I have been suffering under an oppressive, nameless dread for seven days now and I blame Jodi Balfour.

I think this might be my favourite book so far in the series. Not sure why entirely, but I have fond feelings for it. It wasn't easy. I had to take a break from it and then some things just came naturally to me. I felt like I had a real grip suddenly on Geoff and Nia.

I'll soon be closing in on a million words I've written on this subject matter and I've generally told stories the way I want to tell them. That won't change!

I'll always tell about these couples in the way that I feel suits them, but I do wonder what my closest fans are looking for. This won't shape my next story but it will absolutely help me form my ideas.
