The Struggle
Happy Sunday! I love to write and I love to read. I also love to think about the two, sometimes at the same time, which makes my head busy and constantly indecisive. I'm an indie author and occasional editor as well as a writer of a twelve part epic fantasy series, a three part post-apocalyptic series and now a one-off novel I started yesterday. Yes, I write Poetry Too
Hi all, So occasionally I'll write a poem and this is for one of two reasons. 1) I'm feeling emotional and need to get those emotions out of my head and onto the page.2) I need to clear my head of 'writer's block' and free up some decent ideas using a different strategy. I find poetry writing to be a fantastic way to resolve both those issues. I wanted to share an old poem of mine with you that's kind of depressing, I'm not going to lie, but it's one of my favourites. Let me know what you think!
