
“IN” Christ, God’s people are able, through the indwelling Holy Spirit, to keep the obligations and responsibilities of the “covenant unity” relationship with God, the Holy Spirit. “...For it is God who worketh in [his people], both to will and to do of His good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13 KJV). , “…[God’s people]... can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth [them]…” (Philippians 4:13 KJV).
Thus, Jesus becomes the guarantee that the “covenant unity” relationship with God, the Holy Spiritand his redeemed people, is kept. “…Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant...” (Hebrews 7:22 NIV).
God’s people can now enjoy the same “ONENESS” with God THROUGH Christ. Jesus said, "...I and my Father are ONE..." (John 10:30 KJV). God’s redeemed people can too.
The bible says, “…that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me (Jesus, your powerful WORD)…” (John 17:21-23 NASB).
This is the ONE SPIRIT relationship with God, the Holy Spirit that will NEVER LEAVE the soul ALONE again. Jesus boldly stated, "...I and my Father are one (forever)..." (John 10:30 KJV). “…that they also may be [one] in Us (forever)…” (John 17:21-23 NASB).
In a two-party “blood” covenant both parties share each other’s resources equally, meaning whatever one of the party’s possesses, so does the other; equally!
Jesus exercised, BOLDLY and CONFIDENTLY, his covenant rights with God. When Jesus said he and his Father were one, he was actually saying “...I share everything with God and he with me, because of our covenant relationship. All that he has are mine and all that I have belongs to God...” Can you say that and mean it?
According to the bible, every child of God can say what Jesus says. “…In this world [God’s people]... are like Jesus…” (1 John 4:17 NIV). "...I and my Father are one (forever)..." (John 10:30 KJV). “…that they also may be [one] in Us (forever)…” (John 17:21-23 NASB).
The Jews got mad at Jesus for being so bold and confident about his covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit. They accused him of blaspheming. Jesus said, “…I and my Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God...” (John 10:30-34 KJV).
If covenants are binding agreements then everything that belonged to God EQUALLY belonged to Jesus. Was Jesus blaspheming or telling the truth? “…All things that the Father hath are mine….” (John 16:15 KJV). “… And all mine are thine, and thine are mine…” (John 17:10 KJV).
Those are the words people say that are “in” covenant (or married) relationships with one another. “… all mine are thine, and thine are mine…” (John 17:10 KJV).
Jesus boldly and confidently walked in the privileges, resources, and blessings he had within his “covenant unity” relationship with the God, the Holy Spirit of Glory!!
Jesus lived in his “one Spirit” relationship with God boldly and confidently. Jesus spoke and conducted himself like he KNEW, without a doubt: “...Because of his covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit, he had access to all his Father’s presence, goodness, working power and resources. He also had the rights to freely use them!!...”
It was true for Jesus and it’s true for his redeemed children, today. "...I and my Father are one..." (John 10:30 KJV). “… that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You…” (John 17:21-23 NASB).
BECOMING “ONE” SPIRIT with God, through Christ is not a cliché, but a TRUTH. “…He (she) that is JOINEDunto the Lord is ONE Spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
As a child of God, what rights and privileges do you NOW within the “covenant unity” relationship with God through Christ that you DON’T utilize? Why aren’t you freely utilizing them?
Every redeemed child of God is in a “covenant unity” relationship with God through Christ, RIGHT NOW, and has all the benefits of God’s promises, his presence, his goodness, his working power, his blessings, and privileges. “… because THEY BELONG TO CHRIST JESUS…” (Ephesians 3:6 NLT). “…All things that the Father hath are mine….” (John 16:15 KJV). “… And all mine are thine, and thine are mine…” (John 17:10 KJV).
“… [Everyone (male or female) who belongs, to him through Jesus and] … who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by [ALL of]...God’s children. [They]…are [ALL]… part of the same body, and enjoy the promise of … [provisions] …” (Ephesians 3:6 NLT).
God assures his people, citizens, and ambassadors that ALL of his benefits and resources are part of the BINDING “covenant unity” relationship he SHARES with each of them. “…For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes …also … Amen …” (2 Corinthians 1:2 NASB).
God’s people can expect God to keep his EVERY ONE of promises to them. They will NOT fail. “…Not one of the good promises which the Lordhad made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass…” (Joshua 21:45 NASB). “…For as many as are the promises of God, in Him (Jesus) they are yes …also … Amen …” (2 Corinthians 1:2 NASB).
Every immutable promise in God’s Word is “yes” to THOSE in Christ and will result in “amen” to the glory of God. “…He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises…” (2 Peter 1:4 NASB).
When God’s people are JOINED to Jesus, God’s LIVING WORD, they are reconciled, restored, and made WHOLE or ONE SPIRIT and are granted his precious promises. “…He has granted …us His precious and magnificent promises…”(2 Peter 1:4 NASB).
The promises of the covenant work together with faith or trust in and dependency upon God’s WORD. God’s people willfully choose to trust and obey HIM. “...But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that YE break my covenant: …” (Leviticus 26:14-15 KJV).
Remember in the two-party covenant the parties making the covenant were committing to an unbreakable agreement which meant all they had or possessed in life was available to the other upon demand. “…All things that the Father hath are mine….” (John 16:15 KJV). “… And all mine are thine, and thine are mine…” (John 17:10 KJV).
In addition, each party had equal rights and privileges to the other’s possessions and resources. “… And all mine are thine, and thine are mine…” (John 17:10 KJV).
Thus, what belonged to one party in the two-party covenant equally belonged to the other. The two-party covenant indebted both parties to an unbreakable commitment to each other for life and could only be broken if one of the parties died or failed to keep the agreement.
In the Old Testament God told his people, “…[If] …ye will not do all my commandments, … YE break my covenant: …”(Leviticus 26:14-15 KJV) .
Obedience is not simply about doing what God wants you to do, but obedience is instrumental in having access to the benefits and resources of the covenant agreement as well as demonstrating you have a personal love for God, the Holy Spirit too. “…If you love me, you will (not might, maybe, sometimes, when I feel like it, or occasional, etc.) keep my commandments…” (John 14:15).
Conversations between God’s people and God, the Holy Spirit, takes place when HIS WORD is read, study, and meditated upon and through prayer. “…The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them Your servant is warned. In keeping them there is great reward …”(Psalm 19:7-11 NASB).
“...I am the one who answers your prayers and cares for you. I am like a tree that is always green; all your fruit comes from me.” Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully....” (Hosea 14:5-9 NASB).
When God’s people keep or are obedient to the covenant promises “…there is GREAT reward…” “…If you OBEY the Lord, your God, blessed shall you BE….” (Psalm 19:7-11 NASB; Deuteronomy 28:1 KJV).
Without obedience and faith, God told his people, “…YE break my covenant…” (Leviticus 26:14-15 KJV).
I said earlier, that in the one-party covenant only one of the parties make a binding agreement to keep the covenant. Yet the other party is still privileged to all the committed party has or possesses and it is available to them upon demand.
In addition, what belongs to the committed party in the one-party covenant equally belongs to the other party in the covenant.
The one-party covenant indebts one party to the binding agreement and the other party has no indebtedness at all. Would you marry someone and make vows to them, if they didn’t make vows to you also?
God made this kind of one-sided covenant with Abraham. If Abraham refused to keep the one-party covenant commitment; God still had to fulfill it and keep his promises. “…Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another:… And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, a horror of great darkness fell upon him. …And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:…”(Genesis 15 KJV).
God (represented the smoking furnace and burning lamp) “…passed between the pieces [and made the covenant with Abraham all by himself]…” (Genesis 15 KJV). “…The Lord [God] made [the] covenant with Abram…”
Since God made the one-party covenant with Abram. God was indebted to the binding covenant agreement and indebted to fulfill it. “…He … remains faithful…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT).
God’s faithfulness is ALWAYS about how God loves his people and goes out of his way to demonstrate it. “...This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us…” (1 John 4:10 NIV).
When his people we STILL sinners, he desired to be in a covenant relationship with them anyway.“….God SHOWED HIS GREAT LOVE FOR [his people] by sending Christ to die for [them] while [they] were still sinners…” (Romans 5:7-9 NLT).
“… [Nothing]…will be able to separate [God’s people] from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [his people]...with an everlasting … love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). “…God is love…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…There is no greater … LOVE …” (John 15:13 NLT).
“This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins” (1 John 4:10 NIV).
“...For Christ also died for sins ONCE for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring [his people BACK]... to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB).
God “…spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for [lost and spiritually dead souls]….” (Romans 8:32 KJV). “…God so loved [lost and spiritually dead souls]... that HE GAVE his only begotten Son…” (John 3:16 KJV).
“...[Jesus]... said, It is finished…” (John 19:28-30 KJV). “… I lay down my life... [FOR the LOST and spiritually DEAD souls] …” (John 10:17-18 KJV). Jesus did “…not come to be served, but to serve, and to giveHis life a ransom for many...” (Matthew 20:28 KJV). “... Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and SENT His SON to be the propitiation (substitute, intervention) for our sins.” (1 John 4:10 KJV). “…There is no greater love …” (John 15:13 NLT).
Not only does God make one-sided, one-party covenants, but He also loves his people unconditionally. God proved his HOLY love by sending His ONLY one who could reconcile mankind to God, the Holy Spirit. “...[He sent the ] …one … who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT). “…, my righteous servant (Jesus) ... [made]... it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins…” (Isaiah 53:11 NLT). “…Jesus Christ maketh thee whole (SAVES, RECONCILES, RESTORES, etc.,)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV).
God sent his ONLY son for unworthy, wretched, and willful sinners, who weren’t even thinking about Him. “...Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners…” (Romans 5:7-9 NLT). Yet, “...God, …sent his Son ….” (1 John 4:10 NIV).
God SENT Jesus to be both the representative for all SINNERS in the covenant relationship with God and the atoning sacrifice.
Jesus became the slain Lamb of God who took away the sins that separated humanity from God, the Holy Spirit, and reconciled them. “…Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29 KJV). “He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins…” (1 John 2:2 NIV). “…This cup is the new covenant in my blood…which is poured out for you” (Luke 22:20 ASV).
“This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins” (Matthew 26:28 KJV).
. “…Jesus saith unto to them, I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV). “For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God…” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB).
“...so that He might bring us [BACK]... to God…” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB). “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
Becoming ONE FLESH (soul and soul) is NOT the same as becoming ONE SPIRIT (soul and SPIRT). “…the Holy Spirit gives birth to (or restores) SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). God is a “…restorer of thy life…” (Ruth 4:15 KJV). “…He restoreth my SOUL…” (Psalm 23 KJV). “…The law of the LORD (the WORD of God) is perfect, restoring the SOUL…” (Psalm 19 NASB). “….He (the WORD OF GOD) restoreth my soul….” (PSALM 23:1-3 NLT). “…I (God, the holy spirit) will restore…” (Jeremiah 30:17 KJV). “….Jesus Christ (the WORD of GOD) maketh thee WHOLE (AGAIN)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV). “... and man became a living soul …” (Genesis 2:7 KJV).
Becoming ONE SPIRIT (soul and SPIRIT) reconciles one to God, the Holy Spirit, restores the soul, makes a person whole again, and gives them a renewed desire, attraction, or affinity toward God. “... You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You...” (Psalms 63:1 NLT).
The lost and spiritually dead soul is SEPARATED from God, the Holy Spirit. It is LEFT ALONE and even the ONE FLESH relationship won’t make the soul WHOLE. It is the ONE SPIRIT relationship that makes a man or woman WHOLE. “…Jesus Christ maketh thee whole …” (Acts 9:34 KJV). “... Jesus saith…I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV).
God’s people often think there are things and people they simply can’t leave without, but WORST is living without God, the Holy Spirit. “… God will supply all [your need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB). GOD says, “…I… satisfy …” (Jeremiah 31:25 NASB).
The soul that is RESTORED to God can say in ALL situations, “…The Lord is my shepherd; I SHALL NOT WANT…”(Psalms 23 KJV). “…YOU [God]... SATISFY ME MORE THAN THE RICHEST FEAST …” (Psalms 63:1-5 NLT).
“… [God, the Holy Spirit, ALONE WILL]…satisfy … [his people] …” (Jeremiah 31:25 NASB). “… [God, the Holy Spirit, the eternal LOVER of one’s soul.] … will supply all [his children’s need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB).
“…He(she) that is joined (restored, reconciled, made whole, etc.,) unto the LORD is ONE SPIRIT…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV). “[God, the] …Holy Spirit …is the SOURCE [for becoming ONE SPIRIT]…” (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).
“… [God, the Holy Spirit, ALONE WILL]…satisfy … [his people] …” (Jeremiah 31:25 NASB). God will “…Never leave nor forsake [his people]…” (Hebrews 13:5 KJV). “…[God, the Holy Spirit will]... surround … [his children] … WITH FAVOR as with a shield…” (Psalms 5:12 NASB).
“…Behold, I (God, the Holy Spirit) am with … [my people] and will keep … [them] whithersoever [they]… goest…I (God, the Holy Spirit) will not leave [them] ..." (Genesis 28:15 ASV).
“… [God, the Holy Spirit] … is [their] rock and [their]fortress, [their] deliverer, [their] GOD, [their] rock, in whom [THEY (his people)] … take refuge…" (Psalms 18:2 NASB). “…there is none like unto thee…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV).
I AM “…joined (restored, reconciled, made whole, etc.,) unto the LORD [and I am]... ONE SPIRIT [with God, the Holy Spirit, again]…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).

BECOMING "ONE FLESH" BUT REMEMBER THAT WHICH IS FLESH IS FLESH!
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
BECOMING ONE FLESH
“…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“... a man...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
*
God’s people KNOW their heavenly Father is ALL-KNOWING or omniscient. “..You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down;you are familiar with all my ways…” (Psalm 139:1-3 KJV).
“...the LORD LOOKS AT THE HEART…” (1 Samuel 16:7 NASB). God looks at the “…hidden man (woman) of the heart…” (1 Peter 3:4 KJV).
“…Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men (women)…” (Acts 1:24 KJV).
“…No one needed… to tell him (Jesus, God’s TRUTH) about human nature, for he knew what was in each person’s heart…” (John 2:24-25 NLT).
“…[The]...Lord (Jesus, God’s TRUTH), which knowest the hearts of all men (women)…” (Acts 1:24 KJV). “… He watches everyone closely, examining every person on earth. The Lord examines both the righteous and the wicked…” (Psalm 11:4-5 NLT).
“…[if]...thy heart is not right in the sight of God [he will know]…” (Acts 8:21 KJV). “…Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable…” (Hebrews 4:13 NLT).
“…The plans [God has]…for you…. [are]…plans to prosper you and not to harm you...” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV). “...I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord....” (Jeremiah 29:11 NLT).
From the VERY beginning God’s MERCY, GRACE, and HOLY LOVE was available to Adam and Eve. They had WRONGED God. When Israel had wronged God he said, “…I WILL heal their apostasy (I will heal their unfaithfulness toward me), I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from them.…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV). “…Where sin increased, [My]...grace abounded all the more…” (Romans 5:20 NASB). God’s “…graceis sufficient for you…” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NASB). His “…love covereth a multitude of sins…” (Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8 ASV). His “…Mercy triumphs over judgement.” (James 2:13 NASB).
“…I WILL HEAL their apostasy, I will love them freely…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV).
Even though HE KNEW they would betray him, he demonstrated UNCONDITIONAL, HOLY LOVE. He thought about THEM and not HIMSELF. “…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
A SEPARATION from God, the Holy Spirit was COMING, through their OWN apostasy and God didn’t want Adam to be LEFT ALONE, so he created Eve.“…I will make …a helpmeet(suitable) for him”…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
God, the Holy Spirit, put Adam in “…a deep sleep... [took] one of his ribs...[made him] a [physical] woman, and … [bought] her [to him]” (Genesis 2:21-22 KJV). “…So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place…” (Genesis 2:21 NASB). “…The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man…” (Genesis 2:22 NASB).
“...And Adam said, This is now bone (self) of my bones (self), and flesh of my flesh (likeness): she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man...” (Genesis 2:23 KJV).
“...Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh...”(Genesis 2:24 KJV).
“...And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?...” (Matthew 19:5 KJV).
“... For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
“...For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh...” (Ephesians 5:31 KJV).
God didn’t SAY that when the male and female are joined together they would become “ONE SPIRIT,” but ONE FLESH.
ONLY when individuals are JOINED to Christ can they become “ONE SPIRIT.” “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“... a man...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
People BECOME “ONE SPIRIT” when they are JOINED soul and Holy Spirit. People BECOME “ONE FLESH” when they are JOINED soul to soul. “...This is a great mystery, but it is an illustration of the way Christ and the church are one...” (Ephesians 5:32 KJV).
The first man, Adam, was created “in” HIS IMAGE “after” his LIKENESS! “….LET US MAKE man … after our likeness (to resemble us) …”(Genesis 1:26 KJV). “…in his OWN image (A representation)…..male and female created he them …” (Genesis 1:27 KJV). “…And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground (body), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (spirit);and man became a living soul (soul)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
“…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…And the LORD God ...breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (His Spirit or image)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV). “….let us make man in our image, after our likeness…” (Genesis 1:26 KJV). “…God is not human (he is not a body, he is not a self, or the flesh, or a soul)…” (Numbers 23:19 NIV).
“…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…the Spirit of God dwell in you (and dwelt in Adam and Eve)…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). Adam and Eve were originally, created representatives of HIS IMAGE (God’s SPIRIT), but now they were SEPARATED from the Holy Spirit and LEFT ALONE with nothing, but their FLESHLY BODIES. “.... At that moment their eyes were opened…” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).
At that moment, “…[their] ...INIQUITIES … separated … [them from] ... God (the HOLY SPIRIT)…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). So, “... they twain (the TWO) shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV)."…That which is born (originates from) of the flesh is flesh…” (John 3:6 KJV).
BECOMING“ONE FLESH” has always applied to marriage, because of the sacred union God established between Adam and Eve.
This SACRED UNION is about two people BECOMING “ONE” FLESH by joining together through MARRIAGE.
However, BECOMING “ONE” FLESH is also about joining flesh to flesh. “...What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh...” (1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV).
The SACRED UNION between Adam and Eve allowed them to be close, joined together, and physically intimate, thus, becoming ONE FLESH.
The most UNIQUE about this SACRED UNION, established by God, was when woman were VIRGINS. When their husbands penetrated them, the first time, there was a shedding of blood. This symbolized the blood covenant they’d made with one another.
However, within UNLAWFUL and NON-SACRED UNIONS people forge, in the SAME ways, can also become ONE FLESH.
“…The [flesh]...nature ... never did obey God’s laws, and it never will…” (Romans 8:1-14 NLT). “...[Spiritual] ... death (physical existence without God (FLESH nature only)) spread to everyone...” (Romans 5:10-16 NLT).“….I was born a sinner (with “flesh” only)….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT). “...I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. …I [am] …a slave to the sin (that comes through the FLESH nature) …” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).
“…[their] ...INIQUITIES … separated … [them from] ... God (the HOLY SPIRIT)…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). So, “... they twain (the TWO) shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV)."…That which is born (originates from) of the flesh is flesh…” (John 3:6 KJV).
The UNION, established by God, the Holy Spirit, was SACRED, but without God’s Spirit all Adam and Eve, the people within the marriage, could BECOME is ONE FLESH.
Two KINGDOM people are not only JOINED to each other through the FLESH, but also through God, the Holy Spirit, which makes them ONE SPIRIT, together, in Christ. “…he (she) that is joined unto the Lord (Jesus) is ONE spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV).
“...There is NEITHER ….male nor female: for YE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS…” (Galatians 3:26-28 KJV).
“…God SHOWS NO FAVORITISM …” (Acts 10:34-36 NLT). “…God is no RESPECTER OF PERSONS…” (Acts 10:34-36 KJV).
“… [Everyone (male or female) who belongs, to him through Jesus and] … who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by [ALL of]...God’s children. [They]…are [ALL]… part of the same body, and enjoy the promise of … [provisions] … because THEY BELONG TO CHRIST JESUS…” (Ephesians 3:6 NLT).
The SACRED UNION is elevated to a KINGDOM marriage between two citizens of Heaven, who not ONLY become ONE FLESH, but ONE SPIRIT too, because they BELONG to Christ. “... a man...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV). “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17). “...[God’s people]...ARE ALL ONE (together) IN CHRIST JESUS…” (Galatians 3:26-28 KJV).
The UNION was created SACRED, but the FLESH became corrupt, so the ONE FLESH connection is often experienced through MANY spiritually unlawful WAYS. . “...What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh...” (1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV).
But when two people are NEW CREATIONS they become citizens of God’s KINGDOM. “..Therefore if any man (woman) be in Christ, he (she) is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new...” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV).
NEW CREATIONS MARRY or are JOINED together, “IN” Christ. “…But he(she) that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17). “…What therefore God has joined together, let no man (woman) separate…” (Mark 10:9 NASB). “…Let no one split apart what God has joined together…” (Mark 10:9 NLT). “...[God’s married people]...ARE ALL ONE (joined together) IN CHRIST JESUS…” (Galatians 3:26-28 KJV).
“…they “shall” become one flesh…” (Genesis 2:23-24 NASB). “…[And if]...he [or she]… is joined unto the Lord is [they are ALSO]... ONE spirit…” (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV). “...ONE [sacred union]...IN CHRIST JESUS…” (Galatians 3:26-28 KJV).
The ONE FLESH aspect in the SACRED UNIONS of MARRIAGE is important for meeting each other’s various needs. However, the ONE SPIRIT aspect of SACRED UNIONS of MARRIAGE is utmost important for meeting each other’s various spiritual needs.
A ONE FLESH and ONE SPIRIT SACRED UNION (marriage) has a MUCH higher calling as the husband and wife serve God together and raise their family in the LORD.
In addition, as they serve God together as citizens of God’s KINGDOM they also enjoy his PRESENCE.
God’s PRESENCE fills their marriage with joy, peace, patient, faith, goodness, gentleness, meekness, and temperance, especially if HE is CENTRAL in their UNION together.
"…That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit…” (John 3:6 KJV).

THE LOST SOUL, WITHOUT GOD, IS LEFT ALONE
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
THE SOUL LEFT TO ITSELF
. “…Abide in Me, and I in you. …apart from Me you (apart from God’s Spirit the lost and spiritually dead soul) can do nothing …” (John 15:4-6 NASB).
“…the body (and lost Soul) without (apart from) the spirit is dead…” (James 2:26 KJV).
*
Mankind is MORE likely to experience and grieve over the physical lives that are GONE or have separated from them than the separation of God’s Holy Spirit.
Physical companionship is ALL that most people know and once those people are GONE they will experience profound LONELINESS, being LEFT ALONE, and being LONELY.
Without, God, the Holy Spirit, the body and soul can ONLY experience companionship through natural/physical life.
It is normal to MISS the physical presence and interactive companionships we share with family, friends, or spouses. It is hurtful and heartbreaking.
During times of physical LOSSES God’s people are COMFORTED and guided by the indwelling Holy Spirit who NEVER leaves or forsakes them. God will “…never leave nor forsake you (his people)… …” (Hebrews 13:5).
God’s Holy Spirit is their immutable SOURCE for companionship during times of grief. "… I amthe Alpha and the Omega…" (Revelation 1:8 NASB). “… I..[AM]… the first, and with the last...'" (Isaiah 41:4 NASB). “…All things (including God’s people’s need for consistent companionship) ...[COME] into being through Him (GOD, the Holy Spirit), and apart from [his WORD] nothing [COMES] into being that [has or WILL] come into being … (John 1:1-4 NASB). God is the ORIGIN of companionship. “… “I AM WHO I AM …” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB).
People we LOSE, along life’s journey, were ALWAYS going to be temporary. In the following scriptures the ravens were temporary resources too. “…the Lord said to Elijah, “Go to the east and hide by Kerith Brook, near where it enters the Jordan River. Drink from the brook and eat what the ravens bring you, for I (God, the Holy Spirit has) ...commanded them to bring you food.” So Elijah did as the Lord told him and …The ravens brought him bread and meat each morning and evening, and he drank from the brook ...” (1 KINGS 17:1-7 NLT).
“...But after a while the brook dried up…” (1 KINGS 17:1-7 NLT).
Nobody else may understand your emotions or feelings during periods of loss of any kind, but God, the Holy Spirit, your immutably companion knows and will be there for you. “…Your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things…” (Matthew 6 KJV).
During times of LOSS it may feel as if you are LEFT ALONE, LONELY, and experiencing extreme LONELINESS, but God, the Holy Spirit, PROMISES he’ll help you get through it. “… [Your heavenly Father] ... will supply all your [need]… according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB).
God, the Holy Spirit is a faithful companion, but you must be reconciled to him, so that your soul is made WHOLE by reconnecting with the Holy Spiritthrough Jesus Christ.
“….He (the WORD OF GOD) restorethmy soul….” (PSALM 23:1-3 NLT). “…I (God, the holy spirit) will restore…” (Jeremiah 30:17 KJV). “….Jesus Christ (the WORD of GOD) maketh thee WHOLE (AGAIN)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV). “... and man (woman) became a living soul …” (Genesis 2:7 KJV).
The REUNION between the SOUL and HOLY SPIRIT restores the ORIGINAL companionship with God that’s forever bonded by HOLY love, connected by the HOLY Spirit, fortified by HOLY, covenant intimacy, drawn by HOLY attraction, and empowered by the HOLY indwelling. “... You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You...” (Psalms 63:1 NLT).
When the soul is RESTORED to God, the Holy Spirit, through Jesus, it is NO LONGER left alone.
The SOUL becomes enlightened by God’s truths, enriched by the indwelling Christ, gifted with untold spiritual blessings, and endowed with God’s glorious presence, goodness, and working power. “… those (souls) who were once enlightened—those (souls) who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the Word of God and the power of the age to come …” (Hebrews 6:4-8 NLT).
No matter what God’s people experience, including the losses ALL will remain WELL with their soul. “….Jesus Christ (the WORD of GOD) maketh thee WHOLE (AGAIN)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV). “... and man(woman) became a living soul …” (Genesis 2:7 KJV).
God sent Jesus, the atoning sacrifice, to make it possible for every soul to return to the companionship or “covenant unity” with HIM, but some of his own people will depart. “... IN LATTER TIMES “SOME” SHALL [CHOOSE OR DECIDE TO] ...DEPART FROM the FAITH ...” (1 Timothy 4:1-3 KJV). “... who then ..[CHOSE TO] ... turn away from God …” (Hebrews 6:4-8 NLT). “...Take heed, BRETHREN (citizens of Heaven or ambassadors of Christ), lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God...” (Hebrews 3:12 KJV). “...If ye ...[CHOOSE TO] .... continue in the faith (OR continue TO DEPEND upon god) ... and be not moved away (BE NOT DEPARTED) from the hope of the gospel ...” (Colossians 1:22-23 KJV).
The companionship or “covenant unity” with God is NOT simply about being LEFT ALONE, but it is about being SEPARTED from God, the Holy Spirit, now and for all eternity. “…I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “…It’s YOUR SINS that … [will] ...cut you off from God…” (Isaiah 59:2 NLT). . “…Your INIQUITIES … separated … you and your God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). “…what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ (the Word of TRUTH) with Belial (the DEVIL or Father of LIES)? Or what part hath he that believeth (depends upon God) with an infidel (one who doesn’t depend upon God)?” (2 Corinthians 6:14-15 KJV).
“... Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God...” (Galatians 5:19-21 NASB).
“…You have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s GRACE…” (Galatians 5:4 NLT). “…Your INIQUITIES … separated … you and your God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).
The soul LEFT ALONE without God, the Holy Spirit is in a WORST condition than being LEFT ALONE without the physical presence of a significant loved one. “... Jesus saith…I am the way…” (John 14:6 KJV).
“…SALVATION is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved…” (Acts 4:12 NIV). “…And there is SALVATION in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved…” (Acts 4:12 NASB).
God “….is ... NOT WILLING that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance…” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV).
“... This is the will (CHOICE, or HEART’S DESIRE) of Him who sent Me (Jesus, his WORD), that of all that He has given Me I (CHOOSE, DON’T WANT TO) lose nothing, but (want to or desire to) raise it (the saved soul) up on the last day. For this is the will (CHOICE or HEART’S DESIRE) of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son (Jesus, the WORD) and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day...” (John 6:39-40 NASB). “... Now unto HIM (Jesus Christ) that is ABLE to KEEP you from falling(away), and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy...” (Jude 1:24 KJV).
God is FAITHFUL to EVERY promise he makes to his people, but some will not listen, don’t care, will follow their own ways, or will voluntarily depart from him. “… [YOU CHOOSE]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…He that believeth on him is not condemned: but HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, because HE HATH NOT BELIEVED in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And THIS IS THE CONDEMNATION, that light is come into the world, and MEN LOVED DARKNESS RATHER THAN LIGHT, because THEIR DEEDS WERE EVIL. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved…” (John 3:18-20 KJV). “... The judgment ... [will be]... based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil...” (John 3:19 NLT). “... everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed...” (John 3:20 NASB).
The SOUL that is LEFT ALONE is not simply experiencing a period of LONELINESS or being LONELY, but without God, the indwelling Holy Spirit the condition is eternal.
“…And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground (body), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (spirit); and man became a living soul (soul)…”(GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
God said: “…in his OWN image…..male and female created he (God, the Holy Spirit) them…”(Genesis 1:27 KJV).
“...and ...[God, the Holy Spirit]....breathed into his(her) nostrils the breath of life (His “own” Spirit)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
“...and man (woman) became a living soul…”(GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
Our bodies were DESIGNED to be temples of the LIVING God and the place where the SOUL and SPIRIT share companionship or “covenant unity” together. The spiritual seed is planted within the heart and produces spiritual fruit. “… God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son (Jesus, HIS TRUTH) into [y]our hearts...” (Galatians 4:6 NASB).
“…The sower SOWETH THE WORD …The (spiritual) seed (Jesus) is the WORD OF GOD ... THE WORD …was sown in [THE] HEARTS [of God’s people]…” (Mark 4:14-15 & Luke 8:11 KJV).
“...the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, [FAITH], gentleness, and self-control…” (Galatians 5 NLT). “...This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves…” (2 Corinthians 4:7 NLT).
God said: “…in his OWN image…..male and female created he them…”(Genesis 1:27 KJV).
Male and female were uniquely designed to become LIVING SOULS where God was the LIVING part and mankind was the SOUL. “...and man (woman) becamea living soul (soul)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
A “LIVING SOUL” is reconciled with God, restored to God’s Holy Spirit, and MADE WHOLE.
It had nothing to do with gender or the marital relationship, at this point, because Adam was NOT alone.
Thus, when God put the soul and Spirit together it was the ULTIMATE intimacy.
However, God KNEW the loneliness Adam would EXPERIENCE once his Holy Spiritseparated from THEM.
When God, the Holy Spirit, said it was NOT GOOD for man to be alone, his omniscient made a plan to create a suitable helpmeet for Adam for the journey ahead. “…The plans [God has]…for you…. [are]…plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you HOPE and a future..” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV).
It is NOT GOOD that man should be SEPARTED, first and foremost, from God, the Holy Spirit. It is not good that the man should be SEGREGATED from God, the Holy Spirit. It is not good that the man should be ISOLATED from God, the Holy Spirit. “…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
God MADE a helpmeet, for Adam, that would be right, appropriate, or fitting for the situation that God KNEW was coming. A SEPARATION from God, the Holy Spirit was COMING and Adam would be LEFT ALONE, so Eve was created.“…I will make …a helpmeet(suitable) for him”…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
Notice God didn’t SAY that when the male and female are joined together they would become “ONE SPIRIT,” but ONE FLESH. However, when individuals are JOINED to Christ they become “ONE SPIRIT.” “…He [or she]… that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT….” (1 Corinthians 6:17).
“... a man...[shall]....cleave to his wife (woman); And they twain shall be one flesh...” (Mark 10:7-8 KJV).
We BECOME “ONE SPIRIT” when we are JOINED soul and Holy Spirit. We BECOME “ONE FLESH” when we are JOINED soul to soul.
In order to understand what that likeness IS; you must first understand GOD’S IMAGE. “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).
God’s image was breathed into Adam, which made Adam a representative of his image.
Adam and Eve were originally, created representatives of HIS IMAGE (SPIRIT).
When God created the physical Eve or her fleshly body HE “… caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place…” (Genesis 2:21 NASB). “…The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man…” (Genesis 2:22 NASB).
There was a philosophical term prevalent during the Old Testament era, called “emanations,” which means “emerges from.”
This term also suggests that created things are subject to and weaker than the thing from which it was originated from.
Adam was created by God, thus subject to God and weaker than God.
Eve was created by God also, but from Adam and thus was subject to Adam and weaker (vessel) than Adam.
This simply means Adam’s fleshly body emanated directly from God in the Genesis creation order and Eve’s fleshly body, though created by God too, emanated from Adam.
Adam’s fleshly body EMERGED more directly from God’s creation of mankind into HIS image. Gender is not the issue here, but creation ORDER is. “…Neither was the man created for the woman; but the womanfor the man…” (1 Corinthians 11:9 KJV). “…For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man…” (1 Corinthians 11:8 KJV). “…For Adam was first formed, then Eve…” (1 Timothy 2:13 KJV).
What is outstanding is Adam, who initially represented male and female, had an “oneness” with God. God literally breathed into their nostrils. “….LET US MAKE man (or mankind) … after our likeness (to resemble us) …” (Genesis 1:26 KJV). “…in his OWN image (A representation)…..male and female created he them …”(Genesis 1:27 KJV). “…And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground (body), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (spirit); and man became a living soul (soul)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV).
God and Adam (Eve) came into the human vessel together. God, the Holy Spiritand Adam (Eve), the soul was “in” a “covenant unity” with God, the Holy Spirit. Adam (Eve) was called a “LIVING” soul. “….God ....breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (SPIRIT); and man became a livingsoul (SOUL)…” (Genesis 2:7 KJV).
“… HE Himself GIVES to all people LIFE (spiritual life) and BREATH (existence) and all things…” (Acts 17:25 NASB). “… In Him we (souls)...exist…” (Acts 17:28 NASB). “… in him we (souls)... have our being… “ (Acts 17:28 KJV).
“…the Spirit of God dwell in you (and dwelt in Adam and Eve, the LIVING soul)…” (Romans 8:9 KJV).
God gave THEM the requirements for KEEPING the “covenant unity” between them. “…of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: BUT of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil THOU SHALT NOT EAT OF IT …[or] … thou shalt surely die…” (Genesis 2:16-17 KJV).
A serpent (Satan) gave THEM instructions that contradicted those of God’s and THEY chose to follow them instead. The serpent said “…ye shall not surely die.…” (Genesis 3:4-5 KJV).
“…The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it.…” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).
The “covenant unity” with God, the Holy Spirit was immediately SEPARATED. “… ONE sinner destroy[ed]… MUCH GOOD…” (Ecclesiastes 9:18 NASB).
God’s Word is TRUTH and NEVER fails on any occasion. God, the Holy Spirit is ALWAYS “…watching over [his]… Word to perform it…” (Jeremiah 1:12 NASB).
“…[God’s Word] shall prosper in the thing whereto [God]… sent it…” (Isaiah 55:11 KJV).
HE SAID, “…the body without (apart from) the spirit is dead…” (James 2:26 KJV).“….Apart from Me, you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).
“.… Thou shalt surely die…” (Genesis 2:16-17 KJV). AND THEY DID and their souls were LEFT ALONE, without God, the Holy Spirit.
“… [Their] (Eve’s and Adam’s) … iniquities (violation of God’s instructions) … [immediately] … separated [them]… from God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).
“…Every man (or woman) is tempted, when … [they are] … drawn away of his (or her) own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it BRINGETH FORTH SIN: and sin, when it is finished, BRINGETH FORTH DEATH (spiritual death, SEPARATION from God, the Holy Spirit)…” (James 1:13-15 NLT).
THAT day “…Sin (the violation of God’s instructions) entered into the world, and (spiritual) DEATH through sin, and so (spiritual) DEATH passed to all men(women)—“(Romans 5:12 KJV).
“…SIN IS the transgression of the law (violation of God’s instruction)….” (1 John 3:4 KJV). “…The wages of sin is death (spiritual death, SEPARATION from God)…” (Romans 6:23 KJV).
“…God asked the woman, “What have you done?” (Genesis 3:7-13 NLT). “… ONE sinner destroy[ed] … MUCH GOOD…” (Ecclesiastes 9:18 NASB).
“… [They were] …separated … from God……” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). They were NOW “…DEAD in … sin (imprisoned within the fleshly body)…” (Ephesians 2:1 KJV). “…Through one man… [or Adam and Eve] … sin entered into the world, and (spiritual) DEATH through sin, and so (spiritual or SEPARATION from God, the Holy Spirit) DEATH passed to all men(women)—“(Romans 5:12 KJV).
NOW “…All have sinned (been born with ONLY the fleshly body or sinful nature) and fallen short of the glory (they do not have the PRESENCE of the indwelling Holy Spirit within them)…” (Romans 3:23).
“…The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?” “Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,” the woman replied. “It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’” “You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.” The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wantedthe wisdom it would give her …” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).
“…So she took some of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too.” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).
IMMEDIATELY, Adam, Eve, and ALL of mankind became “…separated from the [Holy Spirit or the spiritual] LIFE of God…” (Ephesians 4:18 NIV).
God distinctly told them: “…in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die…” (Genesis 2:16-17 KJV).
“…At that moment their eyes were opened (to an existence without the indwelling PRESENCE of the Holy Spirit of God)…” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT). “… [They immediately became] … separated from the [spiritual] LIFE of God…” (Ephesians 4:18 NIV).
The Holy Spirit separated from mankind. “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “… [Their] … iniquities …separated [them]… from God… …” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).
“…between us and you a great chasm (barrier) has been set in place…” (Luke 16:22-25 NASB).
“…God asked the woman, “What have you done?”(Genesis 3:7-13 NLT). “… ONE sinner destroy[ed]… MUCH GOOD…” (Ecclesiastes 9:18 NASB).
THE SOUL SEPARATED FROM GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT & WAS “LEFT ALONE!”

THE GOVERNMENT OF GOD'S KINGDOM & KINGDOM CITIZENS IS JESUS' RESPONSIBILITY
THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES
THE GOVERNMENT UPON JESUS’ SHOULDERS
“...For to us a child is born, to us a son (God’s LIVING WORD) is given, and the government will be on his shoulders And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
*
“...the government will be on his (Jesus, the Word and RULER’s) shoulders...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV). The governing of the KINGDOM of God and the governing of KINGDOM citizens RESTS on the foundation or shoulders of Jesus Christ, God’s WORD and RULER.
The bible clearly speaks to his people about GOVERNMENT. God’s people are told to OBEY the “governing authorities,” but the bible says they are to OBEY God rather than men. “We must obey God [and his Word (his governing authority)]... rather than human beings!..” (Acts 5:28-30 NIV). “...Peter and the apostles answered, “It’s necessary to obey God rather than men....” (Acts 5:30-32 MSG).
God’s “governing authorities:” God’s WORD, will NEVER ask God’s people to do ANYTHING that would disobey God, the Holy Spirit.
God’s “governing authorities:” his WORD always protects God’s KINGDOM citizens. Human governments do not protect any citizen ALWAYS or even equitably.
God’s “governing authorities:” his WORD has the POWER to protect God’s KINGDOM citizens. Human governments do not have the power to protect any citizen consistently.
Submitting to human governments is respect. Submitting to God’s government is obedience.
God established the “governing authorities:” his WORD that rules over his people. Humans established human laws, constitutions, and government policies that govern over other humans.
In the United States the main responsibility of government is to PROTECT the basic human rights of its citizens. Those protections are totally the responsibility of the US government as laid out in the constitution.
In the KINGDOM of God the main responsibility of government is to PROTECT, in every way, the citizens. That PROTECTION is totally the responsibility of Kingdom government as laid out in God’s Word (Jesus, the RULER). “...the government will be on his (Jesus, the Word and RULER’s) shoulders...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
Jesus is, right now, the LEADER of God’s HOLY NATION of people. “…ye are [part of]… a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people …[and God]… hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light...” (1 Peter 2:9 KJV). “...Jesus Christ, who is ... the RULER ...” (Revelation 1:5 NIV).
The responsibility of the CARE and PROTECTION is upon his shoulders.“…[God, the Holy Spirit, through Jesus], “WILL” accomplish (take care of)…that which concerns [his people/citizens]…” (John 14:31 NASB). “...Casting all your care upon him (God, the Holy Spirit through Jesus); for he careth for [his people/citizens]...” (1 Peter 5:7 KJV).
“… [God, the Holy Spirit through Jesus] … is Your shield (protection)…" (Psalms 18:3 NASB). “…You (God, the Holy Spirit, through Jesus) surround … [your people/citizens] … WITH FAVOR as with a shield (protection)…” (Psalms 5:12 NASB).
“...For to us a child is born, to us a son (Jesus, God’s LIVING WORD and RULER) is given, and the government will be on his shoulders And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
Jesus is the governmental LEADER and RULER of the citizens of God’s KINGDOM. Jesus is God’s LIVING Word, the Wonderful counselor, the MIGHTY God, the EVERLASTING Father, and PRINCE of PEACE. “...and the government will be on his shoulders..” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
Jesus supplies the NEEDS of the citizens of the KINGDOM. He CARES for them. He is ALWAYS aware of their NEEDS and supplies them. He PROVIDES for them. He GUIDES their steps. He keeps them STRENGTHENED. He EQUIPS them for KINGDOM business. He makes sure they have EVERYTHING that pertains to LIFE and GODLINESS. He is their Shepherd and ensures they WANT for nothing.
“...he careth for [his people/citizens]...” (1 Peter 5:7 KJV). “...He careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:7 KJV).
“...Take no thought, saying What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Where withal shall we be clothed?” “…your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things…” “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; all these things shall be added unto you.” “…therefore [take] no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for itself, Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” (Matthew 6:25-34 NIV).
“…God is the one who provides …” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV).
“… God will supply all [his citizen’s need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB). “…God will generously PROVIDE all … [the supplies] … [God’s people] need…” (2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT).
“….The Lord is “my” shepherd I shall “not” want ….” (PSALM 23:1-3 NLT).
“…The steps of a good man (woman) are ordered (GUIDED) by the Lord: …” (Psalms 37:23 KJV).
“…[God’s people are]... strengthened with might by his [Holy] Spirit in ...[their]... inner man…” (Ephesians 3:16 KJV). They “…can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth [them]….” (Philippians 4:13 KJV.
“…may [God] work in [his citizens] what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…That great Shepherd of the sheep, EQUIP (supply) [his citizens] with everything good [through the indwelling Holy Spirit]… for doing his will …” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…It is God which worketh IN [his citizens]both to will and to do …” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).
“…His DIVINE POWER hath given unto us ALL THINGS that pertain unto life and godliness…” (2 Peter 1:3 KJV).
“… THE LORD … is Your rock and Your fortress, your deliverer, Your GOD, Your rock, in whom [you] … take refuge; Yourshield and the horn of Your salvation, YOURstronghold.…" (Psalms 18:3 NASB).
“…Thou shalt know that I the LORD amthy Saviour …” (Isaiah 60:16 KJV).
“…there is none like unto thee…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “…Jesus Christ (the WORD OF GOD) is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8 NIV).
“…so you will know that [HE “IS”] the Lord…” (Exodus 10:1-2 NLT). “…Then you will know that [he is] the Lordyour God…’” (Exodus 16:12 NLT).
“...[Jesus was]... given, and the government will be on his shoulders...[the]... Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
Though God’s citizen and ambassadors are upon the earth to do KINGDOM business they are not to become troubled or burdened down with worldly problems. “…In the world ye have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 ASV). “... Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows..." (John 16:44 NLT). “...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid...” (John 14:27 KJV). “...despite all these things, overwhelming victory is [y]ours ...” (Romans 8:37 NLT).
God’s citizens are to CARE, show LOVE, to do what is RIGHT, to extend MERCY, and WALK humbly with God, the Holy Spirit, without letting their HEARTS be troubled or burdened down.“…O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God…” (Micah 6:8 NLT). “...[God’s citizens]... shall love [their]... neighbor as [themselves]; I am the Lord...” (Leviticus 19:18 NASB) “...[They will be]... fulfilling the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well...” (James 2:8 NASB).
“... For everything [God’s citizens]... know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom...” (Galatians 5:13 MSG).
“...brethren ...by love serve one another...” (Galatians 5:13 KJV).
When God’s people or citizens, or ambassadors get or feel burdened down, while upon earth, they can GO the KINGDOM RULER, Jesus, God’s LIVING WORD and he will GIVE them REST, which is his responsibility. “...Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is comfortable, and My burden is light...” (Matthew 11:28-30 NASB)
“...Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly...”(Matthew 11:28-30 MSG).
“...[Jesus was]... given, and the government will be on his shoulders...[the]...Prince of Peace...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV).
Jesus, God’s LIVING Word, the RULER is the WAY God has given his citizens and ambassadors for the solutions to EVERY problem they encounter while doing God’s business upon earth.“…Jesus saith unto him, I AM THE WAY … no man cometh unto the Father, but by me…” (John 14 6 KJV).
“…I have shown you how you should find the way in which you should walk…” (Isaiah 48:17). “…So I say, let the [indwelling] Holy Spirit guide your lives. … …” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye…” (Psalms 32:8 KJV).
“Trust in (depend upon) the Lord (jesus the word and ruler)with all thine heart; and LEAN NOT unto thine own understanding…” (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV).
“…eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into [the human]… heart … the things which God hath prepared for [those who depend upon him....” (1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV).
. “… [God] is able TO DO exceeding abundantly ABOVE all that we ask or think…” (Ephesians 3:20 KJV). “…I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27 KJV). “…he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).
God, the Holy Spirit, through Jesus, his Word and RULER, will lead his citizens and ambassadors. “… The Spirit of truth (the indwelling Spirit) …will guide [God’s citizens]... into all the truth. …” (John 16:13 NIV).
The citizens of Heaven are under the government of the KINGDOM of God where God, the Holy Spirit, RULES through Jesus, his LIVING WORD or “governing authority.”
While upon earth, citizens of Heaven and ambassadors of Christ TRUST and DEPEND upon Jesus, who has the totally responsibility of governing God’s KINGDOM and KINGDOM people.
Whatever trials, tribulations or troubles, God’s citizens or ambassadors, encounter while upon earth, Jesus, the RULER, assures them the VICTORY!
“...[Jesus, the]... Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...” (Isaiah 9:6 NIV). “…In the world ye have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 ASV). “...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid...” (John 14:27 KJV). “...despite all these things, overwhelming victory is [y]ours ...” (Romans 8:37 NLT).
“…Hope deferred (delayed) [does]...makes the heart sick, …” (Proverbs 13:12 NASB).
God’s citizen may say like David: “…How long, O LORD? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?” (Psalms 13:1 NASB. “…Since I am afflicted and needy, Let the Lord be mindful of me. You are my help and my deliverer; Do not delay, O my God… (Psalms 40:17 NASB). “…I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God…” (Psalms 69:3 KJV).
HOWEVER, “…The plans [God has]…for [his citizens]…. [are]…plans to prosper [them] and not to harm [them], plans to give [them]... HOPE and a future..” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV).
“…all things work together for GOOD to [God’s citizens]... that LOVE GOD, to them who are THE CALLED to his purpose” (Romans 8:28 KJV).
“…[God’s people/citizens/ambassadors, who trust in and depend upon him]…will receive NOW in return (in this life) a hundred times as many houses, brother, sisters, mothers, children, and property…” (Mark 10:28-31 NLT).
“….If God (the Holy Spirit through Jesus, his Word and RULER) is for [his citizens], who [or what]... can be against [them]?”(Romans 8:31 NIV).
“...overwhelming victory is [theirs] ...” (Romans 8:37 NLT). “...“Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for [his people]... who love Him…” (1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV).
“…Blessed are those who wait for his help…” (Isaiah 30:18 NLT). “...God, the one and only— I’ll wait as long as he says. Everything I hope for comes from him, so why not? He’s solid rock under my feet, breathing room for my soul, An impregnable castle: I’m set for life...” (Psalm 62:5 MSG). “...My soul, wait in silence for God only, For my hope is from Him...” (Psalm 62:5 NASB).

ITS NOT GOOD FOR MAN TO BE ALONE, ESPECIALLY WITHOUT GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU
NOT GOOD TO BE “LEFT ALONE”
“…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV). “…I will make …a helpmeet for him”…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
*
“… By faith we understand that THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE WAS FORMED at God’s command...” (Hebrews 11 NLT). “….God saw everything he had made……and, behold, it was very good…” (Genesis 1:31 KJV).
God, the Holy Spirit had made a magnificent creation. “….Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters…[In the beginning was the WORD. Therefore,] God said(SPOKE), “Let there be light,” and there was light (the Holy Spirit CREATED)….God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” …God madethe vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day. God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” …God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. …God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. …God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” …God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. …God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so. …God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds…” (Genesis 1 KJV).
THEN God, the Holy Spirit said: “….let us make man in “our” image, after our likeness…”(Genesis 1:26 KJV). “…..God created man in his own image…..male and female created he them…”(Genesis 1:27 KJV). “….God formed man of the dust of the ground (BODY), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life(SPIRIT); and man became a living soul (SOUL)…” (Genesis 2:7 KJV). “…The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him…” (Genesis 2:20 NASB).
“…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV). “…I will make …a helpmeet for him”…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
“…my companion and close friend…” (Psalms 55:13 NLT).
God, not Adam said it was NOT GOOD for man to be alone. It was God, not Adam who MADE him a suitable companion. “…Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man…” (1 Corinthians 11:9 KJV). “…For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man…” (1 Corinthians 11:8 KJV). “…For Adam was first formed, then Eve…” (1 Timothy 2:13 KJV).
Two REASONS stand out as WHY God created Eve. He said it wasn’t GOOD for Adam to be ALONE and he needed a SUITABLE HELPER. SO, “…the LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man…” (Genesis 2:22 NASB).
“….God saw everything he had made……and, behold, it was very good…” (Genesis 1:31 KJV). However, God said: “…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
In the spiritual realm GOOD is equivalent with God. There is NONE GOOD, but GOD, the Holy Spirit. “… there is none good but one, that is, God...” (Mark 10:18 KJV). So can we say: “…It is not good (godly) that the man should BE ALONE…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
Adam had LIFE and LIVING creatures ALL around him and he was communing with God, the Holy Spirit.
There was NO indication or implication that Adam felt ALONE since God was his companion, but God, the Holy Spirit is omniscient.
Research shows that ALONE can also be translated to mean “separated” or “segregated” from. God KNEW that even though Adam wasn’t alone yet, he would be. “…Your INIQUITIES (sins) … [can separate] … you and your [spiritual companion]... God [the Holy Spirit]…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).
Adam and Eve were both originally CREATED WHOLE (body, soul, and God’s Spirit (the breathe of life)). “…And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground (body), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (Holy Spirit);and man became a living soul (soul)…”(GENESIS 2:7 KJV). “….God saw every thing he had made……and, [said] … it was VERY GOOD…” (Genesis 1:31 KJV).
Then SIN separated them from God, the HOLY SPIRIT leaving them ALONE without HIM. “...Wherefore, as through one man sin entered into the world, and (spiritual) death (alone, separated from God) through sin, and so (spiritual) death (alone, separated from God) passed to all men, for that all sinned (all are born alone without the HOLY SPIRIT)—“(Romans 5:12 KJV). “...For all have sinnedand fall short of the glory (presence) of God” (Romans 3:23 KJV).
People FEEL physically ALONE with someone dies, leaves, divorces them, or gets a long-term illness, but spiritual ALONENESS is death. “…the body without (apart from) the spirit is dead…” (James 2:26 KJV).
Adam and Eve died, but it was not a physical death where the soul is separated from the body, but it was a spiritual death where the soul is separated from the “Holy Spirit” within the body. They and their descendants were LEFT ALONE without God.
When someone’s physical presence is GONE, we miss them, but keep on living physically. But when God’s spiritual presence is GONE, we usually don’t miss him, but keep living physically while being spiritually dead.
Being LEFT ALONE physically makes the separation extremely HARD to endure, but being LEFT ALONE spiritually is WORST!
“…It is not good that the man should be alone…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV). “…I will make …a helpmeet for him”…” (Genesis 2:18 KJV).
HOWEVER, the Holy Spirit says: “… I am God, and there is none else… I am God, and there is none like me…" (Isaiah 46:9-10 KJV). “… there is NONE like unto thee, O LORD; thou artgreat, and thy name isgreat in might.…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). “… there is none good but one, that is, God” (Mark 10:18 KJV).
“…“God with us…” (Matthew 1:23 NASB). “…God has said “Never will I leave you (without my PRESENCE); never will I forsake you…” (Hebrews 13:5 NIV). “…I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
People LEAVE us ALONE PHYSICALLY all the time, but if you have God, the indwelling HOLY SPIRIT, you are NEVER alone.
Separation from God, the HOLY SPIRIT is the ultimate state of being LEFT ALONE!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE IN "SUBJECTION" TO THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES?
THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES
BE IN SUBJECTION TO THE “GOVERNING AUTHORITIES.”
“....Every person (who is a citizen of God’s Kingdom)... is to be subject to the governing authorities (God’s WORD). For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; for it is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a servant of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil...” (Romans 13:1-5 NASB).
“...Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB).
*
“...Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB). The word “subjection” is linked with meanings such as obey, be under or put yourself under, submit oneself to, or willingly yield yourself to.
“... be in subjection...” means to SUBMIT (Romans 13:5 NASB). The verb “be” is used to say what should or must be DONE. Thus, is it a Divine COMMAND to surrender or submit to the “governing authorities” SENT by God, the Holy Spirit.
“....Every person (who is a citizen of God’s Kingdom)... is to be subject to the governing authorities (God’s WORD, his RULER)....”(Romans 13:1 NASB). “...Jesus Christ (the LIVING WORD of God), who ...the RULER of the kings of the earth...” (Revelation 1:5 NIV). “...the Lamb (Jesus, the LIVING WORD) will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings... (Revelations 17:14 NIV).
“....For there is no authority (all authority is GIVEN to his WORD, his RULER) except from God...” (Romans 13:1 NASB). “… His name (Jesus Christ) is called The Word of God…” (Revelation 19:12-13 NASB). “… Jesus (the WORD of GOD, his RULER) …came and SPAKE, unto them saying, “All POWER is given unto me IN heaven and earth…” (Matthew 28:18 KJV).
“....those (authorities) which exist are established by God (in the beginning was the WORD, his RULER)...” (Romans 13:1 NASB).“…In the beginning was the Word (Established authorities, his RULER) and the Word was with God (the Holy Spirit), and the Word was God (the Holy Spirit). He (Jesus, his LIVING Word and RULER) was in the beginning with God (the Holy Spirit). All things came into being through [the WORD], and apart from [the WORD] nothing came into being that has come into being … (John 1:1-4 NASB).
From the beginning God’s WORDS were God’s established authorities and his RULERS. “…MY WORD (God’s established authority and his RULER)… that goeth forth out of my mouth: it SHALL NOT return unto me void, but it SHALL ACCOMPLISH that which I please, and it SHALL PROSPER in the thing whereto I sent it…” (Isaiah 55:11 KJV).
God says, I “…am WATCHING over my word (my established authority, my RULER) to PERFORM it…” (Jeremiah 1:12 NASB). “…He has granted to [his people]… His precious and magnificent promises…” (2 Peter 1:4 NASB).
“…As many as are the promises of God, in Him (Jesus, his WORD, the RULER) they are yes …also … Amen …” (2 Corinthians 1:20 NASB). “…Not one of the good promises which the Lord (his Word, the RULER) had made … failed; all came to pass…” (Joshua 21:45 NASB).
“...All things came into being through [Jesus, the WORD, God’s RULER]… (John 1:1-4 NASB).
God’s people, citizens, ambassadors, chosen, and holy nation are to SUBMIT to God’s “governing authorities;” HIS WORD, which HE has given ALL authority to FOREVER. “… His name (Jesus Christ) is called The Word of God…” (Revelation 19:12-13 NASB). “… “All POWER is given unto me IN heaven and earth…” (Matthew 28:18 KJV). “....those (authorities) which exist are established by God...” (Romans 13:1 NASB).
“…He (THE WORD) was in the beginning with God… (John 1:1-4 NASB). God SAID: “…my words SHALL NOT pass away…” (Matthew 24:35 KJV).“... I am the Lord (the Word, God’s RULER), I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “...[God’s Word, his RULER].... is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8 NIV).
“...[God’s people]... must obey God [through his Word, his governing authority, and his RULER)]... rather than human beings!...” (Acts 5:28-30 NIV).
“...Peter and the apostles answered, “It’s necessary to obey God rather than men...” (Acts 5:30-32 MSG).
Therefore, “...Let everyone (of God’s people) be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God...” (Romans 13:1 NIV).
“…[God’s people can FREELY choose]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?” (Romans 6:16 KJV).
REMEMBER, “…The sinful nature (human nature) wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the [Holy] Spirit wants. And the [Holy] Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature (human nature) desires. These TWO FORCES are constantly fighting each other, so you are not FREE to carry out your good intentions. ……” (Galatians 5 NLT).
“...So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone(NO EXCEPTIONS) who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God...” (1 John 3:7-10 NLT).
“... I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God...” (Galatians 5:19-21 NASB).
“… His name (Jesus Christ) is called The Word of God…” (Revelation 19:12-13 NASB). “… “All POWER is given unto me IN heaven and earth…” (Matthew 28:18 KJV).
Men and women authorities are PUT in POSITIONS of government or rule temporarily, but their mere HUMAN beings that live in a sinful nature. “…The sinful nature (human nature) wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the [Holy] Spirit wants …” (Galatians 5 NLT).
YEARS AGO God’s people REQUESTED a human king over God, the KING of king. “...Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who were asking him for a (human) king. He said, “This is what the (human) king who will reign over you will claim as his rights: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. Your male and female servants and the best of your cattle and donkeys he will take for his own use. He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the (human) king you have chosen, but the Lordwill not answer you in that day...” (1 Samuel 8:10-18 NIV).
HUMAN leaders are PUT into POSITIONS of authority by PEOPLE who ELECT or CHOOSE them on their OWN volition. “…[God’s people can FREELY choose]... whom [they want to]... serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey (serve), his servants ye are to whom ye obey (serve)...” (Romans 6:16 KJV).
“...Peter and the apostles answered (WARNED), “It’s necessary to obey God rather than men...” (Acts 5:30-32 MSG). “…Choose you this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).
When God’s people CHOSE a mere MAN to be their king over God, the KING of kings. God conceded to their choice and was no longer their KING. “…[God’s people can FREELY choose]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey...” (Romans 6:16 KJV). “...When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the (human) king you have chosen, but the Lord (who is no longer their king) will not answer [them]... in that day...” (1 Samuel 8:10-18 NIV).
“...Yet the people refused to listen to the voice of Samuel, and they said, “No, but there shall be a king over us, so that we also may be like all the nations, and our king may judge us and go out before us and fight our battles.” Now after Samuel had heard all the words of the people, he repeated them in the Lord’s hearing. And the Lord said to Samuel, “Listen to their voice and appoint a king for them...” (1 Samuel 8:18-22 NASB).
“…My people would not listen to me. They KEPT DOING WHATEVER THEY WANTED, following the stubborn desires of their [OWN] evil hearts…” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT). “…We will continue to live as WE WANT TO, stubbornly following our own evil desires…” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT).
Nonetheless, “...Jesus Christ (the LIVING WORD of God) ... [was]...the RULER of the kings of the earth...” (Revelation 1:5 NIV). “... (Jesus, the LIVING WORD) ... is Lord of lords and King of kings... (Revelations 17:14 NIV).
God’s people are STILL choosing a HUMAN leaders, witnesses, especially through politics, to FOLLOW over God, the Holy Spirit. “...Samuel told all the words of the Lordto the people who were asking him for a (human) king...” (1 Samuel 8:10-18 NIV).
God, the Holy Spirit, will ALWAYS be KING of his TRUE people and will RULE within their hearts. At this time in history, SAMUEL was God’s prophet and his mouthpiece.
God’s people complained and didn’t appreciate how GOOD they had it. This request for a human KING was the beginning of the government of human KINGS over God’s people.
God’s people no longer approved of Samuel, God’s prophet or his sons (who were bad news) and decided they wanted a HUMAN KING over Israel. “...Now it came about, when Samuel was old, that he appointed his sons as judges over Israel. The name of his firstborn was Joel, and the name of his second, Abijah; they were judging in Beersheba. His sons, however, did not walk in his ways but turned aside after dishonest gain, and they took bribes and perverted justice...” (1 Samuel 8:1-3 NASB).
God had RULED, as KING, over his people through SAMUEL, but they begin to be unkind, ungrateful and unjust towards him, because of his AGE. “...Then all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah; and they said to him, “Behold, you have grown old, and your sons do not walk in your ways. Now appoint us a king to judge us like all the nations.” But the matter was displeasing in the sight of Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” And Samuel prayed to the Lord...” (1 Samuel 8:4-7 NASB).
God always respects the human will of his people and allows them to CHOOSE between one thing or another. “...And the Lord said to Samuel, “Listen to the voice of the people regarding all that they say to you, because they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being King over them. Like all the deeds which they have done since the day that I brought them up from Egypt even to this day—in that they have abandoned Me and served other gods—so they are doing to you as well. Now then, listen to their voice; however, you shall warn them strongly and tell them of the practice of the king who will reign over them...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB). “…Choose you this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).
This REQUEST for a HUMAN KING was NOT good. Men and women follow human leaders inappropriately even to this day. Samuel TOLD God’s people they were NOT rejecting HIM, but God as their KING. “...they have rejected Me (God, the Holy Spirit) from being King over them...however, you shall warn them strongly and tell them of the practice of the king who will reign over them...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB).
God GAVE them what they WANTED, but he WARNED them the human king may or may not PRACTICE the SAME PRINCIPLES of HOLINESS God, the KING of kings DID. “... The matter was displeasing in the sight of Samuel when they said, “Give us a (human) king to judge us.” And Samuel prayed to the Lord...” (1 Samuel 8:4-7 NASB). “...[God, through Samuel warned]...them strongly and [told]... them of the practice of the (human) king who will reign over them...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB). “...When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the (human) king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day...” (1 Samuel 8:10-18 NIV).
“... “Give us a (human) king to judge us.”...” (1 Samuel 8:4-7 NASB). They WERE not rejecting SAMUEL, but God, the KING of all kings. “....the RULER of the kings of the earth...” (Revelation 1:5 NIV). “... Lord of lords and King of kings... (Revelations 17:14 NIV).
The REJECTION of SAMUEL, God’s ordained prophet, was actually the REJECTION of God, the Holy Spirit. “...they have rejected Me (God, the Holy Spirit) from being King over them...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB).
They were not aware they were forsaking and abandoning the KINGSHIP of God, the Holy Spirit, his riches, and his spiritual blessings over their lives. “...warn them stronglyand tell them of the practice of the (HUMAN) king who will reign over them...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB). “…They ABANDONED ME and did not obey my word….” (JEREMIAH 16:11 NLT). “…They ABANDONED the Lord… they turned their backs on him….” (2 Chronicles 29:6 NLT). “…The Lord replies, “This has happened because my peoplehave ABANDONED MY INSTRUCTIONS; they have refused to obey what I said….” (JEREMIAH 9:13 NLT).
“…We will continue to live as WE WANT TO, stubbornly following our own evil desires…” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT). “…They (God’s OWN people) KEPT DOING WHATEVER THEY WANTED, following the stubborn desires of their [OWN] evil hearts…” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT).
“… [YOU]… FORGOT all about ME,” says the Lord…” (Hosea 2:13 NLT). “… you became proud and FORGOT ME….” (Hosea 13:6 NLT). “…Does a young woman forget her jewelry, or a bride her wedding dress? Yet for years on end my people have FORGOTten ME…” (Jeremiah 2:32 NLT).
God TOLD Samuel to GIVE his people what they WANTED. “...And the Lord said to Samuel, “Listen to the voice of the people regarding all that they say to you, because they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me...” (1 Samuel 8:7-9 NASB).
“...Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB). “... be in subjection...” means to willingly be in submission to, but be WISE about who you yield yourself servants to obey (Romans 13:5 NASB).
“…[God’s people can FREELY choose]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey...” (Romans 6:16 KJV).
“... be in subjection...” (Romans 13:5 NASB). “... for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB).
Let’s take moment to define “conscience.” “Conscience” is said to be that part in your MIND, HEART, or psyche that makes a person AWARE of moral and ethical expressions of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
This “conscience” is said to KICK-IN when a person’s emotions, thoughts, or behaviors DON’T conform or are contrary to their PERSONAL standards or right and wrong.
“Conscience,” in Christ, is sent into the MIND, HEART, or psyche of God’s people, through the indwelling Holy Spirit. “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “… God has sent forth the Spirit of [HIS WORD]... into [the]...hearts...[of his people]...”(Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…The Spirit of God dwelleth in [his people]...” (1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV).
“…I will put my laws (words, establish authorities) into their mind, and write them in their hearts…” (Hebrews 8:10 KJV). "…I will put my law (word, established authorities) in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people…” (Jeremiah 31:33 NIV). “...For it is God which worketh in youboth to will and to do of his good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).
The indwelling Holy Spirit makes a God’s people AWARE of moral and ethical expressions of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. “...The law of his God (his Word, the RULER) is in his (her) heart;none of his (her) steps shall slide...” (Psalm 37:31 KJV). “...I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law (thy Word, the RULER) is within my heart...” (Psalm 40:8 KJV). ““...With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments. I have treasured Your word (established authority, RULE) in my heart. So that I may not sin against You. Blessed are You, Lord; Teach me Your statutes...” (Psalm 119:10-12 KJV).
“…the pledge of a clear CONSCIENCE toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ…” (1 Peter 3:21 NIV).
This “conscience” provided by the indwelling Holy Spirit KICK-IN when God’s people’s emotions, thoughts, or behaviors DON’T conform or are contrary to God’s standards (his WORD, the RULER and established authority) regarding righteousness and unrighteousness. “…“Having a good conscience. …” (1 Peter 3:16 KJV).
“…I speak the truth in Christ—I am not lying, my CONSCIENCE confirms it through the Holy Spirit…” (Romans 9:1 NIV). “…The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good CONSCIENCEand a sincere faith…” (1 Timothy 1:5 NIV).
“…I strive always to keep my CONSCIENCE clear before Godand man…” (Acts 24:16 NIV).
“…And Paul ...said ...I have lived in all GOOD CONSCIENCE BEFORE GOD until this day…” (Acts 23:1 KJV). “…Holding the mystery of the faith in a PURE CONSCIENCE…” (1 Timothy 3:9 KJV). “…I thank God, whom I serve ....with PURE CONSCIENCE …” (2 Timothy 1:3 KJV). “…I exercise myself, to have always A CONSCIENCE VOID TO OFFENCE toward God, and toward men….” (Acts 24:16 KJV).
“...Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB).
Citizens of Heaven and Ambassadors of Christlove God and keep his commands by submitting their conduct to God’s WORD, the RULER and established authority for righteous behavior.
They also do this for the SAKE of conscience, which REVEALS the integrity of their HEARTS.
“...Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for the sake of conscience...” (Romans 13:5 NASB).

JESUS, GOD'S LIVING WORD AND RULER WAS HIS SERVANT FOR GOOD!
THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES
GOD’S SERVANT FOR YOUR GOOD
“...For the one in authority (God’s WORD) is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers (God’s WORDS, the governing authorities) do not bear the sword for no reason. They (God’s WORDS) are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer...” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
*
“...For the one in authority (God’s WORD and RULER) is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They (God’s WORDS) are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer...” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
“...For the one in authority (God’s WORD and RULER) is God’s servant for your good....” (Romans 13:4 NIV). According to Strong’s, another Hebrew word for serve is sharath(to “minister to or become a personal servant to.”
Jesus was not just “doing” God’s will like one who follows rules and regulations or is simply being dutiful, but he literally “became” God’s personal servant while upon earth.
Jesus wholeheartedly served God, the Holy Spirit and his disciples were witnessing that HIS KINGDOM had come through HIM.
Jesus confidently said, “…the ... works that I do, bear witness of me (PROVES), that the Father (God, the Holy Spirit) has sent me (his Word and his RULE)...” (John 5:36 KJV).
Jesus also said he did “…not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many...” (Matthew 20:28 KJV).
“...For the one in authority (God’s WORD and RULER) is God’s servant for your good....” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
Thus, Jesus was God’s servant, for YOUR good, while on earth. Jesus willfully served God by willingly becoming “…a ransom for many...”
The bible boasts that Jesus “…humbled himself and becameobedient unto death, even the death of the cross...” (Philippians 2:8 KJV).
Jesus is the ultimate example of how and why obedient servanthood is important in the covenant relationship with God. “…so the world may know that [Jesus] love[d] the Father, …[Jesus DID] ...exactly as the Father commanded…” (John 6:38 KVJ).
It is God’s will that every child of his “…be conformed to the image of His Son…” (Romans 8:28). God is saying “become” like Jesus, my obedient, personal servant (sharath).
God’s work, upon earth, requires that his citizens and ambassadors focus on doing KINGDOM business. “...Jesus explained: "My nourishment (fulfillment) comes from doing the will of God (serving God's purpose), who sent me, and from finishing his work...” (John 4:34 NLT).
Jesus, his Word and his RULER, is the forerunner and example of obedient servanthood. “…In this world we are LIKE JESUS…” (1 John 4:17 NIV).
This means God’s people willfully, become like JESUS, by choosing to be God, the Holy Spirit’s, servants too. "… this is the love of God, that [his people]... keep (like Jesus did) His commandments." (1 John 5:3 KJV).
Obedient servanthood is a WITNESS of the RULE of God, the Holy Spirit, within the hearts of HIS PEOPLE. Jesus said: “…not My will, but Yours be done..." (Luke 22:42-43 NIV).
This obedient servanthood will lead God’s people INTO the actual work (abad) of God’s KINGDOM. “… Jesus of Nazareth ...went around ... doing good and healing all (HOW?)...because …God [the holy spirit]… was with him…” (Acts 10:38 NIV).
"Jesus answered, and said…This is the work of God:that [his people]... believe (trust & depend) on him (his Word, his RULER) whom he hath sent...” (John 6:29KJV).
Obedient servanthood shows God’s people, citizens, or ambassadors, believe in Jesus, God’s Word and RULER as well as his finished work on the cross. “….[Jesus]... came not to be served but to serve othersand to give his life as a ransom for many" (Matthew 20:28 NLT).
“...I (Jesus) lay down my life ... No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord...” (John 10:17-18 KJV). “...After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith ... It is finished…” (John 19:28-30 KJV).
Jesus was an obedient servant. God sent the indwelling Holy Spirit to help and empower Jesus to do KINGDOM business. “…The Father (God, the Holy Spirit,) that dwelleth in [Jesus] he doeth the works (of confirming his RULE and that his KINGDOM had COME)…” (John 14:10 KJV).
“…God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know. …” (ACTS 2:22 KJV).
Because God was with Jesus, he went around doing good, healing ALL, and he became a “…ransom for many….” through obedient servanthood (Matthew 20:28 KJV).
“...[Jesus] went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing (revealing) the glad tidings (good news) of the kingdom of God...” (Luke 8:1 KJV).
“...the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing...” (Luke 9:11 KJV).
“...And wherever he went—into villages, towns or countryside—they placed the sick in the marketplaces. They begged him to let them touch even the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed...” (Mark 6:56 KJV).
“...Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there...” (Matthew 19:2 KJV). “...the people all tried to touch him, because power was coming from him and healing them all...” (Luke 6:19 KJV).
“... The word of God spread....” (Acts 6:7 NIV). “... the word of God continued to spread and flourish...” (Acts 12:24 NIV). “... So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed...” (Act 12:20 KJV). “...God’s word [was un]chained...” (1 Timothy 2:9 NIV). “... the word of God [was un]bound...” (1 Timothy 2:9 KJV).
“...[Jesus, his Word, his RULER]... went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for GOD WAS WITH HIM…” (Acts 10:38-39 KJV).
Jesus learned to become an obedient servant through the things he suffered through while upon earth. “...Though he (Jesus) were a Son (God’s Word and RULER), yet learned he obedience by the things he suffered…” (Hebrews 5:8 KJV).
Jesus CHOSE to stay FOCUSED and keep doing KINGDOM work no matter how difficult it became. Therefore, Jesus can “…be touched with the feeling of [God’s people’s]... infirmities...” (Hebrews 4:15 KJV).
Jesus (his Word and RULER) experienced human struggles too just like God’s people do now, “…yet without sin (without unrighteousness)...” (Hebrews 4:15 KJV).
Jesus (his Word and his RULER), “...who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him (God, the Holy Spirit) that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect (MATURE), he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him…”(Hebrew 5:7-8-9 KJV).
“...Therefore, since Christ suffered in his flesh, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin…” (1 Peter 4:1 NIV).
Being an example of obedience, in the flesh, was challenging for Jesus too. After all, he was the Word and the RULER, but he was ALSO God’s SERVANT “… He withdrew about a stone's throw beyond them and knelt down and prayed, "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done..." (Luke 22:42-43 NIV).
Jesus demonstrated to God’s people that being an obedient servant has a GREATER reward that any other path. Now Jesus, the Word and the RULER, is “highly exalted” with a “name which is above every name...” (Philippians 2:9).
In addition,“…at ...the name of Jesus (the Word, the RULER) EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of things in heaven and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father...” (Philippians 2:10-11 KJV).
It wasn’t easy for Jesus, but he was obedient out of his love for God and for God’s people. “...not My will, but Yours be done..." (Luke 22:42-43 NIV). Aren’t you glad Jesus willfully and voluntarily choose to become God’s obedient servant? “…And being made perfect (mature), he became authorof eternal salvation unto all [of God’s people]... who obey him…” (Hebrew 5:7-8-9 KJV).
“… My righteous servant (Jesus, God’s Word and God’s RULER) ... [made]... it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he [bore] ... all their sins…” (Isaiah 53:11 NLT).
“… [Jesus, God’s WORD and his RULE)… is the power of God at work (miraculously), saving everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16 NLT). “…BY THE WORD (Jesus) of the Lord (the RULER) [you are SAVED]…” (Psalms 33:6 NASB).
“…All things came into being through Him (the WORD and RULER), and apart from [the WORD and RULER] nothing came into being that has come into being … (John 1:1-4 NASB).
Jesus suffered through some stuff, while upon earth, but he chose to stay obedient out of his deep love for God and for mankind. “…Owe no man (woman) any thing, BUT TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER…” (Romans 13:8 KJV). “…For all the law (of God) is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt LOVE THEY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF….” (Galatians 5:14 KJV). “...If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt LOVE THEY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF, ye do well…” (James 2:8 KJV).
“…Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets…” (Matthew 22:36-40 KJV). “…In this world we are LIKE JESUS…” (1 John 4:17 NIV).
“… [Jesus]... bec[ame] obedient unto death, even the death of the cross...” (Matthew 20:28 & Philippians 2:8 KJV). “…[Jesus, his Word and his RULER]... camedown from heaven, not to do [his]... own will but the will of [God, the Holy Spirit]... that sent [him]...” (John 6:38 KJV). Jesus’ obedient servanthood revolutionized the whole religious world.
Now Jesus is “highly exalted” with a “name (the Word of God) which is above every name...” (Philippians 2:9). “…at ...the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of things in heaven and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father...” (Philippians 2:10-11 KJV).
Every citizen of God’s Kingdom or Ambassador of Christ, while upon earth, struggle with being an obedient SERVANT.
But if they choose to keep focused and STAY the course, Jesus said “...Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he (she) do also; and greater works than these shall he (she) do; because I go unto my Father...” (John 14:1 KJV).
God’s people, citizens, ambassadors willfully chose to become God’s servants. “…In this world [God’s people]... are LIKE JESUS…” (1 John 4:17 NIV). “… [Jesus came]…NOT … to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many...” (Matthew 20:28 KJV).
God’s people willfully chose to do God’s will and NOT their own. “…Father …not Mywill, but Yours be done…" (Luke 22:42-43 NIV).
God’s people willfully chose to humble themselves to whatever God’s will is for their lives. “… [Jesus]…humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross…” (Philippians 2:8 KJV).
God’s people willfully chose to give their bodies as a living sacrifice to God’s purpose. “… present your bodies a living sacrifice …” (Romans 12:1 KJV).
The Holy Spirit EMPOWERS, INDWELLS, and ANOINTS God’s people. What did the Holy Spirit DO “in” and “through” Jesus?
The Holy Spirit empowered, indwelled, and anointed him to DO God’s will as the Word of God and God’s RULER. “…The Spirit of the Lord [was] upon [Jesus, God’s Word and God’s RULER], because he hath anointed [him] to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent [him] to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord…” (John 4:16-21 KJV).
“…God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and WITH POWER:who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for GOD WAS WITH HIM…” (Acts 10:38-39 KJV).
It was NOT Jesus who DID the WORKS of confirming God’s KINGDOM had COME, but it was the Holy Spirit within Jesus who DID the WORKS? “…[Jesus said]…the Fatherthat dwelleth in me, he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV). “…God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know. …” (ACTS 2:22 KJV).
“...For the one in authority (God’s WORD and RULER) is God’s servant for your good...” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
“...But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason....” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
“...the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (his RULER)...” (Ephesians 6:17 NASB).
“...the word of God (Jesus, his RULER) is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword...CUTTING...” (Hebrews 4:12 NASB).
“...for the weapons (the SWORD of the SPIRIT, the Word, God’s RULER) of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses...” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 NASB).
“...They (God’s WORD and RULERS) are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer...” (Romans 13:4 NIV).
“...God, the ... ONLY RULER...” (1 Timothy 3:13-16 NIV). “… [Jesus, God’s Word came]... TO SERVE...” (Matthew 20:28 KJV).
“… [Jesus’]... name is called The Word of God…” (Revelation 19:12-13 NASB). “....the Word was God… (John 1:1-4 NASB).
Jesus, the Word and God’s RULER said: “… I and my Father are ONE (Jesus and God’s were the SAME)…” (John 10:30 KJV).
Jesus also said: “…All authority has been given to [HIM, God’s WORD)in heaven and on earth …” (Matthew 28:18 NASB & Daniel 4 NLT).
“... Now the deeds of the flesh, [IF practiced by God’s people or anyone else, will be]... evident ....I forewarn [my people and others], just as I have forewarned [my people and others “before], that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God...” (Galatians 5:19-21 NASB).
“…The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who CHOOSE that way. …” (Matthew 7:13-14 NLT). “…choose LIFE…” (Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV).
“...do not be afraid of those [mere humans who].... kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him (God, the Holy Spirit]... who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell...” (Matthew 10:28 NASB).
“...Don’t be bluffed into silence by the threats of bullies (mere humans). There’s nothing they can do to your soul, your core being. Save your fear for God (the Holy Spirit), who holds your entire life—body and soul—in his hands....” (Matthew 10:28 MSG).
“...Peter and the apostles answered, “It’s necessary to obey God rather than men...” (Acts 5:30-32 MSG). “…Choose you this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).
