Motivation
I'm not sure what it is, but i'm really motivated to write these days. Maybe it's the story I'm working on, maybe it's the authors I follow, what ever it is, please stick around for a while. I guess motivation comes in waves. You never know when the wind will stop, so keep surfing while you can.

My WIP, With Little Means
Getting some quality writing time on my WIP, With Little Means. I don't usually feel like this, but I am really happy with how it's coming along. I wonder how long that feeling will last. I think it's because I'm getting more personal and opening up about myself more than usual. It's a strange feeling to put yourself out there, but I must say, it feels good.

Audible book!
The Kingdom of Grape is coming to Audible.com! I hired a wonder narrator named David Sweeney-bear. David did a wonderful job with all the characters and made the book such a fun listen. He is a very talented reader, I recommend him for anyone looking for an English style narrator. I will let you know when the book becomes available on Audible.com. Did I mention I am very excited??

To all the book bloggers and reviewers out there, Thank you.
Finally getting back to working on, With Little Means I've been really putting in some time to get The Kingdom of Grape out to the world. I have to say, there are some amazing book lovers out there. I've been contacting so many book bloggers, goodreads reviewers and bookstagramers and they all have been so helpful, kind and passionate. Talking with them has really inspired me to get back at it and really focus on my writing. As a writer, It's great to know that there are so many people out there that really care and are excited about books. It gives me purpose and energy to keep working and creating. Just wanted to say, Thank you.

My new work in progress
I loved writing my first novel,
The Kingdom of Grape.
I wanted to write something fun and adventuress that I could read to my daughters at night. Now, I think it's time to write something for me.
I'm working on my second novel titled, With Little Means. One of my goals with this novel, is to move up an age group. My first book was more for kids, I want this book to be for their older siblings.
What I'm really excited about is this story has some truth to it. I want to include events that actually happened to me in real life. It's going to be semi-autobiographical, if that's a word.
I will update my progress, right now I'm about 50 pages in.

Our journey begins
Hello goodreads,
So it begins, my little book is ready to show itself to the world. The Kingdom of Grape started off as a song, which turned into a play, which finally blossomed as a novel. I can't say it was easy, as most creative things aren't for me. As you get to know me you will find out my biggest flaw......contentment. I never seem to be satisfied with any of my work, I'm trying to be better at it. But for now, I hope you enjoy the book, I'll be back with more posts along the way.
Be good,
Rai
