Stuff I read recently.
In addition to getting my grabby hands on early copies of Lucy Score's, Kathryn Nolan's, and Pippa Grant's Bluewater Billionaires novels, I read a couple of awesome books and I thought I'd share.
Dating-ish by Penny Reid
I enjoyed this so much! It was a fun read, light with lots of depth, great dialogue and character development, and there's a moment late in the book that totally nailed me in the feels in the best possible way.
Far Cry by Kate Canterbary
I love Kate's Talbott's Cove novels and was so excited when I saw she'd written a book about Brooke Markham. This book, you guys. I freaking LOVED it. The characters were so compelling, I was sucked in from page one. It's one of those books that makes me want to go to bed with a bottle of wine and never write again because damn.

I know the anticipation is crazy. Trust me, it's killing me, too.

He trailed off, but I knew what he was thinking. He didn’t need to say it. Maybe someday he’d give me his last name.
Right then and there, it happened. There was no stopping it now. I felt light, like I could float off this stool, filled with a heady euphoria. I wasn’t getting tipsy from the moonshine. But I was drunk, all right. Drunk in love with Gibson Bodine.
