I was walking this morning by the beach, wearing my swimming suit and enjoying the sun…
I looked around me, the ocean was so serene, the water was clear, and the air was almost still; suddenly I felt a breeze interrupting my zone, It felt good, it was like a reassuring shadow walking with me.
I knew it was my angel, she was helping me with the steps and pushing me to continue. I told her okay…
I walked two miles, I danced, I smiled, and replied, yes, I know, we need to take care of our health, the body will annihilate while the soul shall live forever!”

“I have invisible eyes, ears, & a sixth sense, that I wish at times I never had.
People usually feel happy to know, hear, or feel things before they happen, but not me. I started to think at times whether this was a lack of trust in humankind or simply knowing the outcome before it happens. It is the truth and as well a fact. It was like a practice, I grew the habit of liking people while expecting the end in sight, and this habit became a confusion between lack of trust due to life events and my sixth sense coming into action. Nevertheless, I believe that people change, and many will earn the right to change after setbacks.
My problem, I like you because I like people, but do I trust you? THAT IS VERY PERSONAL!”

Today, I will vote in the name of those we lost during the explosion of August 4th, 2020;
to end the corruption;
to revive Lebanon;
to have our kids return to this beautiful country;
to build a trustworthy system that can prosecute those who killed our dreams, and stole our money;
to dare to dream again!

A hazy day, & hazy thoughts…

“A hazy day, & hazy thoughts…
Good morning Saturday.
I had a good night’s sleep, I am active, my mind is active, I am productive, but why those hazy thoughts, I told myself.
I opened the memories of Facebook and found the picture I have been trying to find for a long while.
To you all, it is just a picture, to me, it was a story… tears shed, I smiled, I kissed him on the cheek, said Cheers, and left it there.

I did not say what I wanted to say the moment the picture was taken, I left a blank, then, and now, because he used to say “en de telles circonstances, vaut mieux ne rien dire” in french, meaning in such circumstances, it is better not to say anything, and so I decided.
He is my papa, dad, father, and the man I learned a lot from. I mentioned him in my biography
Where is My Angel? a lot. I am the person I am because of him, and due to having him as a father.
To all daddies out there, you are the backbone and the energy…
You are the magic wand every child counts on.
Cheers to moments worth celebrating!
