The Revenge Of The Djinn
As you know these are just ideas flowing at this point. They may be changing as I may have other ideas emerging from somewhere in my brain while I sleep!!!!
Prologue
There was once in the writing of “Orichalcum Order of Magi “ of a magician who had great wealth, land, and merchandise. One day an affair of great importance was available for him and it was a considerable distance from his homelands. He left on horseback and started out with only a cloak and a bag into which, put a few biscuits and dates.
Five days after his journey started he found he had very little left to eat and drink. He came to the realization that he did do not appear to be on the right road. He was overtaken by heat, thirst, and hunger. He found some trees and a fountain and stopped to rest and drink. He alighted, and tying his horse at the base of a date tree, he then sat down to eat. He fell to his knees and thanking Allah, for saving him from death. He knew that without Allah’s help he would not have in a position to travel any further. He would have been long dead before anyone would be trying to find him. He was on his knees when he saw a Djinn, coming toward him.

The Revenge Of The Djinn
This is the Novella that I am working on now. I’ll be adding bits and pieces of the story on this my Blog site and on my Author site as time goes on. I am aiming for a March 1, 2018, release.
Prologue
There was a magician who had great wealth, land, and merchandise. One day an affair of great importance was offered to him and it was a considerable distance from his homelands.He left on horseback and started out with only a cloak and a bag into which, put a few biscuits and dates.
Then five days after his journey started he found he had very little left to eat and drink. He came to the realization that he was not on the right road. He was overtaken by heat, thirst, and hunger. He found some trees and a fountain and stopped to rest and drink. He alighted, and tying his horse to a branch of the tree, sat down on its bank to eat some biscuits and dates from his little store. He fell to his knees and praying to Allah, he asked for guidance and help. He knew that without Allah’s help he could no longer travel and would be dead before anyone would be looking for him. He was still on his knees when he saw a Djinn, coming toward him. As soon as he was close to him he said in a most terrible tone: “Get up, that I may kill you with this scimitar, as you have murdered my brother”.These words came out of his mouth with a piercing, bellowing tone that could be heard for miles.
The magician was scared by the horrible giant of a Djinn as well as by the words he heard. “Was your brother KAMBUJIYAI? Then, yes I have slain him.

I am a mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother. I love to read, cook and play “World of Warcraft”.
I was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1948. We moved to Pennsylvania and I graduated Farrell High School in 1966.
I took Business Management at Kent State, Graphic Arts at Bellevue University, and I am studying, History, Classical Literature and Goverment at Hillsdale University. {

Writing & Becoming An Overnight Success

Writing & Money
Don’t think you will get rich off writing your first book. No matter what you have been reading, the odds are:
3 out of 10,00, and that is in Children’s books alone.
Is there hope, always. Harry Potter was no overnight series. The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings also weren’t either. Hard work and not giving up matter the most. Most famous authors except for a rare few, have not had overnight success, it just may seem that way from another writer’s view. Most readers also, don’t grasp the odds of an overnight success.
I only wrote this short blog, because of all the books saying you can become a writer, making a decent living writing books. I read a book on how to become a writer, even if you hate to write. Why would you want to write a book, if you hate to write? Writing should be more about passion, than money. Self-help books don’t really fall into overnight success either, and wouldn’t you want to write a self-help book on an issue dear to your heart. Yes, we all need and want to make money, but face it, not everyone is overnight.I see as I look at the ” Self Help ” selections for making easy money, that for some reason they are on the free list. { This observation is for Kindle ebooks. }
So when you read that book telling you how fast you can make the “big bucks” look into the real statistics. This can be applied to “courses” as well. Sure the person who makes the course makes money but does it really help you? Do your due diligence, before you buy.

The Revenge OF The Djinn
“Wiki describes Ifrit: Ifrit—also spelled, efreet, efrite, ifreet, afreet, afrite, and afrit (Arabic: ʻIfrīt: عفريت, pl ʻAfārīt: عفاريت)—are supernatural creatures in Arabic and Islamic folklore. They are in a class of infernal Jinn noted for their strength and cunning. An ifrit is an enormous winged creature of fire, either male or female, who lives underground and frequents ruins. Ifrits live in a society structured along ancient Arab tribal lines, complete with kings, tribes, and clans. They generally marry one another, but they can also marry humans. While ordinary weapons and forces have no power over them, they are susceptible to magic, which humans can use to kill them or to capture and enslave them. As with the jinn, an ifrit may be either a believer or an unbeliever, good or evil, but he is most often depicted as a wicked and ruthless being.”
I had started to work on this story about two years ago, but it was put up because of me being very ill at that time.
This is a love story, between a Djinn and an extremely beautiful young girl. The Djinn never intended falling in love with any human. He had actually been planning on using her to enact revenge on her father. But even for a Djinn life never goes as you plan it. Before you ask there will be murder, paranormal sex, broken promises and of course revenge.
[image error]I am doing this story as an in-between while I am working on my novella, “Jalenna”. I’ll keep my readers updated as to how the Jaleena” and ” The Revenge Of The Djinn” are coming along.

What Am I Working Now
I am working on a Novella about one of my characters in The ” Twisted Myths & legends” Book.
The character’s name is “Jaleena” she is an Amazonian Huntress & Warrior. The story will be going into detail about her life. I had put a short synopsis of her life into ” Twisted Myths & Legends “, and I will be going into more detail about her in this new book. This book will be Historical Fiction/Myth/Legend. I will try to be as close as possible to the Historical part of this story. Information on exactly how people lived before the 1st Century B.C. in the Greek/Roman era is not always quite clear. I am in the process of researching for the background of Jaleena’s life now.
