The suicide of my husband in 2005 changed my life. I left my job as a software analyst and started my journey of self discovery and spiritual awakening. After the suicide I started to write. At first it was to him that I wrote letters each night in my journal. It helped me stay connected and at the same time it was therapeutic. I didn't realize then how much it helped me get through the tragedy and process my emotions. Then I began to write my memoir(not published yet) I also began to write stories about grief which have been published in various grief and suicide journals. I am a contributor in Tom Sweetmeat's book:From Grief to Greatness and thrilled to be a contest winner in Matilda Butler's:Tales of our Lives:Fork in the Road. I publish ...more
