Striped Passions Series- The Beginning

My journey into the paranormal romance genre began with a sexy novella called Hot Fur Stripes, Book 1 in the Striped Passions Series. Now, one thing constant about writing life, is change. And Hot Fur Stripes was no exception. This story was outlined and partially written around 2012 and it wasn’t until about four years later that I decided to dust it off and make it complete. Here are some little to unknown facts about that first book.
~~Hot Fur Stripes, like many stories, was intended to be a standalone but developed into a five book series.
~~The initial setting was in the countryside and not an urban location.
~~The tiger shifter hero of the tale, Terrence Devereux was a custom furniture maker and not a billionaire. And he was a wolf in the original story.
~~Jasmine and Terrence first met at a bar, where he had protected her from being assaulted (he kicked ass of course!).
~~Terrence had moved to the town where Jasmine lived to escape discrimination he was facing because he was a shifter. In the published story, the setting is Carleynes, a country where a large percentage of the citizens is made up of shifters, and it is known for its diverse culture and acceptance of supernatural beings.
~~The one element of the original story that has never been changed, was that a mysterious murder had occurred and Terrence was the primary suspect of the crime.

Yearning Fur Stripes Introduction

I hope your Friday is going great so far! 
Today I wanted to share a little update with you for my upcoming book which I can't wait to share!

The Striped Passions Series will come full circle with Yearning Fur Stripes, Book 5.
In the first book, Hot Fur Stripes, you may remember there was a string of shifter murders, where at the end of the story, a man was arrested and charged and the case appeared to have been solved. But the case isn’t closed…the real killer has not been caught.

Special agent Dana Teslyk who questioned Jasmine about Calvin Simmons’ murder, will be the heroine of this upcoming tale and she and her hunksome partner are on the hunt for an elusive shooter.
Yearning Fur Stripes is the last book in the Striped Passions Series and with this story, we end in the beginning!

New Striped Passions Series Book

Hi! How is 2018 going so far for you? I hope it is shaping up as you hoped. I have a million plans to squeeze into 365 days! Lol!
I am bursting at the seams with new stories (a new wardrobe will soon be in order) and I wish I had as many arms as an octopus has tentacles-I should have asked Santa for that last year!
So, I just popped by to give you an update on the newest book I am writing; The Striped Passions Series Finale.
The fifth and final book in the Striped Passions Series is scheduled to be released around late April-early May. This story will be the requisite sexy read with a dash of suspense and thrills, as we revisit a case of unsolved murders featured in Hot Fur Stripes, Book 1 in the series. Don't worry, you won't have to read over the first book to get a refresher, the story will be written in the timeline of when the murder mystery began to unfold in the first book.
 The finale takes us back to Durham City where we will join agent Dana Teslyk, and a character from one of the previous books, as they try to find the perpetrator targeting shifters. The fight against crime will not be their only challenge...forbidden passion is mounting between them...things are going to get hot and complicated...
So stay tuned, I will be sending you the cover reveal and a teaser as soon as I can.
