Who remembers NYAN CAT?
Back in 2011, the craze inspired me to write POP TART HEART, a love song for YouTube’s favorite pastry-riding cat explorer. A few years and 250,000 views later, YouTube took the music video down… but now it’s back in all of its outer space glory!

Engagement Photos In Malibu
I took a road trip to Malibu, California, with my fiancé Taylor, our puppy-child Selfie, and our photographer friends Jade and Kaitlin Ehlers. We spent the day taking engagement photos on Malibu’s famous beaches and came home covered in ocean water and sand.
It was all worth it though. The photos are perfect.
We filmed it all for our new show Nation — we’ve gotten a bit behind on posting episodes because we’ve been working on some secret projects but the shows will be edited and uploaded soon!

How To Survive A Long Distance Relationship
Long distance relationships are tough but going back to an LDR is even tougher! When I left LA for a long business trip to the Bahamas, Taylor and I had to survive being long distance again… and realized exactly why we should NEVER do that.

DigiProposal On Dr. Drew On Call

Of course our first interview was with HLN’s Dr. Drew On Call because they are my favorites and Dr. Drew is a boss. We talked about the Digifest proposal, what it was like going down on one knee in front of 12,000 people… and gave them an exclusive on the wedding date!

I know it LOOKS like I hogged all of the talking time. This was Taylor’s first TV interview since she was 13 (on The Tyra Banks Show) and I didn’t want to make her speak up too much in case she was nervous.

Surprise Digifest Proposal (In Front Of 12,000 People)
I met Taylor at the YouTube convention Playlist Live. At Vidcon, she said “date me!” So at Digifest, on stage in front of 12,000 people, I said “marry me?”

Selfie The Puppy
Long story short, we got a puppy. Taylor let me name her. So of course I named our puppy SELFIE… because what else do you name a puppy that everyone will want to take selfies with?
She already has her own Instagram account, a Twitter profile, and even a little website. But what else would you expect from a puppy who is ACTUALLY NAMED Selfie?

I’m In Taco Bell’s “Morning Rave” TV Commercial!
You might’ve seen Taco Bell’s new “Morning Rave” TV commercial and thought… hey… who is that dashingly handsome dude holding that Waffle Taco?
If you asked yourself that question, the answer is “ME.” Even if you didn’t ask yourself that question the answer is still “ME.”
YES I actually made a cameo appearance in Taco Bell’s latest national TV commercial. YES THIS IS REAL LIFE.
That’s all I can say for now. But don’t worry. I actually got permission to film a vlog behind-the-scenes on set. Watch for that to show up on YouTube soon.
And don’t skip any commercials!
