NEWS: Asian buyer sought for Neverland

 Michael’s Neverland Ranch is currently being marketed to Asian buyers, after failing to sell in the United States.   Now known by its original name of Sycamore Valley Ranch, the property hit the market earlier this year for an asking price of $100 million. The 2,700-acre estate is set in the hills of the lush Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, at the foot of a 3,000-foot peak which Michael named Mt. Katherine, after his mother. The ranch was first listed by Los Angeles brokerage Hilton
