April 2015 Update

Clans of Kalquor 9: Alien Indiscretions – Wow. The newest in the series enjoyed the best debut of all my books. It shot directly to number one on Amazon’s Sci-Fi Erotica list and hit Smashwords and All Romance eBooks sites’ bestsellers within a day. Thank you all so very much for making it a success.
Are you missing out on it? Well, go get it! It’s available from Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Amazon UK, and All Romance. Also available in print.

Shalia’s Diary –Hot nights, bizarre dreams, new beaus, and a major falling out between friends. It’s going to be a busy month for our girl.

Shalia’s Diary Book 5 will come out April 17. Relive the ghost hunt as Shalia recovers from her abduction.

Netherworld IV: Animal Attraction– I am still outlining this one. Brandilynn has a reunion of sorts with her twin Ashley. Plus is Tristan really leaving? And who is this strange British fellow Arthur? Levi ‘Bane’ Ward, the hot werewolf undercover agent is back too. No release date set.

Clan Beginnings: Clan and Crown—Egilka and Clajak are pulling surprises on me left and right. Behave, you bad boys! Wait, what am I saying? No one wants these guys to behave! Release date: mid-December.

Brianna’s Clan – Who remembers Dramok Sojan, the young man who pulled Rachel Hicks out of the prison in ‘Prelude to Redemption’? He’s finally getting his own story, set during the months of rescues following Earth’s Armageddon. This will be a departure for the Kalquorian books. Since it is not part of the main Clans of Kalquor series, it will contain m/m/m sex as well as m/f/m/m. I’m about halfway through the outline now. I am aiming for June 2016 for the release.

And now for the potentially big news: I have been talking with a producer about a television series based on the Clans of Kalquor books.  There is a lot of work to be done and details to hash out, but it has become a very real possibility. The first season would feature events of Alien Embrace and Clan Clajak’s activities just prior to Alien Rule.
Right now we are working on the script for the pilot episode. A rough draft has been completed. I’ll keep you updated as things progress.
Meanwhile, there is a lot you as readers could do to help make this happen. Who doesn’t want hunky aliens in their living rooms? To that end, I must make a personal request. If you would be so kind as to leave honest reviews at whatever site you bought my books from, I would be more grateful than you can imagine. In particular, it would help if you would review Alien Embrace, Alien Rule, and the latest release, Alien Indiscretions. Selling sites like Amazon and Barnes and Noble are where the network honchos will be looking to gauge the popularity of the books, so reviews at places like Goodreads will not have much effect. If you can spare the time and effort, I would be so grateful.
And if you have the opportunity to recommend my books to your friends, that would help too. Talking about them, discussing them, debating them ... anything to raise interest will be of tremendous value. Sales of the books are a factor when it comes to ensuring the series will be a no or a go.
Thanks, everyone. And biggest thanks to those of you who have already left reviews for any and all of my books ... you are the best!

Weekend Wake-up Call – To Protect and Service: Ravenous Virtue

Vendeen withdrew his hand and examined the thick coat of honey she’d left on his fingers.  He sucked the moisture into his mouth, rolling it around on his tongue to test.  He nodded.  “It seems Daagiis was right.  Pain is a joy for your body.”
Raven’s cheeks burned worse than the frozen rings around her nipples.  She’d thought she only wanted a strong man on top.  Maybe a little playful spanking.  She hadn’t realized her body was geared to the extreme.
I’m a strong woman.  I’ve always been a strong woman.  Tough as nails.  Why do I like this?
She realized Vendeen watched her closely.  She couldn’t lower her gaze from his when he hadn’t given permission, but her shoulders hunched up.  Raven wanted to hide more than anything right now.
Her master’s smile softened just a touch.  “Don’t look so humiliated by your delightful responses, my lovely.  I do not take pleasure from playing with those who don’t also enjoy it.”
With that he opened his pants and eased them down his hips.  His cock bounced out of its enclosure, magnificently erect.  Raven’s mouth watered to see it only inches away, though her eyes remained locked on Vendeen’s.
“May I look?” she asked.
“You may.”
Her eager gaze took in the thick, veined penis.  She only looked, but she knew how velvety soft the smooth, round head of him would be against her tongue.  How his pulse would pound along the length of his shaft.  The way he would heat her mouth.  As he continued to push his pants down his thighs, the entirety of it came into view.
Raven blinked at the gleam of golden metal at the base of his cock.  It seemed a larger, thicker version of the rings tormenting her nipples.  He wore his cockring.
Vendeen took himself in hand and gave his cock a lazy stroke.  “You may use your mouth on me now.”
Refusing to acknowledge the eager surge of heat in her pussy at his words, Raven leaned forward.  Vendeen angled his penis so he could rub the heated head over her lips.  She let her tongue peek out for a taste as she inhaled his scent:  pure, masculine strength.  He smelled different from Todd.  Todd always had a good, clean smell to him, a little salty and fresh.
Vendeen however, smelled wild.  Dark.  Primal.  His taste was just as unabashedly male to her.  She swirled her tongue over his cockhead before closing her lips over the rounded end.  She kissed his prick with fervor, making him moan and jerk gratifyingly.
He’s not the only one who can make a person squirm, she thought.
Raven mouthed her way down to the smooth constriction of his cockring.  Rolling her eyes back to look in Vendeen’s heavy-lidded gaze, she ran her tongue up slowly back up to the tip of his cock where a bead of white fluid waited for her.  She carefully claimed it, her eyes still on Vendeen’s as she accepted the delicate drop.
“By all of creation,” he groaned.  “You are the sweetest death a man can have.”
Raven supposed that was meant to be a compliment, so she took it as such.  She set to work with a will, wanting to make him squirm some more.
She kissed the rigid length of his shaft, wetting it down, and then swirled her tongue over his cockhead.  She sucked hard to make her cheeks dimple.  She then opened her mouth wide and sank down to take as much of him in as she could.
Vendeen grunted and stiffened all over in reaction.  Raven bobbed her head up and down, feeling how smoothly he ran against her tongue, now fast, now slow, now pausing far down, now nearly releasing him and waiting until he strained upward before sucking him down again.
“Enough!”  Vendeen used her hair to tug her off him.  “All right, my servant, you have had your fun.  Now go to the bed and lie face down with that beautiful ass in the air.”
Available from Amazon, Amazon UK, Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, and All Romance.  Also in print.

WIP Wednesday – Clan Beginnings: Clan and Crown

They were not close as most men who would become lifelong companions were.  Their union had been arranged years ago, when Clajak had been only ten years old and Egilka twenty-seven.  For a long time, Egilka had felt more of an older brother to Clajak. As he trained for his eventual role as one of the three emperors of Kalquor, he’d watched his Dramok-to-be grow into manhood. The feeling of a sibling bond had remained strong until recently.                 These days, their relationship had turned tumultuous. The closer the time came to be clanned, the more Clajak avoided Egilka. His behavior, reckless and brash since his teens, became even more irresponsible. Even his parents, the Emperors and Empress of Kalquor, were losing all patience with their only child and heir. The young man performed all his duties as Crown Prince, but he made it a point to enjoy himself to distraction with lovers, drinking, and parties. His reputation throughout the Empire was fodder for gossip and rumor.                “It’s just cold feet, Egilka,” Empress Irdis had told him. “Clajak still looks up to you. He respects you. You must not take it personally.”                Egilka tried not to. He supposed someone as young and indulgent as Clajak probably found him to be stuffy and boring.  Perhaps that assessment was true.  The Imdiko was a research scientist, and he was the first to admit he’d let his passion turn into something of an obsession. Between training for eventual rulership and his work on solving the issue of Kalquorian women’s infertility, he was more business than pleasure ... a stark contrast to Clajak.                The two men were not each other’s type. Even upon reaching manhood, Clajak had never shown the first moment’s interest in inviting Egilka to his bed. That had been something of a relief to the Imdiko. It was hard to look at the younger man he’d watch grow up and think of him as a lover, no matter how handsome he was or how outrageous the tales of his exploits.                Until this moment. Until Egilka had seen that strong, sturdy body lying there, ready for love. A body built bigger and more muscular than Egilka’s. A body Egilka could well imagine touching, kissing, fucking. All at once he saw Clajak as a man and not the boy he’d often been babysitter and guide to.                Egilka swallowed and tried to calm himself down. His pricks had swollen in response to Clajak’s gorgeous repose, making his body as eager as the Crown Prince’s. The Imdiko’s traitorous eyes caressed Clajak’s cocks with a hungry gaze. The twin tapered staves stood straight up from his reclining body, wet with natural lubrication. Egilka bit his lip. Clajak would fill him deliciously with the smaller prick, made for rear entry with a woman. The larger cock would take some serious stretching. It had been a long time since Egilka had enjoyed a lover, male or female. He’d been too busy with work and getting ready for the clanning ceremony.                The clanning ceremony. Getting Clajak back to Kalquor so they could hold it was what Egilka needed to concentrate on. He was letting himself get distracted from his main purpose over eye candy. Sumptuous, brain-numbing eye candy, but it was unimportant right now.

Alien Indiscretions - The Missing Scene

I hope you are all enjoying the newest book in the Clans of Kalquor series. Here's a little bonus for you: the girls' night out scene that I had to cut from the book during edits. I loved this scene with Cissy, Tasha, Jessica, and Lindsey at Vax's restaurant. Unfortunately, it didn't add anything to the storyline, and bogged the book down. It had to go.

So here it is, the deleted scene. Enjoy!

As Cissy had expected they would, they ended up at the restaurant owned by Lindsey’s Imdiko Vax. Cissy was amused to see it had an Earther name: A Taste of Home. It specialized in a fusion of Earther and Kalquorian dishes.

“There isn’t anywhere better to eat,” the elder McInness said with no shortage of pride as they were ushered straight to an intimate table. “Vax is a culinary genius. The wait for a table is four months now.”

“He needs a bigger restaurant for this area,” was Jessica’s opinion. “Councilmen are always complaining to me that they can’t get in, as if I would presume on my family to give them special treatment.”

“It could be a good bargaining point at council meetings,” Lindsey teased. “Have them buy Vax the new meat smoker he’s had his eyes on, and he might go along with bumping up their reservations.”

“I heard my name and new meat smoker,” a cheerful voice said a second before Vax poked his head around the corner. “Do I put my order in or is it already on its way?”

The women laughed as the sweet-faced Imdiko walked into their high-walled private dining circle. “I’m bargaining hard with your sister-in-law,” Lindsey told him as she rose to greet him with a kiss. “Why are you working so late?”

Vax looked surprised at the question. “You brought your cousins. I wanted to cook for them myself and make sure they got a proper welcome to my restaurant.” He smiled at Cissy and Tasha. “How are you liking the Matara Complex?”

Tasha smiled at the handsome Kalquorian who looked almost too young to be clanned. “We like what little we’ve experienced so far. Today was all about the shopping.”

“Is that a new dress? Very nice.” He turned his attention to Cissy. “You look lovely as well, Cissy.”

“Sure I do,” she snorted. Her blouse, while new, wasn’t nearly as prissy as Tasha’s dress. Cissy had also opted to pull her hair back in a simple ponytail. She’d made a slight effort with her makeup, having swiped on some mascara and lipstick.

“You do,” Vax insisted. “I appreciate women who don’t paint themselves unnatural faces.” He beamed at Lindsey, who wore no more makeup than Cissy did.

The comedienne in Cissy wanted to pretend to gag at the besotted way Vax looked at her cousin. Instead, she found herself envious of the outright adoration in the Imdiko’s expression. Nearly four years wasn’t long to be clanned, but did people really still look so in love after that amount of time?

Cissy wondered what it would be like to be loved as much as Vax obviously loved Lindsey. On the heels of that, she tried to imagine loving a man with that much devotion.

I’m too damned ornery, she decided. No man, much less a clan of three men, is going to get that kind of reaction from me. I know how to love my family to the point of doing anything for them, but I’m never going to be sappy like that. Too bad. I’d like to know what that kind of love feels like.

Vax took their orders himself, gave Lindsey a kiss, and left to make their dinner.

And what a dinner. Afterward, Cissy and Tasha agreed their meal was magnificent. Cissy went into paroxysms of delight over her bacon-wrapped ronka strips in a creamy honey and spice sauce. She followed it up with a tart pastry that reminded her of key lime pie. She also had more than her fair share of alcoholic leshella, ordered by Jessica just for the occasion. Cissy was giddy by the end of the meal. Thoughts of propriety had quietly exited when she wasn’t looking.

“Better than sex,” she told Vax when he came by to check on them, slurring her words slightly. “I’d tell you the state of my panties right now, but that would be crude.”

Vax’s eyes went wide. As Jessica and Lindsey howled their laughter, Tasha crossed her arms on the table and laid her head down, hiding her face as if she would die of embarrassment. However, her shoulders shook, letting Cissy know her twin laughed as hard as the other two women. Vax stammered his thanks and beat a hasty retreat.

“You – you are terrible,” Lindsey gasped, crying just as hard as she guffawed. “And drunk. My poor Imdiko. He may be scarred for life.”

“That’s what he gets for cooking so damned good,” Cissy sighed as she spooned in the last bite of tart. “How are you not 200 pounds, woman?”

“I work it off.” Lindsey grinned. A bit drunk herself, she added, “Naked. In fact, I think I’ll insist on a workout tonight and make the boys late for work tomorrow.”

The leshella kept flowing and the women kept laughing. It was a wonderful night.

Now Available - Clans of Kalquor 9: Alien Indiscretions

Cissy Salter is more than ready to shed Earth’s repression when she moves to the planet Kalquor. She leaps headlong into drinking, partying, and liaisons with young alien men. She would be having the time of her life if not for the disapproval of a certain rich, gorgeous Dramok she can’t avoid. She’d love to despise him, but her heart has other ideas.
Dramok Diltan sees the bawdy, unrefined Cissy as a thorn in his side. The last thing he needs is a woman who drives him crazy every time they meet. Yet the spark in her eyes kindles a fire he can’t ignore. His enthralled clanmates Wal and Rolat are determined to get the two to stop fighting, at least long enough to explore the possibility of making Cissy part of their clan. When they discover Diltan’s past misdeeds, Wal and Rolat issue an ultimatum: help them seduce the Earth woman or face punishment.
As Cissy and Clan Diltan discover each other’s true nature and love blooms, the long-hidden secrets of Kalquor’s leadership are revealed. An old conspiracy brought to light shatters Kalquor’s peace, driving the Empire apart ... and tearing Cissy from the arms of the three men she can no longer live without.

She couldn’t even summon the strength to tense when Wal’s soapy fingers began to cleanse her pussy. All she could do was tremble as his hand worked over her splayed mound. Her head lolled against Rolat’s wide chest as she moaned in gratitude for the sweet sensations waking in her core.
His eyes bright with mischief, Wal looked to Diltan. “She needs a thorough rinsing.”
The Dramok already had a metallic sprayer in his hand, connected by a tube to one of the many jets that lined the pool. “I would be glad to take care of that.”
With a push of a button, a stream of water shot out of the sprayer. Cissy’s eyes widened as Diltan brought it towards her pussy. Her hands instinctively shot out to shield herself, but a laughing Wal caught her wrists, making her helpless.
Diltan’s evil grin was at odds with the gentle cooing tone he spoke with. “Hold still, little girl. Let me get that soap off.”
His aim was deadly accurate. The spray found her clit, and Cissy no longer rode gentle swells of arousal. Ecstatic lust burst forth, fully formed and stampeding towards climax.
Had Diltan left the jet of water unmoving, the violent excitement would have swiftly turned to pain. However he played it over her pussy, letting it stroke the lips and clit and even her plugged ass from different angles. The stream left her screaming, but in rapture. Her body suffused with incredible heat. She damned near crackled with it.
Cissy’s sex heaved all at once, the orgasm tearing through as if to escape an intensity it couldn’t face. She twisted and jerked in Rolat’s arms, her throaty screams turning into high-pitched shrieks. There was no escape. The delicious, insane pleasure continued, forcing brutal climax from her.
Then it was gone, leaving Cissy devastated in its wake. She groaned, her body sagging against the Nobek holding her. Her pussy pulsed with angry surges.
She blinked groggily at the radiant smile beaming from Diltan’s face. He held the now quiet sprayer in his hand, pointed away from her. She eyed it as if it was a weapon he might turn on her at any moment. It essentially was.
“Fu—fuck,” she wheezed. “Fuck.”
“We’ll get to that,” he answered as the other two laughed. “But first, this.”
With his free hand, the Dramok reached to her still convulsing pussy, seizing the red, swollen nubbin at the top. The instant his finger and thumb squeezed, a thunderclap of elation rolled through Cissy again. She yelled at the fresh spasm.
“Don’t, Diltan,” she begged, her feet kicking arcs of water around the group. “Don’t, you’re killing me.”
“Your word is sholt,” he reminded her. He rubbed her clit between finger and thumb, making her arch against the stoic Nobek who held her without straining. “If you want me to stop, it is your only way out.”
Cissy gasped as he teased mercilessly. She couldn’t believe that she was tempted to fold because of pleasure. Yet perhaps there could be too much of a good thing. She was crazed from the powerful sensations overloading her wits.
However, the rebellious part of her heard the challenge in Diltan’s tone. He believed she was too weak to withstand the gorgeous torment. He didn’t think she could take it. Cissy didn’t think she could take it either. In fact, she was sure of it. Yet she couldn’t stand to bow to that knowing smirk of his. She might love the man, but she was still ready to argue with him, to make him work to win her over.
Cissy bit her lips together hard, making it hurt, taking what refuge she could from the unbearable bliss.
Diltan’s grin spread wide enough to break his face. “There’s my stubborn little rebel. Last chance, Cecilia.” He pressed the button to turn the jet on again.
A tiny moan of terror escaped Cissy’s clenched jaw. She pulled against Wal’s grip on her wrists even as she shook her head in refusal to bow.
“As you wish, my love.”
He turned the spray on her pussy again.

Release Week Clans of Kalquor 9: Alien Indiscretions - Excerpt 5

Pain stabbed Diltan’s temples. Fuck. He did not want to have this conversation. However, today was determined to be chock full of shit.
He griped, knowing it would do him no good. “Damn it. If you knew the day I had, you’d give me a break.”
“Let’s compromise,” Rolat offered. “I will pour you another drink to help loosen your tongue and settle your nerves. Then you will tell us what happened.”
He took Diltan’s glass and reached to pour the last of the bohut into it. As he did so, Diltan rose to his feet and took a step away. It would not do to be within easy grabbing distance of his Nobek in the next few minutes.
He told his companions, “Being the Dramok of a clan is nothing like what I expected it to be. Clanmates who refuse to obey orders, who order me around to boot, and insist on enticing the wrong Matara to join us. As Cissy might say, the whole package sucks lemons.”
Rolat smirked and offered Diltan his drink. “Your biggest problem is not us. It’s your ambition, my Dramok. You reach high, so you will inevitably fall from time to time.”
Diltan took his glass from the Nobek and retreated a couple of steps away. No, if he was going to confess his wrongdoings with Lindsey, he was not going to be within arm’s length of Rolat. Just being in the same room was too close for comfort.
Steeling himself for the censure of his Imdiko and Nobek, Diltan told them, “I reach too high, on occasion.”
“Can one do that?” Wal mused. “I think a man should go for whatever his dreams are, however impossible they may seem.”
“Including another clan’s Matara?”
“Well, I can’t countenance that.”
Diltan sighed. “Then you’ll be very disappointed in me.”
The Imdiko’s eyes widened. “Oh Diltan. No.”
Rolat glared, his anger already on the rise. “Not with Imperial Sister Lindsey. Diltan, I swear I will beat you black and blue if you laid a hand on her.”
Diltan held one hand and his glass up in surrender. “I promise I never touched her. I did try to get her to de-clan her mates in our favor, however.”
Rolat made a sound of disgust as Wal stared at him in horror. “My Dramok, how could you?”
Diltan slumped. Since it didn’t look as if Rolat was going to launch himself at him to administer sound punishment yet, he quaffed his third drink and set the glass down on the table. Once he recovered from the river of liquid fire burning its way down into his guts, he said, “Young Clan Bacoj had no rank, certainly not enough to warrant their clanning the sister of Empress Jessica.”
“Says you,” snarled Rolat. “That is absolutely inexcusable, Diltan. Even you shouldn’t be able to sink that low with your ambitions.”
Wal shook his head, looking more sad than angry. “I am so disappointed in you, Diltan.”
Somehow the letdown on his Imdiko’s face was worse than Rolat’s anger. It made Diltan feel sick to his stomach.
In a small voice, he said, “You can’t possibly be as disappointed in me as I am with myself. It was an awful mistake I made, a completely cracked-skull move. Maybe my worst.”
Releasing tomorrow.
